As a vacation home owner myself, I read many reviews before booking a home for my vacation. Don't waste your time! If this home is available-book it. The home was exceptionally clean and the owners are extremely responsive and accommodating. The guest house was perfect for our son and girlfriend - each couple had their own privacy, The home was a short walk to restaurants in downtown Kirkland and the neighborhood is beautiful. Highways for trips into Seattle and other destinations by car were close by. We hope to visit every year and will definitely stay at Laura and Ben's beautiful home.

Perfect property with all the right amenities and location. Separate cottage was perfect to allow our teenager complete privacy while we had all the comforts of home in the main house. Short walk to all the best of downtown Kirland.

This property is INCREDIBLE! It super clean, quiet, and in a fabulous location, within walking distance to downtown Kirkland. My husband and I were in town to see friends and to meet with a real estate agent. We loved having a place of our own and the views of Lake Washington. This property exceeded all expectations.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Kirkland. Hosts were accommodating, however there were a lot of rules to follow. It felt kind of like staying at a dorm with all the notices for noise control at 9pm. We didn't think it was that big of a deal at first but it got overbearing after awhile. An otherwise great spot for local eatery and activities around the Seattle area, just unfortunate that we couldn't let loose in the late hours of the night.

Lots of attention to detail here - lights with dimmers, all kitchen implements and utensils, nicely decorated. Cottage bedroom is a big plus. Overall a very well maintained, well appointed house!

Excellent property, immaculate and nicely appointed. Great outdoor living and grilling space and great hot tub even if you can’t be in it after 9pm😞. Lauren was a gem when I had an issue with some laundry for a party, and answered every question promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, only wish we could have explored Kirkland more (here for a wedding)!

I travel for work and just need a no-nonsense, comfortable and convenient place to stay. Laura was very communicative and genuinely cared about my experience. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful house in the perfect location—close to great restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Kirkland waterfront. It was clean, charming, beautifully decorated, comfortable to relax in, cozy beds and linens, great for entertaining, and I loved having the extra en-suite included (where our teenagers slept). I would absolutely stay there again! Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd stay at this beautiful house. Love the kitchen remodel and other updates that have been made since our last trip. The house and location can’t be beat. We’ll be back.

This beautiful Kirkland home is a true gem. I booked it for my parents and they couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the property. It has everything you’d need to feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the town of Kirkland by foot. They enjoyed having the extra room in the cottage if someone needed a bit of extra privacy. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this special home and will definitely be booking again next summer.

This is our second time staying at Krissy’s beautiful house and we can’t wait to return. No detail is overlooked and Krissy goes above and beyond making the house feel like home. The decor, view, location and overall comfort can’t be beat.

We stayed here for a fun birthday trip weekend we'd planned. It was the perfect distance out of Seattle but yet close enough to the Woodinville Wine area. The house is beautiful and had everything we could have needed. It had many amenities, was super clean, and so cozy. Loved the decor and the extra suite in the back is genius. The town of Kirkland is so quaint along the lake. Krissy was a wonderful host. We would definitely recommend this house/location to anyone visiting the wine region or Seattle. We would most certainly stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. There is everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. The neighborhood is very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants!

My daughter and I were both celebrating birthdays and spent the weekend here with my 3 other daughters. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved it. 4 of the 5 that stayed were from out of town, and everyone like the house so much we cut out a lot of the touristy stuff to just hang out in the house. The owner was also very helpful. They do have neighbors who don't like noise late at night, but we aren't a loud group anyway, so it wasn't a problem. We would (will) definitely stay here again.

Perfect location walking distance to the water, shops and restaurants. Easy access to 405. Well stocked with everything we needed including snacks, spices and cooking oil. Great, responsive hosts. Check out Deru Market, Lady Yum, Cactus, and Bottle and Bull. You can’t go wrong with this cute little rental. If they ever decide to sell it I hope they call me.

This property was exactly how it was presented online. They were accommodating, polite, and had great communication. We are very happy with our experience, the location is close by beautiful ocean beaches, and stores. They had lots of everyday items that made our stay very comfortable! Thank you!
