Das Quatrz Cottage ist ein neu renoviertes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom GMHBA-Stadion, dem Bahnhof South Geelong und einem günstig gelegenen Café entfernt.
Das Cottage hat auch WiFi-Zugang.
Sie finden das Haus privat und abgelegen, es ist versteckt in seiner eigenen Gasse. Es hat eine Garage für 1 Auto und verfügt über neue Möbel / Teppich und komplett renoviert. Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich und Deckenventilatoren in 2 Schlafzimmern mit einem tragbaren Ventilator im 3. Schlafzimmer.
Wifi wird ab dem 15. Januar 2019 verfügbar sein.

Very happy with the cottage but for oldies like us a separate shower not over the bath would be preferred. A good map showing location of property and eating spots would be helpful.

Thanks for a great place to stay for the night, before business in Geelong.
Justin, was very helpful and even had the heaters running for us before we arrived. secure carport was great and even fitted a Landcruiser in.

hi how are you going
well as for my stay it was very stressful
it was very hard to find, then the car space was not adequate as i had a trailer as well ,there was a rise to the carport and too steep, my friends had to park a street away.
there wasn't enough heating very cold especially in the bedrooms.
not happy as i did ask about the car accommodation

We loved our stay at Quartz Cottage, the house was very clean and well presented. Walking distance to pubs and cafes. Very quiet and made for a perfect stay while we were in Geelong for a wedding. Communication from tje owner was spot on.

Quartz Cottage is well positioned near local cafes and parks.It’s great for walks and exploring Geelong’s wide streets and heritage architecture.The cottage is well appointed.It comfortably housed our large SUV and family of four.The washing machine is a plus. We’ve no doubt we will stay here again.

Great short stay
We found getting to the location easy and good instructions to find keys. Parking is very challenging and judging by dents in neighbors fence we went the only ones who were challenged by this. I had a family member call by -not able to park near. Otherwise property was very comfortable, clean and had some thoughtful touches. No inside dining table or area made this a challenge given it is 3 bedroom. Also very small and limited seating in lounge -not an issue if you’re out and about. Privacy window in bathroom would be good as current setup is inadequate.

Cosy and great location
Quartz Cottage was as described. Clean, relatively quiet area, good central location, easy walk into the town with close by cafes and food places. Very liveable and cosy home. Pillows and bedding comfortable, bathroom shower was great. Only minor issue was no dishwasher for our 11 night stay, but it wasn't a big negative. Justin was easy to contact and always prompt with his responses.
We would stay again, and highly recommend.

Quaint Quartz Cottage
Quartz Cottage is a lovely little cottage tucked away in a quite little laneway, yet close to the centre of Geelong.
Very clean and tidy, with three bedrooms, and a very functional kitchen. Secure off-street parking is also available.

Communication with the owner was prompt and the location was great. Lovely distance for a walk to the CBD and 2 blocks away a nice little pub for a proseco. Highly recommended this property 😊

Lovely old world cottage in quiet neighbourhood.
Very clean and well appointed with comfy beds. Only downside was the lack of seating. 3 barstool and a 3 seater lounge for a house that sleeps 5.

Charming Period Cottage
The Cottage is tucked away in a small laneway & this gives it a quiet and private feel. The rooms are spacious enough for a family to be comfortable The host has done a great job of the decor and with all the amenities you require. The Bathroom could be a problem for some people has the bath/shower is a large step over to get into it. I would also point out it does rock a little whilst standing in it, I'm sure this could be fixed easily. The courtyard and carport are an excellent addition to the property and a great place to unwind on the table and chairs with a drink and nibbles. I would definitely stay again Thanks to Justin for your communication.
