Dieses sonnige, moderne Haus liegt ruhig im Viertel Edgartown Estates in Katama, weniger als 3 km von South Beach entfernt. Es verfügt über eine Terrasse für Unterhaltung im Freien und Abendessen für sechs Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein separates Vollbad und eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Das Deck wird mit einem angrenzenden Loft Den / TV Room geteilt. Die drei anderen Schlafzimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock und teilen sich ein Vollbad mit Dusche. Das Coastal Contemporary verfügt über einen großen Vorgarten und einen Hinterhof mit einer Einfahrt mit Muscheln und befindet sich in der Nähe des Radwegs. South Beach ist etwa zwei Meilen entfernt, Edgartown Village; etwas mehr als eine Meile (zu Fuß erreichbar). Morning Glory Farm ist eine kurze Radtour entfernt. Der Katama General Store ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle am Ende der Straße, direkt vor dem Eingang. Asphaltierte Straßen.

We had a great stay in MV at this home in Katama. Exaclty as described in listing and welcome packet. Location was best part - on a quiet street for my small children to walk and practice riding bikes. Thanks again!

The house is nice and has a well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the laundry facilities and loved the outdoor shower. There was a nice outdoor space for the kids and the deck was a good place to enjoy happy hour and dinner. The beach chairs were also a welcome addition. And, we certainly appreciated the opportunity to purchase the ferry ticket. One drawback was the lack of air conditioning. I realize many island properties are without a/c, and we chose a humid, partly cloudy/rainy week. The fans helped a bit.

It was the perfect stay! The house is large and really enjoyable to share as a large group and to cook at home. The communication was easy and Anthony was very responsive. The house is very well located, the neighbourhood is great and close cycling distance from Edgartown.

It was our first time spending two weeks on the island and it was amazing. The house was great and we loved the open floor plan and the large deck outside. Close to the bike path and could easily get to South Beach or downtown Edgartown. We enjoyed biking to Morning glory farm and for a bit further ride we discovered Black Sheep at by the airport. Anthony was easy to work with and responded quickly when the outside shower had an issue and he was able to get someone out there to fix it. The heat wave was a bit rough but there were lots of fans to help cool the house down at night.

Great home a, owner,and location
Well kept home in an excellent location with plenty of bedroom space. Owner provided us with plenty of info for a great vacation. A couple of suggestions: Need for more cabinet space for groceries, fridge needs to be updated, not really cold, hottest week of the summer, could of used some AC.

Good location
Really liked the location being between South Beach and Edgartown. Also close to Morning Glory Farm. Rode scooters and bikes into town in a few minutes. The yard was nice and private and lots of room on the decks. Great stay!

Beautiful House on the Vineyard
The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and the house itself is beautiful. Plenty of space inside and out, beautiful deck pretty much all the way around the house. We certainly would not hesitate to rent this property again, the only disappointment we had was that we had gorgeous 4 days in the high 70's and we really were looking forward to using the outside shower and we found out on our arrival that it was not working and in need of repair. I wish we had been made aware of this before we arrived as it was 1 of the most important features at the house to my wife. Overall still very satisfied with this rental.

Katama Beach Vacation Rental
We had a wonderful time staying at this property for our week long vacation on Martha's Vineyard. The house is spacious, was very clean and had everything we needed including linens and bath towels so we didn't have to bring them. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck space where our daughter could explore as well as the outdoor shower for post beach showers. The home is located right on a bike path which leads directly to Katama (South Beach) or all the way into downtown Edgartown, we walked with our stroller into town several times its just over 1 mile and wasn't a bad walk (we drove most of the time into town which is a quick 5 mins), we also really enjoyed being so close to the Katama General store for provisions. All in all it was a lovely stay and we would definitely consider staying at this property again it was exactly as described and a great fit for our family. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home!

Perfect house for a weekend getaway. Plenty of room, Everything was clean and well-kept. My mom enjoyed the great kitchen and my dad loved the grill! The owner was very attentive and informative about every detail.

Katama property ID 978879 review
This is a really nice place that is in a great location close to Edgartown. The owner was fantastic and responded to any question/request we had quickly. We had 4 adults and we had plenty of room. It is has space for more and is in a nice area of homes...feels safe and very clean and five minutes from the center of Edgartown which made it a winner in our minds. The house has lots of games and a ping-pong table so it is a perfect place for kids. On a side note if you rent here you are close to a outstanding restaurant called Atria. We went for a more formal dinner which was really good and heard about the bar they have down stairs which serves the same food as upstairs but also awesome hamburgers...I usually don't talk about hamburgers but they are great. A little expensive but certainly worth the effort. You can't go wrong eating there.

Fabulous 55 Tour
We are 7 dear friends from childhood whom celebrateed turning 55 on May 5th on Martha's Vineyard and in this terrific home. It's been months since we've returned from our trip and still my girlfriends will say what a great choice I had made and that the home was perfect for us. The open concept living area made it so no-one was left out of the conversation and the location made it very easy for us to enjoy the island and the festivities. The Harbor View was very welcoming with outstanding food. The Kentucky Derby Party they hosted turned out to be more of a birthday celebration for the seven of us. Lol But, we will forever remember this trip and this home affectionately. The home is set in a quiet private setting yet not too far from neighbors. The inside was spacious and clean with plenty of comfortable seating. I need to mention Tony, he was very helpful and easy to work with.

First of all I want to say that Anythony was very easy to contact. He was very informative and even let us know when the ferries were available to book!
The house was exactly what we were looking for! It fit our large family in town for a wedding. It had everything we needed and more.
I loved that it was close enough to down town to walk. The deck was great for grilling dinner!
My one and only negative is the lack of toilet paper. Not sure if it’s normally provided in house rentals but we were thrown off guard. It was a quick ride to the store so it was no big deal, just wish I had known ahead of time.

Anthony’s Home was perfect for our group of couples for a weekend getaway. The home was clean and well-kept. We enjoyed cooking meals in a great kitchen. The outdoor deck is perfect for summer nights. Beautiful home and great stay!

Fantastic vacation made complete with this wonderful house! Had everything we needed and more. Close to town (long walk or short bike ride even shorter drive) and Beaches close too! Owner was super responsive and gracious. A great place to stay with our family and had lots of fun!
