Beautiful, spacious lake front home in the heart of Boyne City!
Lage, Lage, Lage! Dieses malerische Haus aus den 50er Jahren befindet sich auf 120 m. Am Wasser des Lake Charlevoix im Zentrum von Boyne City. Großer Garten und Sandstrand - ideal für Sandburgen, Lagerfeuer und Badespaß. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem See Charlevoix. Langes Dock mit einem Bootszug für Ihren Einsatz.
Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Main St. und allen Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (Betten für 8 im Winter) und eine kleine Küche, einen Wohnbereich, eine Veranda und einen Waschraum. Im Sommer gibt es auch ein Etagenhaus, in dem 2 zusätzliche Betten auf Etagenbetten plus Platz für aufblasbare Matratzen untergebracht werden können. Im Winter wird jeder Raum mit elektrischer Wärme beheizt, so dass kleine Kinder darauf achten müssen, dass sie die Heizelemente nicht berühren. Wasserspielzeug, Schwimmwesten, Strandspielzeug, 2 Kajaks und 2 Fahrräder stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung!

We stayed as a group of friends with our children and the house had enough room to host us all comfortably! The host was very responsive and checkin was easy. The location was beautiful with a clean beach and lots to do right away!

This is a nice house with a great beach and dock, however, there were issues with cleanliness and quality of kitchenware. we had to do a lot of our own cleaning. Some of the sheets and towels were stained, they do not bleach or disinfect them. Same for the shower curtains. At first glance, the house looked clean, but was not. The quality of kitchen utensils and cookware was terrible along with filthy kitchen drawers. We had to go buy some of our own. Dishwasher was difficult to use and leaves a thick white film on the dishes. The house needs a thorough deep cleaning. Sandy, the host was very nice and gracious, and we discussed our concerns with her.

We had 14 people and were cozy but comfortable. The house location is great, walk or short drive to Boyne City, short drive to Walloon Lake, and right near the main grocery store. The beds were very soft and comfortable, which is always a risk with VRBOs. We had some challenges in using the individual air units, one bedroom was very warm but the other are three were fine. Overall great home and would recommend it.

Plenty of COMFORTABLE beds for everyone! Just know you are in a cove so all the debri washes up on the sand and you’ll want to take it before the kids play. This place has everything we could want/need! Very efficient and timely manager

First class, beautiful VRBO right on Lake Charlevoix! Super clean and comfortable. Very roomy. Views are spectacular. Manager Sandy is very easy to work with and responsive. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful outdoor area, window views of Lake Charlivoix. This is a restorative space. We had our team retreat and there was a place for everyone to stretch out and to sleep. Great host and follow up. Thank you for a great weekend!

We loved our stay! Great location, lots of room. We had 10 in our family and we enjoyed it! We rented a boat for the day from Boyne Watersports and they recommended we don’t bring the boat to the dock at the rental house because of shallow waters. We were disappointed by that but it turned out to be such a beautiful day out on the water exploring the HUGE lake!
We cooked a lot in the kitchen and it was fairly equipped. Grill worked and was clean. We enjoyed the big dining table and also dining tables outside for our big family. We will definitely be back

We enjoyed our stay so much at this property! Beautiful lakefront beach and large open kitchen/dining/living area with walkout onto the porch and lakefront was perfect for our family with 2 small children. The bedrooms were perfect, we used the kitchen daily for meals which was stocked with cooking ware. The grocery store is a literal 5 min walk down the road. Downtown is a close walk as well. The provided kayaks and paddle board were a blast and the provided kids toys gave tons of entertainment! Puzzles and games were also a great addition for our one rainy day. Cannot recommend this location highly enough!!

We had a really good week in Boyne City. This house is perfect for a family vacation. House was recently remodeled and is beautiful. We had one issue - the bed linens. They appeared to be inexpensive and did not fit the mattress. Any movement meant the linens came off. Solve this issue and the vacation was perfect!

This was our favorite VRBO thus far. The house was absolutely perfect for the 7 of us. So much room and the lay out was insanely perfect. The back yard was a dream. We grilled out. Docked jet skis and sat in the hammock daily. We are hoping to book same time next year. Biking into town to eat ice cream was a highlight. I didn't realize my teens remembered how to actually ride a bike :) And huge thank you to Sandy and Gary and Seth for the most memorable day :)

Our family absolutely loved this property and the beach! Don't hesitate at all and be confident that your family will have a good time. Our kids ranged in age from 3 to 11. The pictures don't show enough of the beach/dock which is where we spent the majority of our day. The home layout is such that there are basically two master-like bedrooms on either end of the home and two bedrooms between them adjoining the common great room/kitchen open space. I liked the layout a lot. We really enjoyed the two kayaks and paddleboard. There were plenty of life vests for our kids ages and adults as well. Sandy was very responsive to our questions which I appreciated! There's a reasonable grocery store only 1-2 minutes away. Don't waste any time and book the place, you won't regret it!

The house and property were beautifully maintained, plenty of space for our family and kids to feel comfortable. There’s many fun things to do that are within walking distance and/or a short drive from the house. We loved our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice family getaway!

This house was super cute and was a GREAT location. Close to Petoskey and Charlevoix and right on the lake. I will say that the utensils and the floors were not very clean, but the rest of the house was great.

Fantastic location, beautiful home inside and out, great communication with host, a few of the great features we found and experienced in this VRBO. Close to ski facility and restaurants; our trip couldn’t have been any easier.

The house was perfect for our family and conveniently located within walking distance to the cute town. We enjoyed using the paddle boards/kayaks and used the outdoor space most evenings. It was clean and as advertised. Recommend!

This is the perfect vacation home. It is right on Lake Charleviox and walking distance to downtown Boyne City. This beautiful home was spotless when we arrived. Our grandchildren loved the beach. Swimming was great. Definitely one of our best vacations!

Great house for larger groups
The large amount of sandy beach and all the places to relax in the backyard were highlights of this rental. We also loved the large kitchen/main room where our large extended family could gather.

Clean and updated lakefront home with a sandy beach!
This home was in a perfect location. It was easily accessible to stores, restaurants and downtown Boyne City. It was also a great spot to access other towns like Petosky. The home itself was clean, updated and nicely accommodated my family and my sister’s family. I would highly recommend this home.

Nice Location with Plenty of Space
We rented this property for our family Christmas Ski Trip. It had plenty of room for our family of five. Very convenient location only 10 minutes from the slopes and close to restaurants and a nice grocery store. Will definitely visit again….

Girls fall weekend
Sandy was great to work with and fast to respond to questions. Her property was gorgeous! House updated and lots of room to spread out, great outdoor backyard with seating and fire pit right on the water! House conveniently located right near downtown and a short drive to other northern Michigan spots like Petoskey and Charlevoix. Would recommend and would stay again!

>No courtesy toiletries in master bath (should be standard at this price point)
>Refrigerator door needed inexpensive repair to close properly ( not a hand made sign)
>Standard grade bath towels, not high end luxury type
Yes, I know this sounds like a "gripe list" , it is NOT meant to be, we had a very nice vacation and would rent the property again when in the area.
