Ideal spot for family with two young kids.

Excellent location. It's a short walk to the beach and all the local shops. Apartment on the smaller side, but it suited all our needs. It was clean, bright , comfortable and has all necessary kitchen objects needed. Tracey is super sweet. Would definitely stay again.

Location is perfect! Walk to everything - mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, produce market, and obviously the beach. Place is great for kids and adults alike with a great outdoor area for quiet book reading or cards. Owner was so accommodating and extremely responsive! Will be back!

What an absolutely wonderful vacation experience. The condo/ apartment is located on a quiet, clean and close to the beach street. Lots of parking, no need to pay. The owners Tim and Tracey were very welcoming and their beach condo was well stocked, recently renovated, beautiful kitchen, separate patio…. I could go on and on. I loved how Tracey took the time to introduce herself and welcome our family to their rental. She was prompt in responding (although we had no issues or really needed anything). She messaged us the day of check in and was always quick to respond. She even provided my daughters with beach toys to play in the sand. We stayed in Lavalette for a doubles volleyball tournament for my oldest daughter and found that we had everything we needed from cooking, cleaning, beach umbrellas and chairs… we were very pleased. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the AC was efficient and easily adjustable to desired room temp. The bathroom is tiny but perfect! when you take into consideration everything else the property and location has to offer, you will wind up falling in love with the tiny modern restroom along with everything else. Stop looking elsewhere and book! This place is perfect. We will definitely return ❤️

I was looking for a weekend rental (which is hard to find) at the beach and this was the perfect place for a girls weekend. We rented the upper and lower apartments, and with all the remodeling it was a beautiful, quaint home with a close walk to the beach and shops! Tracey was extremely accommodating and communicative, and it was such a pleasure having her as the owner of the property! Even though I live locally, if I was ever looking for a "staycation" rental I would absolutely consider staying here again!

Second time for us staying at 24 Bond St. The place is spotless and super comfortable. Four of us had a blast and will be returning. Tracey is amazing and responsive!!!

Second time for us staying at 24 Bond St. The place is spotless and super comfortable. Four of us had a blast and will be returning. Tracey is amazing and responsive!!!

The property was clean, spacious, and very close to the ocean! We traveled as a family of four, which included a 2-year old and an infant, and both our children slept comfortably and being so close to both the beach and restaurants made our stay very enjoyable. Tracey and Tim are wonderful hosts!

We had a really nice time staying at this unit in Lavallette for a relaxing week in September. Tracey was extremely accommodating - when we arrived early, she offered to meet us and take any food we had in the car into the fridge so it would stay good. She also was staying at the front unit while we were there and offered us tips on the unit and area which was very sweet. You are in a great location at this property near the "business district" with plenty of shopping and some good dining/bar options within walking distance or a short drive. The unit was clean and well maintained. Being downstairs we were worried about noise but we honestly didn't hear much from upstairs. Thanks for a nice vacation, Tracey!

We rented the upper apartment and the lower apartment at this location and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for Lavalette magic!

The lower apartment was great. The apartment was super clean and the owners are so welcoming with a lovely note, beach cart, badges, etc. The outdoor patio is lovely. The owners were super attentive during a storm and power outage. I could not recommend the place and the owners more!

My husband and I decided to have a last minute get away in Lavalette. We found this cute cottage the perfect place for us. Easy walk to the beach and town. Perfect for the early morning walk on the boardwalk by the beach and perfect to stroll to the Crabs Claw Inn for dinner. My husband spent most afternoons on the beach fishing, and the locals were generous with their surf fishing tips!!

This apartment was a perfect getaway for myself and my two best friends. It was clean and well appointed. We parked our car and were able to walk to everything we wanted. The beach is at one end of the block and the other end has a great breakfast spot, multiple restaurants, a bar with live music and ice cream. Plus Dunkin’ Donuts and rite-aid. The owner was very nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

Tracey and Tim's place was perfect for our family gathering at the beach! They are wonderful property owners who are readily available for any questions you may have. Will definitely stay here again.

Lavellette is one of our favorite vacation spots down at the jersey shore. The house we rent is perfect! It’s located right in the center of the boardwalk and on block of the beach. It’s super clean and has all the amenities needed. We look forward to our vacation there next year.

This beach house apartment was perfect for our Lavallette vacation in every way. You can't beat the location if you want to be close to the beach and the center of town. The house is updated and beautifully decorated. The owners have thought of everything to make you comfortable and feel at home.
