Very nice apartment with comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen well stocked and bathrooms had shampoo and soap. Excellent location in a very walkable neighborhood with restaurants all around. Highly recommend.

We've been to Saratoga Springs many times, and have always stayed at hotels. We chose this property for our recent trip and could not have been happier. The property is great - just as described - checkin and checkout were easy, and the owners were great to deal with. We had no issues at all during our stay, and would recommend this home to anyone coming into town.

This place is the best kept secret in Saratoga Springs!! We were there for a family wedding, and other family members stayed in local hotels and paid much higher rates! We felt right at home - watched movies and kids shows, made breakfasts and lunches, and slept amazingly well on ultra comfy beds!! Loved it!!

Laura and David were very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was clean and the listing pics don’t do the place justice. The main bathroom is updated and 2 of the bedrooms are bigger than shown. The location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood, less than a 8 min walk to downtown. The place was perfect for 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is perfect for a group of friends visiting Saratoga Springs - quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown and Skidmore. It was relaxing and comfortable, and Laura and David were attentive and communicative hosts. I would love to stay here again!

This was a super quiet, clean and incredibly well located apartment. Already child proofed, all amenities were of great quality. Seriously. I’d move in if I lived in Saratoga Springs. The decor was soothing. It was just perfect.

We especially enjoyed the back porch during our unseasonably warm stay. Two parking spaces helped a lot. Our third guest parked the next street over, which didn't require moving over the weekend. Highly recommended.

Walking distance to Broadway, quiet street, we each had our own room, plenty of space to stretch out. Only frustration was the bedroom off the kitchen (blue room) was pretty chilly even with the heat running. Definitely need a small space heater in there. Other rooms were nice and warm.

Was a sisters vacation and this property worked out great! We all agreed, wish we’d have had more time to explore the neighborhood, so many cute shops and eateries close by.

Another fantastic stay at Dave and Laura's apartment/house that is a short walk to downtown Saratoga. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the quiet neighborhood and inviting porch made for a relaxing stay. We love not having to drive to eat, drink and enjoy Saratoga's famous downtown.
