This was the perfect little casita, located right where we wanted. Just what we were looking for, a cozy oasis with everything we needed.

This casita was perfect for us, very clean, well appointed, quiet and convenient. Karen was very helpful and friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Much better than staying at a hotel!

We are building a home in SaddleBrooke and Karen’s casita was the perfect option for us to fly in and stay in the neighborhood. Karen is a delight and very accommodating. Her casita is well planned out for guests...complete with about everything you would need.

Property was very nice and as described. Host was very pleasant and accommodating. As expected, 55+ active community was overly quiet because of COVID restrictions.

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay while I was hiking and birdwatching in the Tucson area. The owner was extremely helpful, and easy to contact.

This is a delightful little casita in the Saddlebrooke area near Tucson. Karen, the host, is friendly and helpful. We golfed two of the three courses and found them enjoyable. The restaurants in the clubhouses serve good food at reasonable prices, and the wait staff members are pleasant and very good at their jobs. Swimming pool and hot tub are available, but do require a long walk or short drive away from the casita. The club house fitness center and other facilities are quite nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Hostess is delightful and extremely helpful! The property is located in a 55+ community that contained amazing restaurants, fitness center, and golf. The employees and residents are very friendly. If looking to purchase real estate in the area, the hostess is an agent and very knowledgeable and fun to work with. We highly recommend this property!

The casita was very comfortable and clean. The backyard was spacious with comfortable seating and great views. The attention to details for whatever a guest may need were great. We hope to stay the next time in the area. Thank you Karen

Karen was a great hostess and also spent 3 days showing me around Saddlebrooke and surrounding communities. Her casita had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Karen also accommodated me regarding my having to cut short my stay, to attend an unexpected memorial service in Minnesota. I believe you will be as satisfied as I was, staying here. When I return in 2019, I will definitely stay here again, especially since you get exceptional value for what you pay. The Casita was very clean and very functional for our 4 day stay. It has dishes, silverware, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator (even stocked with water). The owner (Karen) was very helpful with information about the area. There was a problem with the A/C and she had a repairman out within a day.--very responsive. Better than a motel room in a beautiful residential setting, convenient for our needs.

Our favorite place to stay in Saddlebrooke. Karen has created a welcoming well stocked home away from home that is clean and comfortable. We loved our stay there and will be back!

We are an older couple who go to AZ to enjoy sitting in the sun, reading, watching DVD movies and eating out. This place would have been fine for a few days, much like a motel room, but not for an extended stay of a few weeks. Positives: very clean, nice shower, comfortable bed, accommodating and friendly host (the owner of the home), restaurants. Negatives: smaller than it appears in photos, however, size is mentioned in the listing, only one easy chair, tiny round patio table for eating, very small 12 or 13" TV mounted near the ceiling difficult to see and watch, and large beautiful patio only accessible through a gate and to the back of the house. The room on the other side of the locked double doors (in photo) is her real estate office, and we heard all her business phone calls. This would be a nice rental for a person who is out and about in the daytime and early evening.
