Great location and clean, quiet, basic accommodation. Shower hot water and pressure very good. A couple minor additions to kitchen would make it easier to eat in (a serrated knife, more than one leftover container and lower stools to be able to eat at the bar).
That being said, it was an ideal rental for me and the owner was extremely responsive to a couple requests.

It was smaller than it looked in the pics, but still nice. Close to the beach and not far from downtown. Had to air out upon arrival due to the cleaning fumes, but was glad to know how clean it was. And it was clean! I would recommend.

This unit is a short walk to the beach and walkable to the shops at St. Armands Circle. The property has been updated since the pictures were taken, so there is a larger refrigerator/freezer available. Debbie communicated with us before, during, and at the end of our trip. Thank you, Debbie! This unit is the perfect place for two people and it is in a great location.

We thought the space was super cute! Perfect size for two. So close to beautiful beach and also all the shops and restaurants at St Armand’s Circle. We would love to stay here again! Exactly as advertised!

Loved our stay in this studio. Property manager was wonderful and studio was clean. Very close to the beach and the circle with all the shops and restaurants. Lido Key is a great area and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Eleonora the property owner, manager was great. We had problem with TV and Heat called her and she showed up and fixed everything. Bed very comfortable. We are playing to return in May. It was a great 5 days over Christmas even though the weather was cold.

The place is clean, neat, within literally 200 steps to the beach and 10-15 min walk to St.Armand circle. Price is very reasonable and is good value for your money. Communication with property manager is flawless and they are very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

clean, quiet and perfect for two. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus, and A/C was quiet and cool. Only negative was wall/shelf partition made tv viewing in bed difficult.

We loved our stay here! The location was a short walk to the beach and 1/2 a mile to Saint Armands Circle, wonderful shopping and dining area. The bed was very comfortable, firm with soft cushioned top layer. The shower had awesome water pressure! Really great place for two people. We will definitely come back here. Really enjoyed staying here and visiting Lido Beach and Saint Armands. Thank you Eleonora and Debbie for your great communication :-)

Great place to stay
My niece and I loved this place. It was very clean and had lots of room for our stuff. The only thing I didnt like was that it didnt have an oven. But other than that it was amazing. Close to the beach and St Armands circle. I will definitely stay here again

Great place, perfect location
The unit is nicer than the photos make it look. Everything was perfect. 1 block walk to beach access and a short walk to great dining and shopping. Would love to come back!

Simple, clean and close to the beach!!
This place was better than I expected from the photos. Quaint little complex and a clean, efficient studio with everything my boyfriend and I needed to enjoy a 3 day beach get away-towels, chairs, umbrellas and a nice porch to come home to before getting ready to walk to dinner. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot!
The over 30 property was great! Close walk to the beach and St. Armonds square. It was clean and quiet. The host responded to us immediately with anything we needed. I don't normally write reviews but this one deserved a good rating!

Palm Tree Oasis
The location was absolutely awesome and I believe the unit is nicer than the pictures. There was a nice table and chairs on the deck for 2 to enjoy the trees and flora around the property…made morning coffee a joy!

Perfect Stay!
Steps to the ocean with towels, chairs, and an umbrella provided! Easy access to all roads. Host replied promptly and was very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again!
