The condo was clean and nice. Love the location!

The property is awesome. Everything we needed in our room was at our fingertips. The property manager was so pleasant and helpful. The balcony view was breathtaking. The room was very clean. The only thing we missed was a pool, but the beach is right outside your door. We would definitely recommend this studio when you visit. Brass Monkey close by and very good food and service.

Very clean and complete with all the amenities. It rained in the afternoon to evening one day and I was able to relax and feel like I was home in the room. Super close to restaurants, shops, and bars... Within a few yards, actually. I highly recommend the place.

Location, location, location! You simply cannot find a more perfect location than this little gem! The perfect place to watch the Pass-a-Grille sunsets, a delightful beach with the most amazing emerald water, and practically a block within everything the area has to offer. Super responsive and accommodating host. This little efficiency had everything needed to unwind, relax, and enjoy the salty air!

The stay and accommodations were as described in the listing. Gloria was phenomenal and the communication was timely and very informative. Location could not be beat, withe plenty of restaurants within walking distance, beach within crawling distance and very quiet location!! We will be coming back and visiting again!!

The good. Location is great. Loved the beach because I like to shell and I like old style Florida. The building was kind of neat because of the old Florida charm. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great! However, the description that was on vrbo said recently updated and stylishly decorated and that was further from the truth. The unit was old old old, the queen size bed advertised was a Murphy bed. The pillows and blankets were of lowest quality and the two recliner chairs in the unit had hand towels coving the arms of the chair. The rest of the furniture was random folding chairs, and old old looking shelves. The liners in the drawers where my clothes went need to be replaced, one of the shelves in a plastic shelf in the closet where my husband put his clothes was dirty and the unit had a damp smell. There is one window that looks out at the common outside patio. The others very small windows were in the back giving no light and can’t see out of them because they were crank out. The bathroom is old. The shower fixtures were rusty and the tub was much smaller than a regular shower. The towels for the shower were cheap and stained. We stayed one night in which we woke up damp and sweaty because the air stopped working, but then started working again. It could have been what we set it on. The next day, we checked in and paid for another hotel. I tried emailing the owner 3 times but it kept saying invalid. The unit next door was updated with white tile and granite counters, etc. that’s what I call updated. I feel bad saying all of this, but i was so anxious about this space, I didn’t care if we had to spend double the money to stay somewhere else. If the owner doesn’t really update this unit and buy some new essentials like good towels, blankets, etc. they need to lower the price and change the wording of the description. Make sure you see the pictures. Don’t just go by the description. When I looked at this building in vrbo, there were several units and I thought it was a different one. I contacted Vrbo when we returned but they said that there was nothing they could do. I messaged the owner again hoping I could talk to her, but no reply. So my review is all I can do. We travel a lot. We usually stay in holiday inn level hotels— nothing fancy. Other people gave good reviews. Their expectations must be very low.
