It was a cute apartment, very nicely done. What stood out the most was the bottle of Champagne for our Anniversary/Birthday. Lisa is such a thoughtful person. We will definitely stay there again. Oh and thanks for the chocolate kisses and bottled waters in the fridge.

This is perfect for comfort, location and walking to and from town. Quaint, quiet and very nicely accessorized. The owner could not be more friendly and attentive. We have stayed here 3 times and will continue to stay here every time we stay in Bourne.

My Goodness, this was everything as described. SUPER Cute, clean, had everything we needed..great A/C, even chocolates :) Parking was great, neighborhood quiet and clean and safe!! Price was perfect! Communication fantastic!! THANK YOU!!!!

This charming little property is exactly as described and communication was extremely fast and friendly. This location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants and enjoying all that Boerne has to offer.

The apartment was very cute and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was a quiet location and in walking distance of the Main Street. Our only negative was the mattress was very soft and sunk in the middle. Other than that it was a fantastic find!

The rental was a cozy bedroom, just a block away from the Main street shopping in Boerne. The king sized bed was very comfy.

It was a wonderful home-away-from-home experience for a lone traveler like me, but would also be great for a couple. Internet connectivity was bad because of the stone walls but I survived. I wish I could have stayed longer, so when I'm back in Boerne I'll stay there again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great little gem in Boerne. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Very quiet spot on secluded street with easy access and parking.

Everything you need to bunk in for a day or 2. Comfy bed, soft towels, even Hershey kisses. Didn't bother us, but just know that there are some steep stairs to climb. Open the window and screen door for a Heavenly breeze!

My husband is a painter and came to the area for work, the place was quite at night and close to dinner in the evenings. Will stay again!

Great stay, loved the room. Was comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and cozy. Very relaxing. Door did not lock when we left. May want to check it. Suggestion, get a small ice cube tray to make ice. ** for owners benefit should re-caulk the tub as water is getting in the cracks and will eventually cause water damage/mold. There is also a small opening on the floor at the corner of the tub near the toilet. (Water was going down there too as it dripped down side) Lastly, the sink faucet handles leaked a little too.

Super cute room on a beautiful property. Super close to the river and all the shops on the main strip. Very quiet and peaceful . Will definitely stay here again.

This was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in our weekend away. Close enough to walk to downtown, but quiet and private enough to get some R&R.

We actually stayed in the downstairs apartment due to a scheduling conflict, however, there was no disappointment. Lisa was fantastic every step of the way in communicating and making sure she was available. The property was very clean and well appointed. The location cannot be beat. We walked each day to the shops and restaurants on the Hill Country Mile and other downtown areas. Could not have asked for a better place to use as a "home base" for the weekend getaway. I know it may seem odd on the need to purchase insurance or put such a large amount of money on "hold" for a security deposit but Lisa is wonderful and timely about returning it. This is to help protect this gem of a property and not to nickel and dime you out of it. If you are looking for a place to stay without pretense, a great location, and a comfortable "home" feel this is definitely the place for you!

Property is walking distance from shopping, restaurants and the river. It was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lisa was a great host and added nice little things that made it a top notch experience. She was also available during my stay, though that was not necessary.

This sweet place is on the backside of an adorable cottage in Boerne. The place is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The owner stocked the bathroom with plentiful towels, shampoo, body wash, a hair dryer, and even Q-tips. The king bed provided an enjoyable rest. The owner checked in with us and made sure we could contact her for any issues. The location is quiet and within walking distance of all the local shops and restaurants. It was perfect for a restful trip to the hill country! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Really nice neighborhood and quiet. The air conditioner does not blow cold air, which was a disappointment, I was glad there was a fan. Host advised they have had issues with the air conditioner. Otherwise the place was really nice. The bed was very comfortable but could use a few more pillows. I would stay again and would recommend this location.

Cozy hometown experience. It was nice would definitely go back. Was very quiet no excessive noise from traffic or neighbors. Bed was very comfortable too! If I was to complain about one thing it would be water pressure in the shower, but it wouldn't stop me from going again.
