Great location. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave and beach. Great back yard for our family and dogs. House has a cozy feel. Great layout. Guest room beds in main house uncomfortable but guest pool house bed was comfortable. Master bedroom perfect. Love the access outside and large bathroom and great closet space. Back yard was very private and tropical. Came with our pets. They had a great run of the backyard. Lots of areas to explore. Pool was relaxing. Will definitely stay again. Location was quiet but close to the fun of Delray.

the owner of this property is very rude and difficult to work with. I should have seen red flags when we were asked to contribute money for changing our dates (even though it was within the free booking period). The first night the AC went out. The house was 82 degrees until it was fixed the next day at 4pm. The AC man was in and out of the house for 4 hours. Then we got rain and the “guest house” bathroom was leaking brown roof gutter water from the toilet base and sink. It was absolutely disgusting. The toilet paper on the wall was even wet. They came and put tar on the roof and bleached the bathroom. Needless to say- we were unable to use the guest house due to the smell for the remainder of our stay. Upon leaving we found dead bugs- including cockroaches under the bed in the guest house. When I told the home owner she said that these bugs are common in Florida. (I would say this is not a problem to blame on Florida but due to the dirty conditions of the area.) There are plumbing issues, if you run water anywhere in the house the toilets will bubble and will not flush. This house is not worth the price they are asking. The house says it fits 8, but no more than 6 would be comfortable. All of these problems were very inconvenient and headache to deal with. Even worse was the owners would only point the fingers to us and not take any responsibility themselves. Im sure their lack of empathy and gaslighting will continue in their response to my review.

My husband and so and I spent 3 glorious days reading by the pool, watching March madness and going for runs on the beach.

Nice property

We had a wonderful time. Kathy the house manager was helpful, proactiove and responsive with our move-in and departure instructions. The house was clean and exceeded our expectations with the layout, applliances and systems. The backyard and pool were exceptional. Truly a great vacation sopt in Delray!

Hard to put into words how amazing this house is. The location is perfect - it's two blocks off the main drag, and yet in a quiet neighborhood. It is very spacious and peaceful. The backyard, with the pool and the landscaping, is like an oasis. The bathrooms are great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Just an absolutely great place and great experience!

Excellent place to stay - my family of 5 (age 16 - 83) loved the house. It's the kind of place that is a happy surprise when you first arrive. The house is a long but feasible walk to the beach, and two blocks from Atlantic Ave. Intracoastal is at the end of the cul de sac. The backyard and pool is like your own private park. Chairs and beds were very comfortable. Property was squeaky clean when we arrived and check-in was easy and obvious. Owners and prop mgr had great communication with us the entire time. Kitchen had pots /pans, dishes, knives, etc. We've stayed in dozens of VRBOs around the world - this house was top tier. One thing to note... this house was less well-stocked with consumables than some we've been to - no sugar, no bath soap, no salt - not a big problem, but be ready for a run to Publix upon arrival (frankly I wish VRBO would standardize some kind of selection of staples for rentals - you never know what you will find). I wish we had had a couple more days here!

This was the third year we stayed and the property. We like the quiet neighborhood and the property is perfect for us as we usually have family come and visit. Looking forward to next year.

I don’t expect that I would rent this property again. While some repair issues are to be expected given the age of the home, the plumbing gave in on the last day of our stay and none of the toilets were flushing. My family followed the posted guidelines on what to flush and what not to. We decided to leave a day early to avoid making the problem worse and creating a mess. The owner only refunded me a token amount and essentially suggested that I discontinue renting from VRBO if my family needs to use the restroom.

This was the ideal location and property with easy walks to the beach and great restaurants on Atlantic Blvd and lazy days hanging out and having fun in the pool. Great spot! Highly recommend!

Tucked behind Downtown Delray Beach, walking distance to the beach intercoastal, restaurants and art, little touch of the tropics with a wonderful landscaped backyard. Will definitely recommend.

Well appointed home with all the necessities

This house is great! The location is excellent - about a 15 minute walk to the beach (the included beach passes was an added bonus!), about 7 minute walk to Publix and Walgreens, and just a short 5 minute walk to Atlantic Ave with all the great restaurants and shops - no rental car was needed. The house is a great layout with everything you could need. My husband and two (adult) kids were able to easily set up and work as needed, both inside and out by the beautiful pool. The house was immaculate, and Kelly (the owner) as well as Kathy the property manager we’re both super easy to communicate with, when questions arose. We loved it and would happily rent this house again.

This property exceeded my expectations. So incredibly clean, all of the essentials included and a location that cannot be beat. Walking distance to downtown Delray and the inter coastal, a pool that is perfect size and felt like a resort and a beach pass for free chairs, table and umbrella! Kathy the house manager was easy to be in touch with, allowed us to check in early and out later and was very responsive to anything I asked. The check in and check out process was smooth, and the bedroom and bathroom setup was great. 2 couples and one young child were a perfect fit. I cannot say enough nice things and I will definitely be staying here again!

Tropical paradise a short walk from Atlantic Avenue and the beach. Home was just what we needed for a relaxing long weekend with the family. The private pool was enjoyed by everyone morning until night. Would definitely rent this house again!!

My husband and I, along with out two adult sons, thought this place was perfect for our 3-night stay in June. It was well stocked and comfortable in a very safe neighborhood. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but the wind may have just blown the leaves in before we arrived. Access to restaurants and the beach was easy, however construction was occurring nearby so we chose to mostly drive. Kathy, the property manager, was very prompt and responsive when I called her with a question. We would definitely book here again the next time we’re in Delray Beach!

We had such an amazing stay at this house. We had a total of 7 adults and we made it work. The house is even better in person. The open floor plan is great for everyone to socialize and it opens up to the pool. The house is centrally located to the back and downtown so we were able to walk everywhere. Everyone had such an amazing time and the PM Kathy was very helpful and responsive with our requests. I highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time staying, the owners and property manager were prompt and helpful with some toilet issues we were having. The house is super clean, it was the perfect place to quarantine away from home. The pool is obviously the best part, we never even went to the beach! We only went to walk around but if we had, the owners have passes for you to use the beach chair and umbrellas.

This house is OUTSTANDING and the owner / property manager are even better. The house was clean and fully stocked (towels, cooking utensils, etc.). We spent many hours in the uber private backyard enjoying the hot tub and pool.Next time we are in Delray we'll rent this house. No questions about it.
