The pool and patio area overlooking the magnificent view was just as good as any luxurious resort. We had 10 adults in the property was large enough that no one felt crowded at all. We will be back

This property was absolute perfection! Everything about it was better than advertised. Our family of 10 had the best vacation May19-26. We rented their van and managed our own itinerary. Edward helped with initial booking but Chantel provided exceptional recommendations for entertainment, shopping, snorkeling equipment and dining once we arrived. She checked in with us regularly during the week and took us to the airport. 10/10 voted that we would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful property with spacious bedrooms and outdoor area. Swimming is difficult right outside the home however there is a wonderful beach right down the road. We rented a car to go out to eat and went to baby beach and eagle beach. House comes with cooler, plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, cooking pots and pans. Home does not have aluminum foil, condiments, ziploc bags, cooking spray however we brought most of these with us or picked up at the local grocery store. The home has a fantastic view and we spent time fishing and exploring, beautiful sunsets.

What an absolutely incredible piece of paradise. Edward is a fantastic host and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We had 8 adults and 1 teenager in our party. Upon arrival at the house, Chantal was waiting for us with our rental cars and was very friendly and helpful - pointing us in the right direction for restaurants and shopping. She kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were taken care of. She even took us to the airport when it was time to leave. Words can’t describe the peacefulness and beauty of the back patio with a picturesque view of the Caribbean. You won’t want to leave. The house has plenty of room and all the amenities you could ask for. Overall an amazing experience.

Very easy

Four generations of us, ages 1-75, stayed at this beautiful home for a week over Christmas break. The set up was perfect! Other than sleeping and cooking, we spent time outside in the pool, on the beach, and in the shaded porch area. Easy communication with Edward. George was unbelievably responsive, from supplying a crib, arranging a van, making dinner reservations, airport transportation. He checked on each day and we enjoyed chatting with him. Away from crowds, yet walkable to a few restaurants and close to airport. We loved every second! Thank you!

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the attentiveness of the property manager and owner. The view is nothing short of spectacular - the pool clean and comfortable - the beach so convenient and the snorkeling is the best I've ever done. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay with a luxurious view and attentive concierge services.

This was such an amazing vacation. Everything at the house was wonderful. It was very clean and nice. George the property manager was great. He came by daily to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed. He also made reservations at a restaurant for us. The location was close to baby beach and the art district in San Nicolas. We would definitely recommend this property to families. The kids loved going out on the private secluded beach. They found frogs, crabs, fish, lizards and even an eel. We will for sure be back.

The pictures don’t do the property justice, as the view from the yard is unbelievable. The reviews speak for themselves. We stayed here with 5 adults, and 4 young children (all under 7). The property was immaculate, and had every amenity that we needed including kayaks, paddle boats, life jackets, beach toys, etc. George was there upon arrival to welcome us, and was unbelievably responsive to our every request throughout our stay. Edward & George were even able to arrange for two cribs, high chairs, and child seats for the vehicle that we rented from them. There isn’t anything that they won’t arrange for you to make your stay more enjoyable. The area is safe, less than 10 minutes from the airport, and a short drive (less than 20 minutes) from supermarkets and the low-rise area. My only recommendation is to bring water shoes, as the beach in the rear yard is mostly rocks. This house made our trip, and is truly one of a kind. You’d be hard pressed to find a home as clean, with the amenities and location that are offered by this oceanfront gem. Thank you Edward and George for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back again to visit!

This property was absolutely STUNNING! Looking for the best snorkeling on the island? Go out back-it’s right there! Very clean and spacious. Location is about 15-20 mins from Oranjestad so if you crave busy night life then I would stay closer to the resorts. If you like some serenity at the end of the day then this place is definitely for you. Mangal Halto beach is just down the street and it’s beautiful! George is beyond helpful and friendly. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!

First visit to Aruba! We loved this house! Everything about it and the view. THIS is exactly what we needed for a relaxing Aruba family vacation. There was 8 of us and lots of room for everyone!! We went up North to the busy hotel area a few times for activities and dinners, but found the beaches WAY too crowded and so many boats. It was crazy. Made us appreciate this little slice of Heaven every time we came back to the house. Out back the whole family snorkeled every day just past the rocks and Kayaked from our own private beach. The giant back patio is perfect to relax and watch birds/ocean and eat meals. We even enjoyed it sitting out in the pouring rains. LOL George checked on us about every other day in case we needed anything. He checked us in, made dinner reservations and took great care of us. Plus helped us to the airport at the end of our stay. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. House has everything you need and close to the beautiful Mangel Halto Beach!! Bring beach towels. We had forgotten ours LOL. All other linens and household items are there and ready for you. Groceries are close by. Renting the 10 passenger Van from Edward was key to getting all over the island and not using Taxis. We filled it with gas 1 time and used it every day to drive all over, still left with a quarter tank in it. 1st day we ordered from Superfoods BUT found the grocery stores near the house are just as good. Visit the local food truck for a delicious breakfast too! There are lots of restaurants nearby including a wonderful seafood place on the water and Zeerovers. So close to Baby Beach - we went 3 times. Its our favorite beach. AND try a local spot - Charlie's Bar in Sint Nicolaas going towards Baby Beach (very good food and fun place). This house will not disappoint. Always felt safe and the owner Edward and his employee George are both awesome!! Thank you soooo much to you both for everything. We hope to come back some day.

We had an amazing stay! The house was immaculate and beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed. We lived on the cover porch looking out over the pool and the ocean. We all enjoyed the pool but I think our 4 year old grandson loved it the best! George went out of his way and was wonderful! He was available whenever we needed him. He checked on us daily, gave great restaurant suggestions, grocery stores and places to go. He even took care of getting fresh fishing bate for my husband and son-in-law who were enjoying the fishing right on the beach. We rented the car at the house which was very useful when we ventured around the island. George was kind enough to take us back to the airport for our return flight. When we come back to Aruba we will definitely rent this house again!!!

Highly recommend this house if you’ve selected Aruba as your destination. House is well equipped for meeting your needs. Owner was quick with responses and George, as others have stated, is amazing. From helping our taxi driver find the house upon arrival (Google Maps does not generate directions to the house - George gave instructions to the taxi driver and we dropped a pin to navigate ourselves back after that) to the numerous recommendations, availability anytime we had a question, and scheduling our Covid tests at the house. We rented the available car which we would also highly recommend. Car was at the house when we arrived, the island is easy to navigate and no messing with returning a car at the end of the trip. George picked us up from the house after the designated checkout time since we had a later flight and dropped us off right at the doors of the airport. Two notes that are absolutely personal preference - (1) if you have members of your party that enjoy different house temps like ours, bring warmer clothes for indoors as there are not extra blankets beyond the bedding and (2) the mattresses are firm which received mixed reviews from our group. Definitely agree with other reviewers to bring water shoes for venturing out into the water in front of the house. Overall we loved our stay, whether we were navigating to excursions we booked or just hanging out at the beautiful pool it was wonderful. If you are looking for a private oasis with a short drive to the hustle and bustle of the hotels/shopping this is your house.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay at the spacious house very much. We liked the amazing ocean view, the fully equipped kitchen, the BBQ, the beach and the ever helpful George :-) We hope to be back here somewhere in the near future.

This property is as amazing as I thought it looked online! We had 7 adults and 2 babies staying at the house and it was perfect! The outside is AMAZING - I think we lived out there the whole week ~ the pool was perfect for the babies and the view could not be beat. It has a small beach right there - just rocky so having water shoes is helpful. Kayaking was fun! Edward was very prompt in his responses to my many questions before our arrival - even at 5:30 in the morning :) George, the property manager, well, I can't even say enough good things about him. He set up 2 cribs for us and had 2 high chairs ready to go. We arrived on a the Saturday before Easter and George was able to meet the grocery delivery so our food was put away in the refrigerator upon our arrival. He met us at the house and made sure every thing was ready and satisfactory before leaving us there, and even came back later that day to get my boys and take them to the market to get a few more things. He checked in most days just to make sure all was well and we had fun chatting with him each time. We didn't want to rent a car, but George was incredibly gracious in taking us to the places we wanted to see (Baby Beach, Oranjestad- for discount shopping at his recommendation, and the marketplace near the high rise hotels) George was so kind and gracious and absolutely added the cherry on top of our wonderful vacation to Aruba! The vacation was already amazing but George adds a special touch to put it over the top! We LOVED this property and the quietness it gave us yet close enough to walk to the market and a couple restaurants. Tia Rosa's is a must if you want authentic food (thanks again George for the recommendation!!) We would absolutely stay in this beautiful home again but would probably rent a car for the flexibility for as many people as we had. Thank you Edward and George!!

We had a great stay. Both Edward and George were very helpful throughout the entire process. They arranged a minivan for us to rent and George dropped us off at the airport on the last day. George also arranged for Covid testing which was needed to return to the US and provided great recommendations for food and shopping. The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool was nice as well, overlooking the beach. The house was not too far from baby beach, the airport and Eagle and palm beaches. Really centrally located to everything. The beach in front of the house is good for kayaking. Not really great to swim in because the bottom there is rocky and there are plants in the water. But the view was lovely and it was great to have the big covered area on the patio to get a nice breeze and avoid the sun. I’d definitely recommend this house as long as you are aware the beach there isn’t the kind with a white sandy bottom. So for swimming and snorkeling you’ll want to go to the other great beaches on the island. Our thanks to Edward and George for being so wonderful!

Everything about this house was great. Edward and George were very helpful, and we would definitely recommend this peaceful place to stay. We will never forget the beautiful view from the backyard!!

Our recent 5-day stay in Aruba confirmed the many rave reviews about this lovely property. It's spacious, right on the water, and perfectly situated in the middle between northern and southern Aruba. We were two couples but the house could easily accommodate 8-10 people. We found this to be one of the the most relaxing vacations we have ever experienced. The location and environment was so seductive that we just enjoyed relaxing with our friends, reading, having meals on the patio, and drinking in the beautiful sights, sounds, and air of the Caribbean sea. You can also be as active as you like. There are kayaks, paddle boats, and plenty of snorkel equipment available. We also found the snorkeling to be excellent on the reef that runs just beyond the breakwater off the beach. The owner, Edward is very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly, oftentimes within minutes. George, the property manager was terrific. Based on the many outstanding reviews, we were not the exception. It appears that George takes great care of all the guests. He was there whenever we needed him but we never felt his presence was intrusive. He made great suggestions for restaurants, grocery shopping, coordinated chefs to prepare dinner for us a couple of nights (which was fabulous and delicious highly recommend it), made arrangements for departure COVID testing to come right to the house, and was genuinely pleasant, friendly, and always helpful. We rented a Toyota from the owner and George had it ready for us upon arrival. He also drove us to the airport for our departure. He's there for you as much or little as you need him. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is enormous, and place was immaculately clean. One of the showers doesn't get a lot of hot water and one of the bathroom faucet drains was slow but I'm sure they've likely had those plumbing issues resolved since we left. All in all, we can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Look forward to returning!

We stayed at the Pos Chikito house for 9 days and absolutely loved it. The house is amazing! It is very spacious, modern and offers all the amenities you may need. The manager of the property, George, has checked in on us and responded to every inquiry in minutes and provided all we asked for, even scheduled COVID test Mobil unit to come to the property. We also rented a car from the owner and could not be happier with the choice. While kids were napping we were at the pool. And the beach at the property is perfect for the kids: we took the paddle boat out. There are also kayaks at the property. We also went to Baby’s Beach and property had cooler, chairs, floating toys for kids and adults and snorkeling gear. Amazing stay - cannot wait to come back.

This property was very well kept, clean, and I can’t say enough about the owner Edward and the property manager George. Before my trip, Edward was very quick to respond to every question I had. The communication was exceptional. And George arranged for our every need. When you rent this home, you get much more than just a temporary home. George arranged for our car rental, massages on the patio, private chef at the house, transportation back to the airport, COVID tests, and he even made a dinner reservation for us on the first night. So let’s talk about the property-clean and well stocked with dishes, soap, etc. The pictures on the listing is somewhat dated. The pool isn’t an infinity pool and there are palm trees growing right behind the pool now. But don’t let that deter you. I still give it an A+ rating. The neighborhood is quiet and away from things. But everything we needed was a short drive away and we always felt safe. We did walk around the neighborhood a bit. It’s older and there were a lot of stray dogs. The beach is rocky so I recommend water shoes, but I love the sound of the water in your own back yard. They had kayaks to use and some snorkel gear. Overall, it was a great stay and I would be confident renting any property from Edward and George.

As long as you don’t want an all inclusive or the tourist area of the island, this is the house. On the beach, plenary of rooms for 2 families. View would be tough to beat. Fully enjoyed our time and hope to return!! George the caretaker is very helpful and accommodating. Wonderful trip!!
