The location can't be beaten. The condo was not updated, but entirely adequate and comfortable. The cable tv was great. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were excellent. Great hot water in the shower.

It was all good for the first 4 nights. Then someone came to the condo upstairs. It was like a herd of elephants doing aerobics above my bedroom. They kept us up for hours each night after that (we were trying to get up early for birdwatching). I'm sure it didn't sound that loud upstairs, but downstairs it sounded like they were stomping.

I didn’t like having to keep up with a key. It would have been convenient to have a keypad door lock.

Absolutely everything....gated apartments for safety & privacy, cleanliness, wonderful beach, beautiful scenery. I want to go back over & over.

Needed instructions on how to operate keypad for entry. Just didn’t know to turn deadbolt after code went green

The condo was very clean, and had what we needed to enjoy our stay. There were beach chairs and boogie boards we were able to use. They do need to put a new stove in the unit, it was hard to cook on the burners because they did not heat evenly, but overall the condo was great. Tastefully decorated and clean!

The property manager needs a new job where she doesn't deal with people at all. I only had one problem that needed her assistance (the people above us were smoking an illegal substance and it was coming through the vents it would knock you down it was so strong) and from that point on she was very unfriendly. The office was closed most of the week so too bad if you did need something, luckily the smoking problem was taken care of on day 3 of our stay, so my children had to smell it anytime we were in the room...which was only at bedtime but that was more than enough to make you feel horrible. The property has the potential to be gorgeous, the beach was nice, but never clean of sticks and debris most places take pride in the beach but it was never raked of the falling trees or sticks. The walkway to the beach was dangerous and in need a lot of TLC. Most of the issues could be fixed if there was a property manager who took pride in her job.
