Mr. and Ms. Cooley are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met . They have a beautiful and clean rental that was more than accommodating. If your thinking about booking don’t wait , you’ll thank yourself once your there .

Our first non-motel stay, pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, cleanliness and peacefulness. Blueberry muffins were the best I’ve ever had.

We needed something in a fun location while visiting family nearby- this was central to many parks, nature center, trampoline park, lots of good restaurants and slept us all comfortably. Full kitchen was handy. Nice touches (bathroom necessities, reading glasses, customized place settings to the age of my kids, and home made banana bread and treats- and plenty of coffee ! We enjoyed the designated parking spot to help us find our way on arrival and the backyard was nice for the kids to explore. The pull down bed was a big hit with my 10 year old.

We enjoyed our stay, we were also able to have our grandson stay with us one night and he wanted to stay longer.

I brought my 82 year old mom to visit with her sister and my granddaughter national beauty pageant.

As always our stay here is very pleasant. I generally here 2x a year so it’s home away from home!

This is like my home away from home.As always this is always quiet, comfortable, clean and the location is perfect. Owners are always in contact and I always enjoy my stay here at least once a year often times more than that.

The property is even better seeing it in person than the pictures shown on the internet. The hostess put out a lovely array of goodies and I must say that one of them, the blueberry muffins, were the best that I've ever tasted! Very quaint and a nice neighborhood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vrbo. The hosts showed great hospitality. The apartment was clean and quiet. It had a great fenced in back yard for our dog to enjoy. The fresh baked blackberry cobbler was delicious.

My family and I loved the place. It was very clean and made us feel comfortable. My wife commented that everything was thought of and I would agree. We really enjoyed staying here rather than a hotel. I was actually able to cook something for Thanksgiving dinner to take to my family. There was not one thing we could possibly complain about. It was a very great place to stay while on our vacation. We travel to Missouri at least once per year and hope the place is available each time. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The owners of this listing were very friendly and helpful. You can tell they thoroughly enjoy guests and make sure the accommodations are up to high standards.

I was attending a wedding in Cape and always travel with my dog. It was a perfect place for me my sister and Luckee. Very quiet. The hosts are lovely people and we had everything we needed. I would have liked to stay longer to explore the parks in the area.

The Cooleys have a very nice rental apartment with on-street parking in a great neighborhood. The Wi-fi is lightning fast, the cable tv terrific, and the apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The backyard view included, at various times, squirrels, rabbits, uncountable birds, and a doe that lives in and roams throughout the neighborhood. I caught sight of her no less than 4 times in my 3 days there. Awesome!

The property has it all. Great location and ease to get in and out with parking in the street. Also, love the amenities of the small kitchen, microwave, fridge, etc.... Only possible setback is you can hear people above you walking throughout the house along with talking. Kind of gives you a feel of living in an apartment. Now, flipside, it was during "normal" hours so didn't affect sleep or anything like that. I would venture to say this is a gem of a property during the Spring and Summer months when you can enjoy the backyard. Regardless, Joyce and Jerry were exceptional hosts.

Joyce and Jerry were just downright good folks. The basement apartment is perfect. It is kept tidy and has everything you need. Nice neighborhood. Great place.

A little misleading. Photo it showed of front door was their front door...not where we stayed. We had to go under their carport to get to it. They said we could use back yard play area, but, they were undergoing remodeling and we were afraid out little one would get hurt. Also, baby goes to bed somewhat early, but, we could hear them clanging dishes and walking above us (we knew it was attached to their house, but, only a door separated us) and it woke him up a lot. With that being said...the owner was extremely nice. The room was clean and stocked with everything we could have needed right down to Q-Tips and Band-Aids. We would probably stay there again, if the baby wasn't with us.

We enjoyed our stay there. Very nice and private. Joyce had fresh flowers, fruit and homemade banana bread on table when we arrived. Extra toiletries in case you forgot something. Jerry worked hard to fix a large gate so I could let my dog in and out safely! No complaints at all! Would stay there again. Thank you Joyce and Jerry!

The Cooley’s are great property owners and are always there if you need them. ((even if they are not they always have someone standing in the gap )

I stayed here while on a travel assignment at the hospital here in town. The apartment had everything I needed and was clean and in order. The Murphy’s bed is super comfy, did not try the pull out couch. Joyce and Jerry would wonderful host and helped with anything I needed while here. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood and you are close to anything you may need in town. There are not many fully furnished rentals here in town so I’m super happy I found this gem!

Joyce has thought of almost everything to be very hospitable! She made some very good blueberry muffins that were waiting on the table when I arrived. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you would need to cook/bake with. Even has a little stove! The bathroom is a decent size and she has a little basket with a few things just in case you forgot it. I am a travel nurse and stayed here for a month and she would check in on me to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend this place.

I was in much need of an escape from a very busy hectic life. This place was perfect! Joyce & Jerry are the sweetest host and think of everything to make your stay feel just like home only better. They have not left one detail out in offering a very fully equipped mini apartment. Even had a fresh pastry waiting for me when I arrived and had relaxing music playing to start my week off. They have small snacks and coffees and teas for their guest as well. The location is perfect, less then 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. I enjoyed my get-away tremendously and now have a place to go to when I need some me time. Thank you Joyce & Jerry for a very pleasant week and for your genuine care you have! God Bless you both!

This was actually my second time here and once again I enjoyed myself to tremendously...me and my husband love this place ...it is so comfortable and cozy with all the amenities of home but most of all I like the quietness. It’s actually like my second home.
