Nichts hat sich in diesem schönen Haus, das professionell gestaltet ist und verfügt über 2 Master-Suiten, jedes mit eigenem Bad sehen worden. Jede Suite ist mit feinster Bettwäsche und Plüsch Queen-Matratzen für Ihren Komfort. Es ist ein Queen-Matratze, die für zwei zusätzliche Leute eingestellt werden können. Home verfügt über Kamin, Granit und schön gefliesten Bädern. Ausgestattet mit Kabel-TV und verfügt über einen 42 "HDTV Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und 32 'HDTV Flachbildfernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer. W-LAN ist kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr für komplette Mahlzeiten, Granit und neuen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl ausgestattet. Der Esstisch für bis zu 6. Es ist ein Reihen 2 PKW-Garage, Waschmaschine / Trockner, eingezäunten Hof, und zwei private Terrassen. Eine Terrasse ist mit Sitz bedeckt und man ist offen mit einem Gas-Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten, ideal für unterhaltsame und Sonnenbaden. Der Gemeinschaftspool liegt gleich um die Ecke. Alle Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt, einschließlich Badetücher. Dieses Haus ist ideal für Golfer, in der Nähe mehrere Golfplätze und verfügt über ein 5-Sterne-Golfplatz innerhalb von 20 Minuten einmal. We stayed for a week in the Peoria house and really enjoyed it. The house is incredibly clean, and I really enjoyed the bright and stylish decor. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and take care of anything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay there again when visiting the Phoenix area.

We loved everything about the property. The only disappointment was we didn't have access to the pool for the first 2 1/2 weeks. The owner/host was very sympathetic and even offered to purchase us day passes at a pool/resort.

This was the perfect home for our few days in the Phoenix area. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have two full bathrooms as well. The patio was small, but enjoyable. Bonus: we discovered a grapefruit tree and enjoyed that for breakfast.
We would definitely stay here again!

Decor needs an update. Shrubs are old and overgrown which sadly takes away from the backyard experience. There IS a grapefruit tree which we enjoyed! We appreciated the use of the garage!

Near family we visit at Christmas. Very clean, cute deko, absolutely everything one could need. Perfect yard for our two little doggies. We hope to be there next Christmas.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week while visiting our adult daughters who live close. We were traveling with my elderly mother. The home was perfect. The home allowed my husband and I and my Mom to have our own space plus the common areas. It looked just like the pictures posted. Very clean. I would definitely stay there again!!

The home was very clean. We were visiting our son and his family and the location was convenient. Close to everything. The signs on the beds requesting not to use or wash the throw pillows was a little off putting. It seems to be common sense. But we understand the reasoning.

This is just a perfect little place. Well appointed and well-stocked (kitchen), lovely little two bedrooms that allows the fur babies. Our second time with these owners (they have, I believe, two virtually identical units and we stayed last year in the other one). Clean, comfortable, affordable…perfect.

Beds in front bedroom very uncomfortable. Same bedroom very hot next to Garage.........Not enough towels. Had to do laundry several times just to have fresh towels. TV's were not working correctly, purchased batteries for remotes.....didn't solve problem. Instructions not to sit or lie on the bed linens and decorative pillows in the rooms, my opinion they needs to update the important items. Coffee maker, kitchen items.........toilet paper.......etc. We were asked not to use washcloths for washing our face......thank heavens we brought our own. Too many silly rules......will not rent this property in the future......thank you.

Very nice & clean condo for family use
The home was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. The linens are high quality and the home fully stocked. The pool is close by and nice. We were alone in the pool at times but when people arrived, they were friendly. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed!
Super clean, great layout & location, quiet neighborhood! Really comfy beds and so nice to have 2 bedroom suites w/ full bathrooms. Was just what my daughter and I needed. The only suggestion would've been to have bottled or some kind of filtered water to drink. Other than that, we would love to book this place on our next stay and would recommend to others! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the location, had access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and was close to Loop 101 for getting around the area. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated. Loved the two private suites and would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location
This home was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the home is in a great location! It is minutes from the Peoria sports complex, shopping and great restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, but the 101 is nearby for easy travel to the rest AZ has to offer.

Very nice home close to several golf courses, spring training parks, and many excellent restaurants.
The home was very clean and well stocked. Outside areas were a bonus as we spent mornings on the front porch drinking coffee and afternoons on the patio grilling.

Pleasant getaway with easy access to many services and attractions.
A cozy, well-maintained, pleasantly decorated retreat located in the midst of a quiet, middle-class, suburban development. The interior layout may seem a little quirky to some (e.g., there are no hallways) but it's very functional. The property manager was excellent and very responsive to the few needs we had.

Easy Peasy!
Check-in was a breeze. Clean rooms. Lots of kitchen tools to make cooking easy. January morning temps were cool and furnace was a bit cranky, but one space heater (provided) did the trick each morning. Only complaint I had was the TV...though thousands of channels were provided, the big 3 networks and Fox were missing, so I missed the Packers playoff game loss. Perhaps that was a good thing, eh? Overall rating: 5 Stars
