Gemütliches Ferienhaus am südwestlichen Ende des Honeoye Lake. Für bis zu 8 Personen. Obergeschoss hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 1. Schlafzimmer hat 1 Queen & 1full bed. 2. hat 1 Doppelbett. (Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt) Großes Bad mit Dusche und Whirlpool. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Crockpot, Mixer, Besteck usw. Untere Ebene hat Gang zum Deck mit Blick auf See und Feuerstelle. Sitzbereich in der unteren Ebene hat eine Full-Size-Schlafsofa. Untere Ebene hat eine Service-Küche und 2. Badezimmer mit Dusche für einfache Unterhaltung am Wasser.
Dock (Memorial Day-Labor Day, Feuerstelle, Gartenmöbel und Gasgrill w / gefüllter Tank während Ihres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung.

This property was just right for my wife and me. We had not been away for a couple of years and needed a quiet place to relax and recharge.
This was just the ticket. Right on the water, comfortable accommodations. We definitely enjoyed it.

Candace's lake house was a great place for our family to relax. It was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the covered patio where we ate most of our meals overlooking the water. We also made good use of the kayaks and paddle boat that were available.

The property was accurate in terms of what was listed on Vrbo. My family and I had a great time once we settled in. Leading up to the vacation, the address on the website was correct but when I selected the "directions" tab, it told me a different address. I did receive communication from the owner prior to our stay with specific instructions which eased my mind.
We had fun using the kayaks and paddleboat and would definitely return!

Beautiful home and amazing view of the lake. Our family had an amazing time the week we stayed. Couldn't have asked for more. Everything was provided and Candace was amazing throughout the whole process. It was our first time using Vrbo and renting any place for a vacation and she made everything seamless and easy. We're hoping to be back very soon!

This was a Birthday wish that the wife asked for and staying at this cottage made it just as special for her 58 birthday we was VERY please with everything about this LAKEFRONT PROPERTY now we have friends looking too book this same property for future getaways

The cottage was clean and relaxing. Some areas need a little work but nothing that stopped us from having a fantastic time. The host was only a text away which was fantastic and we all felt so happy and at peace. Would recommend this to stay for everyone. Thank you for allowing us to have such a great relaxing time 😃😍

Great location. Kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans, everything I needed for in the kitchen. Loved the kayaks and paddle boat. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. It was nice having a mini apartment in the basement, for our daughter and her family. Our family had a great time.
If I would have a negative, no dishes washer and no dresser in the small bedroom. But overall, amazing cottage‼️

The house was perfect for our group of six (including two kids ages 3 and 5). We were able to tie our own boat to the dock, used the paddle boat, cooked a couple meals on the grill, and overall had a great time! The lake is beautiful, aside from some seaweed and water snakes, which we saw from the dock!! We all had a blast and would definitely recommend!

My mom and I enjoyed sitting on the back deck, watching the water, boats and birds. Played many a game of Rummikub there! Tried both the paddle boat and kayak. Enjoyed ice cream from the nearby town. Candace the owner was very helpful and responsive. Great place to relax and unplug!

Upstairs property is great. Lots of amenities and stuff you would need/want in a kitchen. Having access to the kayaks and other water items are a huge plus. Also provided firewood for the firepit outside. Tons of patio and outdoor furniture. Two full kitchens. Close enough to have biked into town as well about 4.5 miles away.
Suggested improvements: (these aren’t meant to be knocks btw, just observations) Mattresses and sheet sets are old/worn and could probably use an update. Also the downstairs had a dungeon vibe with concrete and unfinished ceilings…it just doesn’t feel as “friendly” as the upstairs.

Perfect spot for a lakeside getaway. Lots of room and nice amenities. Wished the bath tub jets worked, though.

I can't say enough about our stay! What a wonderful property right on the lake. The cottage was very clean and provided all the amenities you could ask for. My boys absolutely loved the pedal boat and kayaks. The cottage was much larger than expected and the pictures don't do it justice. We had an amazing time! Thank you for allowing us to share your home!

In one word, AMAZING. Candance had the property well prepared, stocked, and equipped. The two kitchens came with everything needed regardless the type of meal prepared. The kitchen on the first floor, right off the porch, was convenient when coming in from spending the day playing outside. The bedrooms were comfy and cozy. Three cheers, five stars, and one big THANK YOU.

I can't say enough about this house, and property. We had a great time. Everything that you could possibly need was there for our use. Both the house and the property were very well taken care of and very clean and neat. I love the new updated furniture. There isn't anything I can say that was "wrong" with this house. Had a bit of a WiFi issue when we arrived, but Candace took care of that issue, and had someone there the next day. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental! We are heading back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage, it was bigger then we expected and was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to fish and kayak right out on the back of the property. It’s located in a quite neighborhood that helped make it a relaxing vacation. There were plenty of games to play when the weather didn’t cooperate. Overall it was a good trip. Thank you Candace!

Really an amazing place on a quite street with no traffic. Well equipped house for cooking. Just steps from the water. Kayaks, grill, fire pit and the lake…everything you need for an amazing outdoor experience.

The house was in great condition. There was plenty of room for our family. We really enjoyed using the various boats. There was AC in the living room and bedrooms which was a huge bonus!
