A really nice property with a great backyard and deck. Short walk to Greys beach is really lovely. Hosts were also super nice.

House was perfect for the 6 of us that came up to do some fishing. Plenty of room for all of us! Wonderful deck and fire pit! The house was comfortable and had an. extremely well stocked kitchen. Looking forward to coming back!

We are cyclists and were looking for a house close to the trails. This house did not disappoint. Bonus was the walking path to the beach and boardwalk (about a 20 minute stroll) that was just around the corner. Kitchen had everything we needed and the weather was great for the time of year so we even got to enjoy the spacious back deck.

The convenience and ease of our rental could not be understated. Check in details arrived early and made our late evening arrival a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised with the modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean house. Decor was tasteful and beautiful. Throughout our stay, we had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well organized and stocked. Belgian waffle maker, griddle, lobster pot, pizza stone, and many more convenient gadgets could be easily found in the kitchen cabinets. The laundry room, hall closets, and linen closets were stocked with plenty of extra clean towels and bed linens, candles, batteries, detergents, games, books, etc. We truly felt like welcome guests in someone's well-organized home. Owners Kevin and Julie were easy to reach and answered any questions we had quickly. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient to the main road and walking path on 6A. We noted how friendly the neighbors were during our short walks through the neighborhood, where everything was blooming during this week in April. The weather was a little too cool to enjoy the cute sunroom much, but it would have been nice to sit out there with a warm cup of coffee and bundle up. We just could never figure out how to get the lights to turn on out there. The switch for the fan/lighting was a bit complicated and no instructions could be found for that. I'd recommend a guide on the wall near the switch with instructions, just like the one they have on the doors leading to the sunroom, which took a bit of know-how to engage and disengage the locks. Other than that, our visit went without a hitch. We needed a smooth, convenient, relaxing stay and that's exactly what we got. Our family wants to come back again and rent in the summer because they enjoyed this little hidden gem so much. Thanks for a great stay!

House is in a cute, quiet neighborhood, very central. It was spotlessly clean, and both spacious and cosy. The kids LOVED the basement and all the wonderful toys available, as well as the ping pong table. Great office space as well with impeccable wifi so we were even able to get some work done.

We had a lovely 4 night break at this gem. The house was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and the nearby trail to the beach was perfect. Our communications with Julie were prompt and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at this property for New Year’s weekend. The spacious gourmet kitchen was great and we enjoyed hanging out around the kitchen island while cooking. Everything you would need to cook and serve were at our fingertips. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for everyone. The area were the house was located was quiet and the outside well maintained. The Cape Cod Mall, shops and restaurants were very close. Kevin and Julie were wonderful hosts and we will be definitely booking this house again.

My family and I really enjoyed our 4 days away at this beautiful home. We started each day with our coffee sitting around the island in the kitchen enjoying the fireplace just a few feet away. The location of the house was perfect as far as taking day trips to Truro, Chatham and many of the great beaches on the Cape. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking items we needed and we all got a great night sleep on the very comfortable beds. We would love to come back again on a future visit to the Cape.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. Kevin and Julie were excellent hosts. They have a beautiful spacious clean home loaded with wonderful amenities throughout the house, to make your stay enjoyable.

My husband and I had some well deserved R&R, and this was the perfect home and location for it! The proximity to Provincetown and Falmouth allowed for some day trips with enough time left for relaxing in the evenings. The space was great, much more than we needed. I can see returning with friends and family when the weather warms up, or just a getaway for ourselves again. The property was clean, well equipped for all of your needs, and kudos to the decorator! There was grocery, retail, and restaurants within a few minutes. But the neighborhood itself was quiet and serene. Thank you for your hospitality!! The Browns

The house was perfect for the ladies to enjoy a girls weekend. Loved the layout - so comfortable and well designed.

The house is beautiful, very clean and spacious. The screened in patio area was a big hit! It's close to a mall, beach and a golf course. Great house for families with or without children. The firepit was also a big hit. Everyone enjoyed their stay! Julie and Kevin responded to any questions we had very quickly.

Such an amazing cape property. We had a handful of little people and couples, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen, baths, bedrooms, garage and basement are stocked beyond what you would ever expect from a rental. Supremely clean and organized, we didn’t want to leave. The beaches nearby are beautiful and great for folks of all ages. Even with a rainy day, there is plenty to do and we enjoyed the enclosed porch with puzzles at night. We will certainly return year over year! Many thanks to Julie and Kevin, the best hosts I have encountered in over 15 years of cape renting!

Great updated Cape Cod house. Large basement w/ full bath, 50in HDTV.. foosball table.. queen bed.. large main floor with updated kitchen and great dining room.. HDTV and full bath.. upstairs full bath, and 2 bedrooms. Screened in porch and large deck with an OD shower for post beach wash-offs! Large, comfy, updated house! And a bike ride to Grays Beach makes this home.... a home run!

We very much enjoyed our stay with family. Very convenient location for a wedding we were attending. Just about an hours drive to Provence Town where we enjoyed a day trip.

Although we were only able to spend three nights at this property we can say we throughly enjoyed it. The home was much larger than we expected, it was well appointed and in a nice quiet location. Would highly recommend!

This was our first stay on cape cod and our first extended family vacation, this house was perfect. Roomier than it looks in the photos, there were plenty of spots to retreat to for time alone and the open concept main living area made being together very easy. The local beaches were perfect for the kids and the location was great for exploring other towns. Great choice!

This is the second time we have stayed in this Yarmouth Port home and we had such a wonderful time. There are so many fun things to do and see within 15 minutes of the house..a walking trail right out the driveway even. We went to the magical and calm Mayflower beach, the wavy and fun Smugglers Beach, mini golfing, lighthouse viewing, pirate ship adventuring, and had lots of yummy ice cream. Happy Fish bakery down the road has fresh almond croissants that are to die for and The Pheasant had a layered farm to table menu with delicious cocktails and desserts. We brought lots of kids on this trip and on our one rainy morning we played with toys and games in the finished basement and watched movies together on the smart tv. We appreciated the little things like ice packs in the freezer if you wanted to pack a drink for the beach on a hot day and boogie boards in the garage for the kids to use in the ocean. We are grateful for the gift of a week with our family and left feeling tired (because kids!) but so happy. And that’s just about the best it gets for a parent. Thank you to Kevin and Julie who are amazing hosts, responsive and caring. They love this house and it shows.

We recently stayed here for memorial day weekend. This place was awesome and looks even better than the photos. The owners , Kevin and Julie were very responsive and checked in with us every step of the way. This house is very family friendly as the kids enjoyed the toys all around the house. You can tell the owners are very supportive of the State Troopers as well which was very cool. Kevin was also checking in on us while he was on a trip abroad which is 100% great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will look forward to coming back here again.

Wish we could have stayed longer!! We were only there for a weekend to attend a wedding but loved the house and location. Would definitely book it again if the opportunity arises. The house was amazing, so spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms. They had everything that we needed for our stay which was great. The location was also perfect, so close to Grey's Beach, which has the most perfect view for sunsets. The owners were very helpful with any questions and very quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back!

This home has great private space and gathering spaces for a large family. We have rented it several times now and are never disappointed. It's well-maintained, has everything you need and is in a wonderful location. Great owners to work with as well!

This was a great place to spend Christmas away from home. House was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen to die for. Nice proximity to the beach, stores and other attractions. Owners were very helpful and responsive.

We recently rented this home in order to accommodate several guests of my daughter's wedding in nearby Harwich. The house is just fabulous, with 5 comfortable, beautifully furnished bedrooms and plenty of additional indoor and outdoor space. The basement play area was simply terrific for small children, and large beautiful kitchen perfect for all of our needs. This property without a doubt will be our first choice for future Cape rentals!

This beautiful home was even more spacious than the photos show, and comfortably fit ten adults for two weeks. The house was clean, tidy, and comfortable with every amenity you could need. The home is within a peaceful and well-located neighborhood that provides quick access to both 6A and Route 6 for any trips off and around the Cape. Kevin and Julie made sure we felt welcome and were always quick to respond to any questions. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience from start to finish.

I can't tell you how nice it was to be able to enjoy the time with family while staying in a home that shows all the TLC of a great family-owned residence.
