My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property. The owner is helpful and responsive. The ocean views are gorgeous. It’s just a few steps away from the sand. The condo is comfortable and beautifully furnished. There are lots of amenities, including two pools and hot tubs. There’s a fun bar on-site and there’s a convenience store within walking distance. The location is great. We went to Murrells Inlet for dinner and live music. We walked to the Garden City Pier to fish. I took walks through the quaint neighborhoods nearby. What a lovely place. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was especially clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was recently renovated and well supplied with anything one could possibly need. The location of the parking lot and elevator was convenient. The beach in this area is very clean. My only advice would be to bring a couple towels. The bedding and towel package only included one towel per person. All and all staying at this condo was a wonderful experience.

Our stay was everything we hoped for! The condo was beautiful, the view was amazing, the pool and hot tub were great! Couldn’t ask for better owners who stayed in contact with us regarding a small issue that remedied with no problem.. looking forward to a return trip next year ☀️😎 Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. I took my two grandaughters with me age 7 and 9 and they had a great time. They really enjoyed the pools as it was too hot for the beach most days. Condo was just the perfect size for us and everything was as expected. Clean, great location, everything we needed. Look forward to booking this condo again.

Couldn’t be happier!
We’ve rented from Kim before and just as in years past, the entire experience was fantastic. The condo is so cute, clean and well stocked and it’s in a perfect location. We love walking down to the pier for fisherman watching and ice cream! Communication is great, Kim had always been prompt to respond to any questions and makes the entire process so easy. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Much needed time away
With the craziness of the world right now this is exactly what my husband and I needed! We had another place reserved but due to covid had to change last minute.... it all worked out and this will be one of our new spots. It was a perfect view, quite and peaceful. Praying next time we can see and do more things (once things calm down). Thank you Kim for reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Best Vacation Ever
The condo was exactly as described! Beautiful view! Adorably decorated with updated and very nice furniture! Kitchen was extremely well stocked. We wanted for nothing! And in my opinion, the most important detail was that it was super clean! We had one minor issue with the ice maker and within 90 minutes, the owner, Kim, had maintenance there fixing it. I would definitely recommend this condo! You won't be disappointed!

Great place!
We've stayed at Waters Edge for many years(great location and amenities) but this has been our favorite condo. It is exactly as advertised. It has everything they say and more. We couldn't have asked for more! And having a code instead of a check in process was so great! And I didn't have to clean when we got there! Thanks again!

We had a great vacation. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Great location for about anything you would want to do. Owners are very nice and available if needed. There are good restaurants and activities for all ages. We are already looking forward to our next vacation here. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay.

This unit has obviously been taken good care of! So comfortable with beautiful view of the ocean. Our hosts were super and easy to contact! Love their beach collection decor! Inside & outdoor pools, hot tub & great workout facility are added pluses! Large deck is awesome! We love it here!!!

Beautiful property with excellent on site amenities... indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, convenient parking in attached garage, washer and dryer in unit, beach access only a step off property! Property is close to many restaurants and entertainment opportunities. Owner easy to reach with questions and quick to respond!

Very clean and well- maintained. Everything we needed, and more, was provided within the unit. Pools and hot tubs were clean and conveniently located. Beautiful view from private balcony! Parking very convenient in attached garage. Minor renovations being completed to the exterior (ex: painting), but did not interfere with our stay. Owner was always available when questions arose... with speedy and friendly reply! Highly recommended rental!

A great vacation spot.
This is one of the best places we have ever stayed on a vacation. In fact we came back for the second year. The condo is right on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean. The pool and hot tube are certainly a plus, and it's a quick trip to Brookgreen Gardens. The condo itself is so well kept that that you feel like you are at home when you arrive. We will be back again.

Beautiful and Relaxing
My family stays at Waters Edge Resort every year and we love it. This was our first time renting from Kim and we were pleased:) I always try to rent from individuals and not companies and Kim was great. She responded quickly when I had questions and because she has been an owner so long she has great knowledge of the area. Condo was clean and well stocked. The view is amazing and relaxing! We enjoy being within walking distance of the pier and the local shops. We had a great time and are looking forward to next year :):)

Perfect Stay
We've stayed in Garden City Beach for 20+ years with at least 10 of them at Water's Edge. We've used multiple sources of renting and this was our 2nd VRBO stay. This condo had everything you could want. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. We would absolutely consider staying in this unit for our next trip. Garden City has a much quieter atmosphere than Myrtle Beach - and that's why we keep going back. Our kids have grown up with yearly vacations to Garden City. We give them the choice of going somewhere different and they always want Water's Edge.

We live only 50 miles from this location, and I have been visiting Garden City for over 40 years (I am currently 45). While this is my first time staying at this exact location, my knowledge of the area allows me to say that this unit has every amenity one could need. Indoor/outdoor pools with jacuzzi, balcony view is practically "in" the ocean, unit is clean and completely self serving. Grocery stores, entertainment, and fine dining are all within a mile. The owners are very kind, helpful, and only a call away. Who could ask for more???

We returned home yesterday from our week's vacation at Garden City. Thank you Kim and Patti for allowing us to use your place to make our "home" for the week! Anything we needed was there. We've stayed in other units in this resort, and I can safely say yours was the best equipped! The condo was clean and in great shape, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your place to anyone! In fact, we probably will be getting in touch with you again for next year's visit in the fall. Thanks again for opening your home to us and helping make our vacation wonderful! What a great place to enjoy the beach! I can't say enough good things about this condo/ resort. The condo itself is very well maintained and equipped with plenty of kitchen things to prepare a meal. The pool area is fantastic. If you don't want to get all sandy on the beach you can sit on the little platform they have and feel like you are there. The guys were out every morning before 6 o'clock to get it all cleaned up and ready for the day. We saw beautiful sunrises, several exciting lightning shows, and several rainbows. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation at Water's Edge. We have been at this condo quite a few times now and it is always an excellent time. The condo is always very clean and well kept. There are indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs that are always clean and well kept. We always enjoy sitting on the deck by the pool and enjoying the view of the ocean that is only a few steps off the deck. The owners are very friendly and make sure everything is perfect for your stay there. We're looking forward to our next vacation there already.

Our condo at Water's Edge was wonderful. Everything we needed was there, it was very clean and comfortable. It was decorated very nicely and the view was breathtaking. It was so nice to sit on the deck by the pool and watch the beautiful ocean it was very relaxing. We would definitely go back.

Had a wonderful vacation at Waters Edge this pass week. The condo was clean and the view was wonderful. Could have sat on the deck and watched the ocean forever. The restaurant there was open for three meals and they were delicious. I give the chief 5 stars also. Had two pools and two hot tubs that were wonderful. With plenty of chairs and the beach just a few steps away. The owners were very nice and helpful and saw to our needs.we will be back.
