Willkommen in der East Street! Wir laden Sie ein, einige Zeit in unserem wunderschönen großen Haus im Herzen des Historischen Bezirks zu verbringen. Wir bieten drei volle Etagen von Luxus-Leben zusammen mit einer Veranda, abgeschirmt in Veranda und privaten Rücken Terrasse - so ein seltenes Fest in der Innenstadt von Annapolis. Dieses Haus wurde im August 2017 gekauft, so dass alles in perfekter Form und ganz neu ist. Wir sind ein Vollzeit-Mietobjekt, so dass es genügend Platz für alle Ihre personals gibt - kein Sharing Schublade Platz oder Schränke mit Besitzern.
Kommen Sie wie die Einheimischen und gehen ein paar Blocks zu allen Orten - wir sind weniger als hundert Schritte vom Staatshaus entfernt, drei Blocks von der Naval Academy / City Dock und ca. 5 Minuten von St. Marys und dem Annapolis Yacht Club entfernt. Wir können ein Auto mit einem Parkausweis auf der Straße unterbringen. Was auch immer Ihr Grund für den Besuch der Stadt ist, laden wir Sie ein, bei unserer Vollzeitvermietung zu bleiben und neue Erinnerungen zu machen!

We had a great stay in Annapolis and the house is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the backyard for eating and sitting out at night. The property was gorgeous and the bedrooms comfortable. It was the perfect spot to enjoy family and the docks and restaurants of Annapolis. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding, perfect location, must see! This property is exceptional and quaint. We were there with family for a wedding. This property had everything you would need for an awesome stay. The location was absolutely perfect. A beautiful property with unique furnishings that added to the beauty and personality of this place. This house is close to everything. We loved walking into town for lunch or dinner. The shopping was great too. The house has everything you might need. Comfy beds and pillows. I would definitely stay again.

This house is perfect for a family or friend group visiting Annapolis for a celebration or event. First, it is very convenient to St. John's College, the other college in Annapolis, Main Street, and the harbor. The street is a perfect historic Annapolis street, with convenient access to a wine/commestibles store and the Brown Mustache Coffee Shop for your evening and morning needs.
All four bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, so you can enjoy a morning breakfast at home or host an evening happy hour or dinner. The living room is a comfortable place to relax, and the back porch and courtyard are absolutely lovely. There's room for everyone to gather or get away from each other, whichever is more appealing at the time.

This house was very clean and spacious, and well designed. It looks even better in person than in the photos. We went with our 4 year old, 8 month old and my mom, and there was room for everyone. The area is also super central to everything. My only complaint is that the bedroom on the top floor was freezing at night and doesn’t seem to be connected to the heating system. But we made it work. If you are considering this location I would book!

Perfect spot, lovely house
Lovely old house right in downtown Annapolis. Plenty of space for the 6 of us (2 couples, 2 singles). Megan was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the front door. If anything the house was actually quite a bit nicer than it looked from the photos. Would absolutely come back.

Family wedding
What a great stay at Megan’s property. It was exactly as listed very clean, great beds. As well as great starter stock of kitchen goods. We rented for my daughter’s wedding. It was a perfect location for the younger group to go out at night and a 1 block walk back to VRBO. We were even able to watch the New Years Eve fireworks directly from the front porch. We were slightly worried about running out of hot water with so many getting ready at the same time, but alas, Megan’s property did not fail! As description states, only one parking permit, so guests parked at alternative sites. But unloading zone available in front of VRBO. It was a terrific stay for 8 people. Was even safe for my 80 y.o. Mother. Stairways wide and safe, a walk-in shower. Lots of room to move. The character of the home is stunning. Wish I had found this for IDay and commissioning back when they were at USNA 2 blocks up the street from Gate 1

Home away from home!
Our daughter got married at the Calvert House on Sunday. The location literally backs up to it. We were able to go back and forth in one minute. 4 walking minutes to the downtown garage and restaurants.
Bedrooms were good. We had 8 people getting dressed for the wedding with no issue.

Exceeded expectations.
The house, the layout, the charm, the location - all were excellent. First floor was ideal - with comfortable living room connecting to open kitchen that opened to beautiful dining room - and then outdoor space. We spent two nights, three days in the house - a family reunion - some local, some from out of town; adults, teenagers. An all around great experience. And the host was very attentive to my inquiries/quick to respond. We will be back!

Wonderful Annapolis experience
This home was the perfect spot for our Annapolis weekend trip. With 3 generations in this house, it provided a great base for us to visit the Naval Academy, walk downtown, and see the Midshipman win an amazing football game! The home was incredibly well stocked, clean, and location was perfect. Could easily walk to all that Annapolis has to offer. Communication with Meghan was great - thank you, and I hope to come stay here again!

Historical house with good updates
House was charming and the location was fantastic. we rented a car from Baltimore, but we never really used it. House had charm, but also updated tastefully and had everything we needed. Very nice of the owners to make sure some laundry supplies and coffee were already there when we arrived.

A beautiful house, conveniently located
This house is simply beautiful. And spacious. And very clean. We loved it, and found the location perfect, as well. We were looking for a walkable area, and this met our requirement by being close to sites, restaurants and the water. There were a few very minor issues which the property manager took care of right away. A great place to stay.

Great Location and Great for Families
House is a great location in the center of Annapolis downtown. You could tell that the hosts took a lot of care to make sure that the house meets their guest needs. I was surprised that left in house a lot for guests to use - pantry, toilet paper/paper towels, soap, etc. Often you have to bring these things with you for a rental property. The beds are all extremely comfortable and sleeping arrangements were great for grandparents and family of 4. Any issues that raised to host responded quickly. Host was also helpful in being flexible to meet our family needs. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent house for a weekend getaway
I stayed at the property for a weekend getaway with friends. The house was beautiful, with a shaded backyard, great bedrooms with comfortable beds, excellent communal spaces, and a kitchen stocked with all of the cooking implements you need (pots, pans, dishes, etc).. You can't beat the location — just blocks from dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars. You could hear noise from the street (cars, people walking and talking down the street), especially from the front King bedroom, but it wasn't a super high trafficked street, so it wasn't too big of a deal. Overall, everyone was really pleased with the house and we would definitely stay there again.

Great week!
This is a great house! The house is old but you would never think that with how nice the inside is! Everything you need amd then some! The location is perfect for walking to all the fun parts of Annapolis. Parking is tough if you have a car. You get a parking pass but it is hit or miss finding parking on the street in front of the house. Once we found a spot we did not move! Our favorite was sitting on the front porch and talking to all the people. We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful house!
