A pefect setting for our family gathering. This home offers plenty of space with all the perfect kitchen amenities. Marion the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The home and views are amazing.

The boys came up for a ski trip weekend and could not have been happier with our stay at the mid beautiful home. All the bedrooms were laid out nicely, the kitchen is HUGE!! And they have done such a great job making sure you have all the necessities to enjoy your stay. One night it snowed 6” and the next morning we woke up to a freshly blown driveway, clean and ready for us to depart to the base. Don’t let this home being 5 miles out of town scare you, it’s a very short drive to downtown. We skied Breck, Copper and Keystone from here and had a group of 8. Such a blast, would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone hands down!!!

This was one of the most spectacular and well kept homes we have ever been in. We needed space for my 3 daughters and 2 new son in laws celebrating Christmas with our extended family. They were blown away by the size, beauty, and 'warm family' feel of the home. It was awesome and anyone considering a home away from home for an unforgettable family experience. This is your place. Pricey? Yes. Worth it, Yes as well.

This home is beautiful, in a quiet area with gorgeous views. The kitchen is big and fully stocked for baking and cooking; one of the best in all the homes we’ve rented. Lots of space in all areas, including the porch. We never ran out of hot water and the water pressure was more than adequate. Linens, all paper products and household staples were in abundance.
Marion was easy to communicate with and willing to help us in changing our rental dates, due to airline issues.
We throughly enjoyed our stay, and we’d go back again.

House was great, owner and property manager great. Only suggestion would be to have nice large oscillating fan in every bedroom. We loved the 3 levels for 3 families. I recommend this house!

Family ski trip. 15 minutes to slopes. Spacious and well appointed house. Nice views. Very responsive host and manager. Hot tub worked well. Pool table was a lot of fun. Garage and mud room worked out perfectly. We parked 1 large vehicle in garage and 2 large vehicles on driveway with no issues. TVs a little tricky to operate and log in to YouTube TV - no cable channels. Wi-Fi worked great. Bring your own pillows if you're picky. Overall very happy with our stay and recommend this house.

This property was perfect for our group of 10. It was extremely comfortable and very conveniently located a short drive away from Breckenridge. The house and it’s views were stunning. Marion was an amazing host! Very accommodating and responsive.

This is a beautiful well appointed home that has everything you would need for a family vacation. The wifi is the only thing that was hit or miss for us as it frequently went out if more than 1 or 2 people were using it. We imposed a no wifi moratorium during the Super Bowl as we air played it from our devices to the TV, & it still cut out a few times. BUT honestly, we were there to hang out together and spend time not on devices so this was a minor inconvenience.
We loved this house, check in and out were easy and we would recommend this house to anyone coming to Breck!

Home is gorgeous with beautiful setting. Host is very helpful, readily available, and has insured home is well appointed with everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed a great family getaway and enjoyed great meals in the fantastic kitchen. Also, skiing in Breckenridge is just a short drive away. Convenient and Wonderful! We will return! Thanks Marion!

Wonderful mountain lodge
We had a great time staying at this beautiful house in the mountains. The views were amazing, the house was well stocked and had everything we needed. It is located in a nice neighborhood and we had fun exploring in the backyard! Had a great time!

Wonderful Stay!!!
We had the absolute best time! The home is gorgeous and well maintained. The home is close to Main St. A short 10 min drive to reach Peak 9. The driveway was cleared of snow every morning. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you could want to make some delicious meals. The view is just amazing to wake up to everyday and the house is especially great if you have children. Our boys loved playing downstairs and out in the spacious backyard that was covered with thick fluffy snow. Excellent home!!!

Beautiful property and great location
This is the third season we’ve stayed in this home. The house/property is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and close to the mountain/downtown. A stocked kitchen to cook for big groups. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful Gem in Blue River
This is a great place to stay with big groups. lots of room to spread out and relax. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, pool table in basement, hot tub out back, and apple tv everywhere! we had a private chef come out and prep dinner- so easy because of the chef’s kitchen .We had 2 masseuse come out and had plenty of room to set them up in different areas of the house without kicking anyone out of their bedrooms. Walking the neighborhood was a fun little adventure as well. ~5-7 min from down town breckinridge. don’t miss this house for that true mountain lodge experience!

MLK weekend
We had a group of 10-two families, 20-something year old kids and their significant others. The house was perfect- well supplied kitchen, lots of room to spread out, the hot tub was a hit with the younger set. The pool room was a big hit as well. Close to skiing yet enough to do at the house for the non-skiers. Marion was quick to reply to messages, the house was exceptionally clean, check in and out process very easy. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Mountain Retreat
Gorgeous home with amazing views.! An incredible home away from home. Just a quick drive to downtown Breckenridge (with easy access to shopping, dining, grocery stores) but away from all of the hustle and bustle of the crowds. This home was the perfect retreat after a busy day of activities. There is something to be said when you look forward to heading back to the house to relax after a big day! This home has it all. Marion was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. Our girls (ages 10 and 6) loved the hot tub and sledding down the driveway. So many small touches/extras throughout the house like hand sanitizer, kleenex, lotion, etc.) -- it's the little things!! We appreciated the property manager, John, who made sure the driveway and pathways were shoveled -- we had a TON of snow! Again, very responsive host and incredibly well-maintained home. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely perfect!
The house was just perfect! Lots of comfortable space, warm floors and a big kitchen. Snow was shoveled from the driveway and a sidewalk carved out to the hottib daily. Just a few verry short mi8les into Breck, but far enough out to feel the privacy of being somewhat secluded. The property manager followed up with a very nice message about how we left the house at checkout, which was so kind and greatly appreciated. We are planning another trip and expect to be back in no time! Happy holidays.

Wonderful home for family stay
This was a beautiful, big, comfortable house. The most impressive thing was the kitchen, which was spacious and full of great appliances and prep space but also was really stocked with pantry basics, dishes, pots and pans, and an array of small appliances I didn't expect (a waffle iron!)
Everything was as advertised and easy to use. We definitely wanted to stay longer. All communication was prompt and helpful.

Fabulous Home
This property was excellent for our family. We used the deck, the hot tub and spacious family room. It was a joy to cook using the high end appliances and all the pans and cooking utensils. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The house was set up great for our grandson with baby gates, crib, outlet plugs and pack n play. It is one of the best places we have stayed through VRBO!

Beautiful scenery and home!
We really enjoyed Breckenridge, despite it being mud season. Surprisingly yummy restaurants and nice trails. This home is really nicely updated and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and all the little things we needed.

Awesome mountain retreat
Nestled high among the pines, Marion's home is everything mentioned in the stellar reviews on VRBO. Upon entering the home, the stunning views from the large windows immediately soothe the senses. Our family of ten is all ages, from a one year old to Grandpa and Grandma. The large open kitchen, living and dining area easily accommodated us comfortably. The range, frig, two dishwashers and the bar seating were all appreciated as our family enjoys time spent together in the kitchen. The dining table easily handled game time and coloring time. The large, quiet bedrooms, each with its own bath, afforded everyone some private retreat space at the end of the day. It was convenient to have the crib, high chair, and baby gates. There was nothing we had to "run to town" for. Awesomely, it's all there ! Your home Marion, is where now, at the end of a long stressful day, I'm going to let my memories transcend me. Thank you for allowing us to get together at your wonderful mountain retreat :)

Beautiful spacious home
This home is beautiful and had all the amenities we were looking for in a rental property. The kitchen is stocked with appliances to make meal planning and cooking easier. The rooms are spacious and they all have their own private bathrooms which is great for a group. This was the second time I’ve stayed at this home and it will always be our first choice when we visit Breck.

A slice of heaven.
Close enough to downtown Breck for whatever you need while tucked peacefully away in the grandeur of the mountains. This home is incredible and has. Something for everyone. Owner is so responsive and committed to making your stay fabulous. We’ve been here before and will definitely come again. Don’t miss out on this rare fantastic find!

Amazing stay
This home exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to have a view yet enjoy the downtown area within a few minutes (13 minutes to be exact). The homeowner, Marion was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and shared tons of information with us. We were two families with 4 children and kids had a spectacular time sledding down the driveway, playing indoors, and really just enjoying the property. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Excellent Blue River Stay
Great property for a family getaway in Breck. This house had the best stocked kitchen of any rental we've ever stayed at and we were super impressed with how clean everything was. Tons of space and very kid friendly with baby gates installed for the stairs. This is the first place I'll look the next time we are headed to Breck.

Amazing House
We had such a great time here. We have stayed in many VRBO properties in slime great locations, this one is in the top of the list. The house is perfect. Whether you want to ski or just play in he snow it’s an ideal place to stay. Short drive to town but out of all the hustle and bustle. The community the house is in is picturesque. The house had everything we needed, all we had to do was buy groceries. Marion the owner is on top of it all. Thanks doe such a great vacation. You must rent this one.
