Anton was an excellent host and really great to talk with. He was knowledgeable about the area and always ready to help if we needed anything. Definitely making this an annual trip!!

We had a relaxing long weekend and enjoyed finding some excellent restaurants. Our great grandchild celebrated her 1st birthday there one evening. Everyone was comfortable & charmed by the interesting decor.

This is the second time we've stayed, and we enjoyed our return trip just as much! We love the fireplace and all the woodworking, and Anton is a wonderful host! The little details made our stay extra special, and it was a treat to see the cabin decorated for the holidays. It's a great place to relax!

This was a really unique cabin with great service by the host.

Clean and comfy place to stay while visiting with family in the area. Great open view of the lake from the main living area. Sufficiently equipped and efficient kitchen. Real wood burning fireplace was a happy extra. Stocked with extra blankets; games, for when the weather, or mood turns to hibernation. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I spent a lovely holiday weekend at this magical and well-appointed cabin. It is furnished with a special touch by Anton. This cabin is like none other—surprises all around. In addition, Anton was very attentive and reachable. The only thing to know beforehand is t, as stated in the description, the loft has very low clearance and requires climbing a steep ladder. Good for young adults only. The master was great and had an additional two built-in bunk beds so it sleeps 4! The cabin is full of surprises and has a lot of charm! Thank you, Anton, for providing us a magical experience!

We loved our stay - it was a great respite from everything. The home was so very cute with lots of carvings and relaxing atmosphere. The host tended to all of our needs very promptly. We’d highly recommend this site!

Great spot to spend a weekend. The detailed woodwork was amazing. Location worked out great for bike trail.

This property included everything we needed. Although we didn’t really cook, we had leftovers from the wonderful eating places nearby. Walking path was wonderful. Anton answered questions immediately and was very helpful.

This property is my absolute favorite VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. The cleanliness of the cabin is the first thing I noticed. Spotless!! Then you look across the street and the lake is right there too make you feel even more relaxed. Anton was a perfect host and it was so nice to have additional sleeping in the loft. I was one of 3 girls there and the size of the place was perfect. Walking distance to lord Fletcher’s and The Narrows. Both of which have great food and drinks! Highly recommend this property and we plan on staying here again!

My sister and I stayed for a three night weekend trip. This house is really cute and super clean! Decorations are interesting and give a cabin-in-the-woods feel. Restaurants and walking trails nearby. Great view of the lake across the street. Fast WiFi. Easy parking. Really enjoyed our stay.

Well kept, unique decor. Very Comfortable. Only TV's in bedrooms.

We had a girls' weekend at Call of the Loon and it was perfect! Every part of it was incredibly cozy and clean. So much thought was put into the place, and quirky vintage touches made it feel extra special. The Sonos sound system was pretty cool although a bit spotty—the music would cut out randomly, though maybe it was just my phone. Anton had so many thoughtful amenities (Keurig pods, shower stuff, spices, full ice trays, etc.). There were even two blown up air mattresses in the loft in case people didn't want to share beds. The only the thing we couldn't find were bath towels, so maybe bring your own or ask before arriving. Anton is right there if you need anything, which is awesome. One morning, the storm door handle got stuck and we were locked out. He answered right away and fixed the door within minutes. Don't hesitate to book here! We'll be back. :)

This cabin was the perfect little place to getaway. We enjoyed a fire outside as well as inside. So cozy and good for the soul! Great view of the lake and very close to resteraunts and groceries. The Brewery was a great place to visit as well! Anton is very accommodating and keeps the place very clean, we will definitely be back!
