Great location. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed. Plenty of linens too. The washer and dryer were a great convenience as well. We would definitely recommend this place.

This house is wonderfully set up to host families with all the bells and whistles. They had a play pen and high chair for the baby we had and lots of beach toys available. We even met the owner who was wonderful! They had plenty of supplies and check in/check out were very easy. Highly recommend! This was our 3rd year staying at this property for our summer vacation and we will keep coming back :)

This rental was the best rental that we ever stayed in. Spent 3 nights here and the family loved it. The beach is literally steps away. 7-11 and a French bakery are literally steps away. Everything was perfect, property had everything we could ask for. Clean beds, 2 huge private balconies (not all have 2 balconies) with grill and lots of seating areas. Kitchen , living room, bathrooms all perfect. The only thing I would warn you about is the LONG staircase to the property (which I personally love because I miss exercising) but if you don’t like stairs, don’t rent this. By the way, the laundry detergent is hidden under kitchen sink, which we didn’t think to look until it was too late. If you have kids, this is a perfect adventure. I highly recommend this property.

This home is in a great location and was well set up for a family. The kitchen could use some replacement items. There was some deferred maintenance. Unlike direct contact with a home owner, I had to email Vacasa to get a response. There was not an immediate response and took two days for the needed repair. There are a lot of stairs to climb but this was not a problem for our family.

This place was amazingly beautiful, and I wish we had booked it for our entire trip. I'm sad to say that we only used it so I could get ready for my wedding and host my mom and sister in law for the morning. Gorgeous and much larger than it looks, I'd love to come back!!

Our stay was ok. The kitchen was pretty bare, we had to make do with a lot of things. (No scissors, dull knives, no kids sized utensils, some rusted pans). The house seemed pretty clean at first glance, but after we started eating we noticed a lot of the cups had sand in them... The dishwasher by the way doesn't break up the dishwasher pods. We had to crush those by hand so that it would work. The large bumpy edged plates (which is what they have most of) don't fit in the dishwasher. We did a lot of hand washing.
The battery to the lock on the front door is dying, and we found the replacement battery, but they did not leave a screwdriver for us to use to replace it. Other things that need to be fixed asap: the stones by the fireplace are all loose, the vacuum is in serious need of repair or replacement, the one broom in the house is bent and falling apart, and the water filter in the fridge needs to be changed. The red light was on for our entire stay. Felt super weird about drinking that water, but we had no other options. Oh, and the outlet in the master bathroom stopped working randomly.
The beds were ok. The upstairs room is nice and big though, we had twins sleeping in pack n plays and there was plenty of floor space for them. The balconies are fun, but the furniture is old and stained. Also, this close to the ocean I thought we would head it more, but the city is too loud.
Furniture all needs to be attached to the wall! Especially the tall dresser. Hazzard.

If you like the slow ( middle/older age ) life this is perfect. Nice walks along the shoreline, the dining experiences near by are great, parking is super easy, there is more I am forgetting, however be aware the staircase is quite long but easy.

Stayed for 7 nights, two adult children and their spouses.
Pros:
Very Clean, great bed linens, extra towels etc, one block from the beach, has some small restaurants around the area, at the start of beach walking trail, one mile to the pier.
Cons:
Very old and worn kitchen skillets, no lids, would be great to have better cooking vessels to make eggs/omelet etc for breakfast, no electric kettle. There were beach towels, but no chairs or any beach toys, would be nice to have for out-of-town guests. Lots of steps but we knew that going in. Need to have better instructions on how to open and close the front door, we learned it after many trials.

Great location. Easy to work with. Be mindful of the stairs when booking with family members that couldn’t navigate. Was somewhat surprised when we arrived but we were fine to manage.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this condo in San Clemente! Location was very accessible to the beach trail and coastal views. We had plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets to get us started. The condo is exactly as listed. We had a small issue with one of the TV's and they were very prompt in getting it fixed! The large and comfortable porch was one of our favorite parts of our stay!

Cons: drains are slow and puddle. Very Steep stairs leading to front door. Front lock was finicky to get closed when leaving. Very little supplies provided. Ran out of TP and garbage bags quick.

This beautiful condo was the perfect place for my family and I to stay while attending a family wedding. Plenty of space, super clean, clear information, and an easy walk to the beach (and the wedding venue) for us. Very pleased with our stay.

Great place to stay with the family. Don’t listen to all the entitled complaints you read about creaky floors, loud toilets etc. this place is welcoming and comfortable. If you want the Ritz then go pay for the Ritz. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great location to both beach & downtown San Clemente.
1. We had issues with checkin. Code from app was for a Schlage elock, but door has a Yale elock. Vacasa support gave us new code, failed. Had to get physical key from lock box. Working code came next day from Vacasa support. Code from instructions in house for garage door also wrong. Again, it seemed to be for a totally different brand of garage door keypad. Got a new code from Vacasa. Trash closet elock totally non-functional, had to use a physical key.
2. Next morning, realized fridge front panel controls non-functional, fridge set at 25 degrees, perishable food that we bought night before all frozen. Called Vacasa, appliance repair man came in the afternoon and rigged it to 37 degrees.
3. Main level is nicely remodeled and furnished, but not enough paper towels and dish towels for 8 people staying 3 nights/4 days.
4. 2nd and 3rd level bedrooms and baths are showing their age. The floors really creak and 2nd level bathroom toilet "howels" while the tank fills after a flush. Wakes up everyone when that bathroom is used at night.

The place accomdated 6 adults very comfortably. The bridesmaids got dressed there and there was still enough room for everyone to move around and enjoy the day. Be forewarned there are a lot of steps but all good for our crew

Beautiful area with view of Pacific, walking distance to lots of places, no need for car. Excellent, nicely furnished, well appointed with lots of space to spread out. Comfortable beds, quiet area, all in all we loved it. Were there to attend a wedding at the nearby Casino. Perfect!

Property is short walk to Pico Beach. Well-kept, clean, comfortable beds. Was impressed with how well-equipped kitchen was. Also bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even complimentary laundry detergent!

Really great location in beautiful San Clemente! Loved the open spaces, including 2 great balconies. Be ready to get your steps in because the stairs up to the front door are numerous! Really nice stay for my family and I.

San Clemente Condo with parking
My group of (5) over 60 adults had a great time in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the restrooms and kitchen had nice toiletries and plenty of towels. There are 48 steps to the front door, but once you get there it is a lovely place to be and very quiet. Nice balconies too for grilling or just chilling out. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay! Will be back
We loved all the ammenities. Super comfy sofa and tons of space in living area and dining room. We were here in Dec so barely used the 2 decks but am sure in summer they re wonderful. It was great to be walking distance (5 mins) from the beach and wonderful cafes and restaurants and bike hire ..
our group was a 2 year old, 4 year old, and adults in their 40's. A lady in her 70's visited and although lots of stairs, still managed OK. We felt the stairs helped us get fit while we were here :-) But we did carry both kids up most times so our arms definitely got stronger!
Bedrooms were super comfy. Loved the shower in master bath. We added a few things to the kitchen that we have left behind such as more glasses and scissors as we were here for a month .. but it was well stocked for those staying just a week or so!
overall a great experience and we would definitely be back!

Perfect Family Weekend
My husband and I rented North Beach A + B for our families for our wedding weekend! We got married at Ole Hanson's right down the street, and couldn't have asked for better accomodations! My family having A and his family having B was wonderful. Each unit was set up perfect for smaller groups, so each of our families were comfortable on their own. But when we all gathered in either A or B, each unit had enough room for all of us to dine together and hang out.

Loved this house and was perfect for a girls trip to visit friends with small and big kids in tow! Walkable to beach and coffee and outdoor deck is amazing! Large walk in closet fits pack n play which came with the house!

Beautiful sunsets
Loved the patios, that made up for all the stairs to climb but For our group it wasn’t worth it because of the parking inconvenience. You have to move one car to get the first car out and don’t bother with a 3rd car. Too many codes to remember, Not enough blankets for the beds to be comfortable. other than that San Clemente and the beach is beautiful!

Awesome place in a great location
We stayed here for a couple of weeks and had a great time. The unit is really amazing. Is has a great open layout on the first floor with plenty of space for a group or family and a huge balcony with a bbq and an ocean view. We spent a lot of time out there and had a blast. The bedrooms are good size, comfortable and clean. After our first night, we received a call asking if they could replace the washer because it was not working and we agreed. It came the next day at the scheduled time and we got a chance to speak with the owner who was extremely nice and very helpful. You will not find a better location as you are literally steps to the beach , cafe, convenience store and a short walk to the pier. Easy access to beach accessories including boogie boards and a wagon. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this condo. We enjoyed the walk on the beach trail every morning. The beds were comfortable, we loved the patios and the location! It would be beneficial if there was a small binder with access codes to the garage as well as information on check in and check out procedures, however they got back to me rather quickly with this information when I sent them a message. In a perfect world, the master bath could use some updating, the patio dining chairs need to be replaced and the kitchen could use an updated blender. Other than those little things the stay was absolutely perfect!! Will definitely look into returning in the future!

Lots of Room
Plenty of room for all of us. Big space in living room and out on patio. Downside is only two bathrooms. Only 10 houses from beach. Can't hear the train which was a concern initially. There are a ton of steps, so think about elderly in your party. Needs a few more items like extra trash bags, kitchen cookware, more consistent ice maker. Overall very nice house.

Good property for families except for the number of stairs to reach your unit.The restaurants and beach were in walking distance as well as some hiking trails. Great playgrounds for the young ones. Great restaurants for the parents. We loved the ability to park the car and enjoy the ambiance and the recreational options.
