We had a magnificent time in Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and wanted. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants couldn’t be beat. The entire property was great, we used the pool and the grilling area which added to our wonderful week at the beach.

This condo is SOO spacious! All the rooms are big and tastefully decorated. It has everything needed for a memorable vacation - including a washer & dryer. Perfectly located within walking distance of plenty of great places to eat and meet. There is a free trolley stop right in front of the building. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to inquiries; even called to make sure we rode out the hurricane safely. We had a great vacation here.

The property was exactly as advertised! Beautiful location, close to everything we needed, a lovely beach adjoined to the property, and a spacious, enjoyable spot to relax in. Would absolutely return. Also, Sue was a fantastic host who immediately responded to any issue we had.

We love this condo and the location! The condo is always clean and comfortable! Sue is amazing and responds quickly. I always look for her property’s availability before anything else! We can walk to so many things - including the family’s favorite restaurant- Spearfish Grill!

This condo has great kitchen, beach and bathroom amenities. Sue is so easily accessible if there is a situation. Our 2nd year here and hope to have more. Kids are now mid 20’s with partners and plenty of room and space.

We loved our stay in 502. Perfect location, large and well equipped. Modern and comfortable accommodations for 5 adults with plenty of room to spread out. Susan was great to work with and everything was as advertised. Easy walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants and yet just steps from the beautiful sand on crescent beach. Laundry in the unit was a much appreciated amenity as well as a giant couch and flat screen TV. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at 10 different properties in siesta over the years and this is by far the best. From amenities, to location, size, views, it's all top notch. You will not find a better 3 bedroom unit on the beach. Sue is great and super responsive. You will have to spend near double the money to find a unit that competes.

Wonderful 3 bed 3 bath condo with ocean views, located on the beach. Unit was clean and had a lot of cooking and entertaining utensils. We ate in every night, and enjoyed the in the heart of Siesta Key location for lunches out. We enjoyed the large screen tv for play-off games, even though our teams did not always win. This is a great condo on a great beach with sunset views. This is hard to beat, and we would love to return next year.

This condo was beautiful! Perfect for our family of 3 adults and one teenager. It was very clean (which is very important to us) and decorated so nicely. Having three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was a huge plus.
This unit is spacious, well equipped and has all the comforts of home…..even a washer and dryer. View from the balcony was beautiful! You can watch the sunset right from there.
Don’t hesitate, rent this unit, and prepare for the perfect vacation!

This condo is a wonderful place! It’s large and spacious. Very clean and beds are very comfortable. We stayed with our small children and fully enjoyed the unit. Large functional couch with extra large TV! Great kitchen fully stocked to be able to cook every day. The one of a kind beach is very close to the unit, and there are great restaurants, shops and ice cream parlors walking distance away. Can’t wait to return!

My family 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 14/11) enjoyed our week. The condo was very spacious and the location to the beach was great. We never used the pool, but spent our afternoon at the beach. The beach was great. Not overly crowded and we had great weather. One feature about the condo that was nice is the fact it has its own washer and dryer.

Condo was more beautiful than the pictures! Communication was awesome with Sue and she gave us so many recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Steps to the ocean and great restaurants. Remember to take parking permit out of your rental car on departure, sorry Sue.

Just as good as the first time. Beautiful condo, clean, well stocked. Sue is the consummate owner. We had 1 very minor issue and she took care of it the same day. Look forward to renting from Sue again!

This is our second time staying at one of Sue's properties. This year we booked the penthouse 3BR for our yearly trip to Siesta Key. As was the case last year, communication with the owner was easy and excellent. There was a minor issue and she responded quickly to resolve it for future occupant stays. This condo had everything we needed including a washer and dryer (which I don't believe we had in the 2BR) and a view of the beach from the bedroom and living/dining areas. The large TV was great after a long day in the sun and there was more than enough seating. We rented umbrellas and chairs from the little place by the beach and enjoyed the most delightful weather. We will for sure be returning next year!

This condo was everything we could have asked for. Beautiful views, spacious living space with beautiful furniture and a well stocked kitchen in a location that is an A+. The beach was beautiful with an abundance of chairs available. There were many restaurants and lots of fun nightlife within walking distance. We did utilize the free trolley Downtown Siesta that picked us up right outside of the complex. The owner was extremely responsive with an easy check-in and excellent communication throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first family vacation in 5 years. It did not disappoint. The condo and view were beautiful! All the furniture is comfortable. Great for five adults. Everything was extremely clean. The host was responsive to us. We enjoyed the beach and nearby village. There are so many places to eat just on the island. I would recommend that more kitchen and bath towels be provided. We were able to make two meals in the condo easily. We would definitely return! Thanks Sue!

I cannot say enough about how perfect this condo is. If you're looking for a great, clean, accommodating place that is convenient to food, shopping, groceries, and the trolley, then this is it! The perfect family getaway!
We stayed for a week at this gorgeous property. The condo is fully equipped from the kitchen to the laundry room. The 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are comfortable, spacious and well maintained. The living room is one of the best feature with a fantastic reclining sectional and very large TV. You have views of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom. The beach is the best beach we’ve ever been to. The sand is so soft and doesn’t get hot! The beach area in front of the building is private. There are restaurants, drug stores, ice creameries and many other stores across the street.
Sue is responsive and helpful whenever needed. The unit is as shown in the pictures.
We are so happy that we already booked another week stay for next summer!

Everything about our experience from beginning to end was wonderful. The owner, location, beach, and condo made this a great vacation. The communication from Sue exceeded our expectations, the condo was large, inviting, well stocked, and ideally situated close to the beach. There were numerous things to do within walking distance including places to eat, shops, markets, etc. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Property was exactly as presented. It was the perfect place to spend our after Christmas reunion with our adult children. Having 3 couples the 3 bedroom, 3 bath setup was perfect. The penthouse was well stocked for cooking in if you wanted or super convenient walking distance to restaurants and the tiki bar. LOVED the expansive sectional sofa that we could all sit, relax and enjoy each other's company. Owner Sue reached out to us before arrival to connect and was super responsive when we hit a small parking pass hiccup checking in. Her pre arrival advice as to umbrella rental came in super handy for us as a few in the group are very fair skinned and wanted shade. I would not want to stay anywhere else after this! I hope to come back to Siesta Key very soon.
