The property was as advertised and perfect for our needs. The snorkeling right out in front of the resort was fantastic. We snorkled just about every day and twice a day several times. The facilities at Infinity Bay Resort were great. Just be aware that Infinity Bay will charge $50 per day to use their facilities and a $57 cleaning fee. Just something to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my husband and my 3rd trip to Roatan. This time we brought our kids (ages 5 & 7), and my in-laws. This unit was perfect for our family of 6. I loved the location of this unit, made complete with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony.
The kitchen was well stocked, and we made many meals there.
Having the ability to do laundry was awesome!
The beds were comfortable and our kids slept great on the pull out bed in the living room.
Communication with the host David was great, he was always quick to respond.
We love Infinity Bay and will continue to return. Our kids are officially obsessed! The new pool is a wonderful addition!
We will absolutely be planning to stay in this unit if possible moving forward!

3rd visit to Roatan. Usually I rent entire villas through Vrbo when we travel -but because this was a quick 4 night trip,
we kept it simple. Nice to have a restaurant on the beach right at the resort. The 2 pools are huge.
My love of the Caribbean is mostly because of coral reefs.
Roatan has the best and there is amazing snorkeling right off the beach at Infinity Bay.
The unit is 2nd floor which gives you some privacy and it's in bldg. #4 which is 4 back from the beach which good enough.

The property was great. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The grounds were well maintained. The staff was responsive and helpful. The location right on the beach was superb. We walked to a different restaurant every evening except one when we took a water taxi to West End. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Condo was clean and everything was convenient. Kern (transportation guy) was awesome , it was our first time in Roatan and he got us to all the cool local places . Condo in great location. The snorkeling is second to none. The stay was all around great. Buy alcohol at the grocery store.

Excellent place to stay as a family especially with children. Infinity has become more expensive. When considering the price do not forget to factor,-in the excessive (hidden?) resort fee required at check-in. When that is done and you compare the TOTAL per day price this resort is no longer so competitive with other properties that are excellent deals for family vacation.

We had a great time at this VBRO. The site was just as described, and better than the photos. It was Easter week, so it was busy and lots of action. It is the perfect location to go out and snorkel. The reef and protected swimming area are steps away. The beach has a good combination or chairs with shade from the palm trees and sun. Everything was picturesque.

Had a great stay with this rental! Condo is clean, remodeled, great location on the property! Location of Infinity Bay is great within West Bay- short walk to many restaurants, activities, dive shops. We dove through an off site dive shop and it was under 5 min walk there daily. My kids had a great time in the IB pool, although the pool can be crowded at times. Balconies in the unit are lovely and quiet. Wi-Fi in the unit was spotty at times, but had no problems if we were close to or on balcony. We have been to Roatan several times before scuba diving and we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Can't remember how many times we have stayed in this particular unit, but it the always the first place we go for housing reservations. As in the past, we had a great time and enjoyed whiling away the mornings on the second floor balcony with coffee and crossword puzzles until it was time to go snorkeling. Thanks to our generous host, David Horton, for always being attentive to every detail. Cheers!

This is our fourth stay at Infinity Bay and Unit 403 and it was awesome! Can never say enough about how much fun and great this location is. David the owner does a tremendous job with keeping amenities up to date and Infinity Bay keeping everything looking beautiful. Can’t wait to get back ASAP!

Upon our arrival there was a horrible waste smell coming from the vent above the kitchen counter and we did not have wifi. When I contacted the owner he was rude and short and said the hotel was on Septic and It’s Honduras after all. The smell was so bad by day 2 that when maintenance came to drill into the ceiling to fix what they said was a broken pipe, human feces came pouring down on the counter.
Infinity Bay management put us in another room for the night while they repaired the pipe and ceiling. When we returned to our room the following day there continued to be a waste smell and we had no a/c. Maintenance fixed the a/c and it broke once again the middle of the night. Apart from that, the dishwasher did not work and we only had consistent wifi 2 out of the 4 nights we had to stay in the room. The owner did not offer us any compensation for the horrific first few days or the other inconveniences we endured during our stay. He offered us a future discount which we found comical as we would never consider staying there again.
Infinity Bay is great location and the management is very responsive. Unfortunately, this unit is run down and in need of updating. Furthermore, the owner is far from hospitable or accommodating and does not have the skills or desire to effectively run a vacation rental.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. David was super helpful and communicative in preparation for our trip. Had no need to contact him during our stay as everything was just perfect! Infinity bay is a perfect location in West Bay. You can walk up the beach to an alley to get amazing local food. Can't say enough about our stay!

Fantastic
We had a tremendous trip to Roatan. This property is just a 90 second walk to the best beach on the island - powder sand and an incredible coral reef to snorkel on straight out from the beach. David was very attentive to small questions we had, especially while we were there. Property was very nice. Comfortable king bed in the master. Loaded kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, nice balcony view. Pizza at the Palapa bar was delicious. COVID testing at the property was fast and convenient. All in all - FANTASTIC.

Horrible Sewer Gas Smell
For the first 5 days, there was a horrible sewer gas smell in the entire unit. We ran water in all locations, in case a trap was dry. When that didn’t resolve it, we called the front desk, daily. They sent maintenance a few times, but didn’t resolve the issue those days. They just left a can of Lysol spray.
We texted the property owner on about the 5th day, hoping we could change rooms. He said no. His first response was that no one else had complained about it in the weeks preceding, but he did contact maintenance. Finally, a crew came out back and did something with the sewer system behind the units and the smell improved significantly.
I did ask the property owner for some compensation for enduring the horrible smell during our stay, but he ignored the request and offered no compensation . Disappointing.

The condo is clean and quiet. The deck is nice with pool and ocean view. The resort is safe and convenient, well located to other restaurants in walking distance. The reception area was responsive with any questions I had. All activities can be booked through the resort or vendors on the beach. Snokeling off the beach in good.

No Surprises, excellent property.
Property is in a prime location, steps from the beach. The family and i enjoyed our stay. David answered all our questions promptly. Once we got to the property, everything was as promised. Only minor hiccup is that the wifi router had been accidently unplugged by the cleaning crew so it wasn't working initially, however, once i plugged it back in, it was fine. The owner was attentive to all needs. Nothing negative to say about the property or the owner. The service at the restaurant, unfortunately, could've been much better. We ended up only eating there once. There are many other places down the beach to eat which provided us better service and no waits. Went next door to "The Placita" almost daily for quality food (and cheaper then the resort restaurant), also took water taxis to West End for other restaurants. One day went and had dinner at the Grand Roatan, restaurant there was excellent. Anyways, i recommend this unit 100%.

The condo was clean and decorated nicely with. local artwork. It overlooks. the pool and has a nice view of the beach and water the drawback is bedroom plugs are loose and won’t hold inserts. In al it’s a great place..

We really enjoyed our visit to Roatan. The rental unit was reasonably priced and the location to the beach and pool was ideal. While the unit could use some TLC, I was overall happy with it.

Our Stay (during Quarantine) at Infinity Bay
We arrive in Roatan at the Infinity Bay resort just two measly days before the Government of Honduras shut down the travel in and out of the country. normally I'd say a situation like that could put a large damper on a family vacation, but in this case, it didn't at all. We spent 9 nights total at Infinity and Davids unit 403. David was a great host communicated with us effectively throughout the general uncertainty, and that was great. The hotel this unit resides at wonderful, both the location and the staff. The hotel sits right on a very expansive and beuatiful coral reef that starts about 50 feet off the beach and seemingly goes on for miles. I was there when the world started to shut down due to Corona Virus, and I can't wai to go back. Unit 403 itself is very well accomodated and suited our family of four with ease.

Infinity Bay Resort
Amazing vacation! Suite 403 is perfectly situated to the pool and ocean as well as far enough away from the Beach Bar so it was quiet in the evening. Beds were very comfy and kitchen had everything required to cook and make drinks.
People were very friendly and the seafood along the beach restaurants was excellent.
Snorkeling was second to none right out from the resort!
