Unsere Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in der 2. Etage von Atlantis on Amelia, einem Komplex mit 24 Wohneinheiten, einem Pool und Tennisplätzen. Das Gebäude ist mit einem Aufzug und einer Treppe ausgestattet und verfügt über eine private Promenade zum Strand hinunter.
Eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett verfügt über einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Flachbildfernseher im Wohnbereich sowie in jedem der Schlafzimmer und WiFi sind ebenfalls in unserer Einheit verfügbar. Blue Ray Player mit WLAN (für Netflix, etc ...) befinden sich im Wohn- und Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem DVD-Player im Gästeschlafzimmer. Haartrockner sind in jedem Badezimmer. Das Schlafsofa ist ab März 2016 neu. Es gibt auch ein Twin-Size-Roll-A-Way.
Die Wohnung wird mit 1 Rolle Papierhandtücher, 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier pro Bad, einer Einwegschachtel Waschmittel, mehreren Tabs für die Spülmaschine, ein paar Küchenmüllsäcken und ein paar kleinen Seifenstücken in jedem Bad bestückt .

This was our first time to Amelia Island! We really enjoyed some relaxation after several action packed days at the theme parks in Orlando. We arrived late and needed sheets for the sleeper sofa. The host was responsive and shared with me where to find the sheets we needed. The unit is spacious and photos are accurate. The kitchen is spacious and the balcony is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon libations! The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. The chairs and towels available were very convenient! I was worried about feeling a little cramped in a 2 bedroom with 3 teenage boys, but we had plenty of room and did not feel cramped. I would definitely stay again and recommend!

My husband and I loved this condo! From the modern, clean, attractive, comfortable furnishings and large kitchen to the great balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. Our bed was comfortable and listening to the waves crashing made for some great relaxation. We also loved the area, with the wonderful restaurants and downtown shopping. The owner was quick to respond to several issues that arose (none of which were her fault) and all of them were resolved as quickly as possible (unfortunately, the cold pool took several days to resolve). We would definitely love to stay here again! We rented two additional units for our children/grandchildren and it was great to be able to enjoy this family vacation together! The entire complex was quiet and mostly vacant (early November).

This property met our needs. It was remarkably clean and very charming. Hands down, the view of the ocean was the best part of staying here. We’ve stayed in few condos on the island however, this was the most comfortable unit. What we appreciated: the assigned parking spot, full home amenities such towels, kitchen/cookware and beach gear chairs/towels. The host, Beth, was very responsive anytime I had question. I highly staying here, and would love to come back again.

Quiet beach with everything we needed. We left Orlando to go back home to VA and decided to find a place at the beach. We found this place that had chairs since we didn’t have any with us. We were a little worried about the chairs and if they would have enough. They had like 10 and they were very nice ones. We stayed 3 nights and it was great. The sunrise was beautiful and we even got to see the sea turtles hatch and run to the water. It was amazing to watch!

Stayed 5 nights and had a great stay! The condo was very clean and well maintained. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 3. The owners have a closet full of beach items available for use that was very much appreciated. Nice view of the beach and a short walk to the water. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was neat and attractive. Well-supplied. The thermostat was a challe ge to my husband, but others would probably not have a problem. Balcony and balcony furniture were very nice....I watched dolphins playing each morning..

Had a perfect long weekend with my sisters!! Great condo with beautiful sunrises every morning. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and very nice patio. Communication with the host was great, too. Would stay here again!

We had a great week of sun and sand. This condo is always perfect for the two of us. Great location with unbelievable beach sunrises. We enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony viewing the sunrise. Condo is always super clean and well stocked. A/C was ice cold -very welcome as everyday was sunny and in the 90s. Beth is wonderful.l

This condo had a great patio with a wonder view to have morning coffee or evening supper. Beth was incredible to work with. She replied immediately to any question or concern I had. We met with the property manager and he was wonderful to chat with. The maintenance man for the condo stopped by and he was hilarious and very welcoming! Booking and check in were a breeze.

Love this property!
We have visited Atlantis on Amelia probably 10-15 times over the last 40 years. It has maintained is quality for all those years. This unit is the nicest that we have rented here recently. The unit is clean, everything works and the furnishings are comfortable. The only criticism is the sinks in the bathroom are stylish but uncomfortable to use. The only suggestion is that an AppleTV type connection to the TV would be appreciated to stream Netflix/AmazonPrime type programs.

I highly recommend this property as the island was great, the condo is perfect with an amazing view and close to everything! The property manager is responsive and easy to work with! We loved our stay and would consider coming back! I also appreciate all the beach items in the condo to make traveling easier!

We were referred to this property by a friend who had stayed here before. This was our first time to Fernandina Beach and will definitely be back. The location is very quiet with very little commercialization in the immediate area. The unit was just as advertised and impeccably clean.

Great location but very upset with our checkout
We had a wonderful experience at Amelia Island and property was quiet and clean. However, if you have children do no stay here. We were told "there were fingerprints on everything" throughout the condo. We have a 2 year old and 5 year old, so of course there were fingerprints on the doors qnd windows to view the ocean. Completely upset with this being said about my children since we were there to view the ocean. We were accused of tearing the sheets when I had absolutely zero knowledge of anyone in my family tearing the sheet whatsoever but, my word was no accepted. We were also called filthy and said we did not take our trash out, when everyday my husband took trash to the bins provided. There were a few tiny boxes left in the master bathroom trash but saying we took no trash out was a slap in the face. Im so upset our family was spoken about this way and nobody believed my word. There was sand in the condo when we left in spots yes, but it is an oceanfront condo and we have small children. We were charged an additional cleaning fee for these reasons. I was unaware that we needed to deep clean the condo before we left. Very upset that we were deemed nasty (when we have children that play and enjoyed looking out the windows.) Amelia was beautiful but we won't be returning for this said reason.

Amelia Island-Atlantis on Amelia
We had a wonderful time in Unit 203 at Atlantis On Amelia. The view from our balcony was absolutely incredible watching the morning sunrises and for just relaxing. The only issue was with the balcony furniture, it really needs replaced and updated. The rocker/loveseat was broken and the cushions were all worn. The rental included the beach chairs and umbrellas which was a real plus, however the chairs had reached their life expectancy. All and all we had a wonderful time and we all agreed that we would go back again.

Perfect Getaway
Our visit to Atlantis on Amelia was the perfect getaway. The condo was as listed/pictured. Beth was quick to respond to any questions. Location was great, close to grocery and numerous restaurants. We will definitely rent again!
