Generously spacious house with a pool. Well equipped and maintained. Nice neighborhood for walking and biking. Short drive to shopping for almost anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The house was huge!!! Three couples had plenty of space to spread out. The pool and spa were perfect. There is a cage over pool area and the jets did work, the temperature was just right. The Meadows is beautiful with miles of trails for riding bikes, which we rented and were delivered right to the house. We had nice warm days to drive to the beach too. I would certainly recommend staying here😍

Easy check in process, there is no pool cage which should have been specified in the listing which is a big selling factor,insects and wasps around the patio, that was a problem with the baby and grand children we had with us,pool side kitchen area had mouse or rat droppings in drawers and in the grill which you cook on

Had the best time here. So spacious, all the amenities needed for a traveling family. And great pool! We used it all the time. The property managers were fantastic to deal with. All around amazing stay!

Can't say enough good things about this property. Ample space for everyone, and so close to shops and restaurants. It was a relative short drive to Lido Beach/St.Armand Circle and was the perfect location when we were competing at Nathan Benderson Park. We would give it more stars if we could. Property manager answered our questions pretty quickly!

We loved the property and ample items available. The spacious layout allowed all of us to spread out and yet be under one roof. The pool and spa was enjoyed every day!

Sarasota Vacation
FIVE STARS!!!! Our family stayed in this stunning home for a week when we moved our daughter to Sarasota. Nothing but positive feedback. The hosts were responsive to email questions prior to our trip. A three ring binder with very helpful home and area information was available. The home was clean, had plenty of space and wonderful amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub and lanai area. Coffee maker, appliances, dishes, utensils and cleaning supplies were provided. A/C, consistent Wifi, TV and speakers worked great. Front loading washer and dryer easily accessible. Each of the four bedrooms had its own full bath. Location was perfect for beaches, groceries, restaurants and shopping. We are so grateful to the hosts for sharing their beautiful property. We would love to return to this home in the future. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation
Our stay at this home was amazing! The house was clean and had all the amenities needed! The whole family absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! Jennifer and Michelle were very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house with private pool!
We had a nice time staying at the property. The kitchen had everything that we need. When it was raining due to tropical storm Elsa, the mall near by was a big plus for the kids. The property manager responded quickly when we contacted them. It would be better if we can get some fresh mango and star fruits from the trees on the backyard. Hopefully next time!!!

Would not recommend!
The outside of the house is beautiful! The inside leaves much to be desired. We had issue after issue from the refrigerator breaking, dryer didn’t work right, ants all over, cockroaches everywhere, the pool turned slimy green on day 3. The reality company that this is booked through (Precise Realty) was horrible to work with and very unprofessional. When we called with our concerns their response was “Do you want us to burn it down and build you a new one”? After the fridge broke and we contacted them they told us we had to wait till the next morning and call and let them know if it was still broke. We did that and they told us they would send someone right over. At 7:00 that night and after we had already lost items due to warmth in the fridge someone came. The pool could not be used because it was completely green and disgusting! We could not let the kids in the pool which is one of the main reasons we rented that house. We were very dissatisfied for the amount of money we spent to rent this for a week. I would look elsewhere so you don’t have the issues we had. We lost three days of vacation messing with things in this house to fix and clean

A nice place to be
We wanted a house where we could quarantine for two weeks. The house had everything we needed. It all worked and the pool was fantastic. There are no jets in the hot tub, but it gets nice and hot with a remote control. It’s a nice neighborhood for walking and very close to a great Whole Foods and tons of restaurants. We highly recommend it.

Great Family Home
Our 2 week stay was perfect. The house was clean and large enough that all of us had our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Located in a great area. Jennifer was extremely attentive to a few minimal things we needed taken care of while we were there. We were all happy to make this our home for 2 weeks. Just an FYI for any future bookings this back yard/pool area doesn’t get much sun. This is the only thing I would have liked but all in all we were super happy with the whole experience

Very nice!
The house is older but very beautiful! It has been well maintained. If you are coming to the beach with your family there is everything in the house you will need! My family really enjoyed our stay! The pool is larger and deeper than most at rentals we have stayed at. The managers, Michelle and Jennifer were great. I highly recommend!! 😊

We enjoyed this beautiful well kept home and wish we could have stayed longer. The Meadows is a very quiet peaceful community. We definitely would consider staying in this home for future vacations.

True to form
Thank you for making our holiday a home from home, it was the cleanest user friendliest villa we have ever had in Florida. Managed to a high standard (even left us a stroller)with managers on the ball would not hesitate to return nor hesitate to recommend to all.

Great Stay in April 2019
We had a great time in April 2019. The House was very clean and Despite of its age, very well maintained. We enjoyed the big Pool and the outside area. A downside was the small bedroom towards the pool. You can hear the outside pump of the pool and the ac even when windows are closed. Makes it hard to sleep at night. The other bedrooms were great, especially the master bedroom with its really big bathroom. Every bedroom has its own bathroom.
Overall the house was great with plenty of room for all of us and we would rent it again.

Beautiful, well kept house in a wonderful location!
There were four of us (two couples) who shared this spacious, beautiful, comfortable house. The house is well equipped with plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils and towels as well as a large assortment of games and books.
Unfortunately, it was too cool to use the lovely pool, but we did enjoy the outside table for two meals.
Since the nights were chilly, our only complaint was there were no extra blankets in the closets and our bed only had a thin coverlet.
Overall, we were delighted with the house and enjoyed walking on the beautiful walking trails in the Meadows. We had a great time and would recommend this lovely house.

We really enjoyed staying at this vacation home. Everything was available for us from amazing pool, hot tub, grill, large kitchen, laundry room, tv, games to near by stores and restaurants. The beaches were a bit of a drive but it wasn’t too bad.

older property not in tip top shape
We spent 8 nights in this property for a family reunion with members coming from three time zones. The good points: good for a large group b/c every bedroom has its own bathroom, it has a very large open kitchen-den- with big screen tv-living and dining room area for everyone to hang out together. The neighborhood has great walking trails and is lovely, there are three bikes to use. Unfortunately the first night two of our party could not sleep in their bed because the matress was faulty sagging in the middle, and ended up on the couch in the livingroom: bad night for two people. The third and forth night two other members of our paty could not sleep in their rooms and tried to sleep on livingroom couches because the air conditioning fan was faulty and made a horrendous screeching noise that could be heard from around the house into the street. This meant that out of 7 people, 4 of them had not been able to sleep 3 nights out of 8. The managers came after the first night and replaced the mattress the same day; they had the air conditioning fixed on the 4th day. The pool filter did not work well and the water had a film on it the whole time, so we barely used it. Considering the inconveniences and the effect these defects had on our stay we asked, through the rental agency, the owner to take off at least one or two nights from the rental price; this was refused by the owner. So, I would say, though we appreciate the rental management company which was proactive, this property has its faults and renter beware of the owners. It is a pricey rental and you may feel like you did not get the full value of your expenditure. We had a good time with our family (when they were less grumpy from lack of sleep!) but we wished we did not have had to deal with this kind of aggravation on a memorable family vacation.

Spacious and well-appointed home
We very much enjoyed our stay and in fact decided to stay longer because it was so comfortable! Jennifer and Michelle responded immediately to any questions. We enjoyed the pool, walks and bike rides in the neighborhood and were very near the action at the World Rowing Championships. We would definitely rent again.

Better then the photos
The house is huge. We had a family thanksgiving here. We wanted for nothing. The kitchen was well stocked with dinner ware, pots, and pans. The house was spotless upon arrival. Beautiful screened in pool area with ample seating. Centrally located and close to shopping areas. Nice walking trails where we saw alligators daily in the little ponds on the trails. Would definitely consider renting this property again.

Perfect!
We rented this house for a week, during the US Junior Nationals Rowing Championship. We had both coaches stay here, along with two families. This house was PERFECT. It had a very well equipped kitchen, and the home was exactly as pictured (actually, even better!). We had plenty of room to spread out, and since we were so close to the race course we used the house as our "team hub", providing an air conditioned space for them to relax in between races. We fixed lunches and dinners for up to 20 people every day, with no problem. No one really used the pool, but it was beautiful and clean. Jennifer was excellent to work with! Beautiful trails and a safe place for early morning runs/walks.

Just like home
The house was just as pictured. Great location, easy to get to various malls, outings, beach. Jennifer and Collen were a pleasure to work with. We had 8 people in the house and were never tripping over each other. It's better than a hotel and worth the money.

Felt like home!
The house was perfect for our family get-together surrounding our niece's wedding. Conveniently located to shopping (practical and fun), restaurants, the highway, and even downtown Sarasota; the location is ideal. The house itself has TONS of room for people to gather, hang-out and simply be together without feeling squished. There are plenty of bath-rooms - each bedroom being en-suite was such a bonus! The management team/homeowners made us feel like guests of the home - a lovely touch. All 10 of us would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house, beautiful Sarasota, perfect stay
We are eight college friends who get together annually for a long weekend. This year we celebrated our 60th birthdays so it was a particularly special event. We picked the PERFECT place to celebrate in style. The house was perfect with lovely decorations, lots of gathering places, a lovely heated pool and hot tub. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for eight women! The house had all the amenities we needed including adequate paper towels, toiletry items, and cookware, etc. Jennifer and Michelle with the realty management company were always quick to respond and gave great recommendations. Location was great, we easily drove to all the sights. Sarasota was the ideal blend of cultural outings, shopping and beach getaway. We have been to many places and stayed in many rentals over the past 30 years and this was by far our favorite house and trip. Thank you!
