Beautiful upgraded home with waterway access. This is our third year renting in Cape Coral and where extremely pleased with the home. We where a group of eight and the home was very accommodating for the group, pool was large and terrace very comfortable. Definitely recommend this property. Jill the property manager was available with all our requests and/or concerns. Thank for sharing your beautiful home with us. Looking forward to returning next year.

Ten people, seven days of rest & relaxation! This property is amazing and as advertised! Jill was a great host and very helpful with all of our needs.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. They did a fabulous job with the remodel after Ian. We spent most days at the beach, then came home to a great place to unwind for the night(especially the hot tub). On days we stayed in, grilling by the pool, kayaking in the canals or just relaxing watching the boats go by was great. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room in this house. We can’t say enough about how great this house is. Definitely will be back!!

All in all we will remember our holiday as a great one but need to cover and highlight some issues we experience. Unfortunately the review system does not give us the possibility to reply to the owners(which will probably come after we post this one and will, or will not, present real events). The house is great. It was large for all of us (5 Adults and 6 children). Issues - No full size oven. This issue was known to the owner, but was neglected to inform us. We expected to be able to cook meals and eat together as a family yet since arrival we have to pick and choose what one thing we can bake and also have to split it in 2 batches due to only having access to a half size working oven. We were told a repair is coming, but the technician could not fix the issue. The oven we just assumed would be in working order during out stay, for 9days it is essentially a half size oven. We had 4 days (7/21-8/3) we had to wait for the spa to even turn on as we waited for the pool guy to repair. When we booked this location we specifically filtered for pool and hot tub these are amenities we expected to have during our entire stay. It is unfortunate these amenities were not checked and confirmed to be in working order before our arrival. The property manager (Jill)was reachable over the WhatsApp but surprised us with a very disturbing visit where she just stood outside the glass front door, monitoring what we are doing. She wanted "to see" if the pool slide door is getting closing and was, in her own words, "looking thru the door for a very very long time".This is Unacceptable ! She was even "funny" to mention that she did already walked on some guests naked, but "She" (!) didn't mind it.The bikes were out of order for 10 days. Reading the other reviews, we thought that if we tell Jill on time, these will get fixed. This was unfortunately not the case and we could not use the bikes for more then half of the booked time. We were asked no to set up the AC temp below 75.F (!). Sorry but this is a joke. Jill informed us that the AC upstairs is old and therefor should not be used during the day. The 2nd AC floor/last room was very load during the night and sounded like an urgent repair or replacement is urgently needed. Issues like that should be communicated in advance, before we arrive, and not confronting us with the known issues, that could have been mentioned in this listing. We are looking forward to hear back from owner/property manager regarding our claims.

Beautiful and LARGE home. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. We spent about 23 hours a day in the pool. We rented a large pontoon boat from Speed Dock and tied up right off the dock. Cruised around on the boat to Sanibel, Captiva and many evening canal trips. Spotted manatee right off the dock. Location was nice and quiet but close to stores, restaurants, etc. My son even said “ that he never went back out the front door from the moment we arrived to the moment we left at the end of the week” so that tells you everything we needed for some family fun was right there!

The property was nice but not worth the money. We had 5 adults and 4 17-year-olds and were barely at the house due to a baseball tournament. We were told not to use the oven because the previous renters smelled gas. The expectations are to wash all towels before departure, but yet the dryer took forever and was flashing an error message "check vent" . We spent 3 hours before running to catch our plane to dry towels for 9. We were told to bring in the garbage cans in that were left on the curb and were covered with maggots, The tv in the master bedroom only had streaming which did not work 3 of the 6 days we were there. The hot tub remote sporadically worked and our deposit was held because we were blamed for getting it wet which we did not. We only used the pool twice and when the remote didn't work I kept it on the counter in the house. The pool guy told us it was the party property but we were blamed. We were reprimanded for having the AC set at 68 when it was 95-100 degrees. It was very expensive and not worth the aggrevation

Great location for nearby points of interest, great fishing and perfect house

As advertised, great location to get out to water, home has it all, very well equipped and owner has a lot of extras for guests to enjoy! Loved the pool and dock and patio, we lived outside!! Only hiccup was hot tub remote yet Jill was on it and pool guy fixed, home is very comfortable for many guest, can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect for the 10 of us. One thing that would help is a handrail to get in and out of hot tub as well as the steps to the dock. I had back surgery 5 years ago have permanent nerve damage so need something to hold on to for steps etc.

This was our second consecutive year of renting a home in SW Florida for vacation. This was by far the nicest. The only less than positive thing I can say is that 2 bedrooms did not have televisions. Was not a problem. Would most definitely love to rent this home again in the future.

What a great place for us to spend spring break with twelve family members. House was just right, the pool was wonderfull for the children, the fishing off the dock was a great surprise, and we all see manatees and dolphins! I would highly recommend this property. It felt like Disney in Cape Coral!!

This home in Cape Coral definitely exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful and the hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. Our kids had a blast swimming day and night and the adults really enjoyed the hot tub. We rented a boat and went out on day trips to Sanibel and North Captivate. The best meals we had were cooking and grilling at the house. We will definitely be returning!

This house was absolutely one of the best places that we have stayed yet. The views are amazing and the home in comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic vacation with our family and friends. The home is in a nice neighborhood that felt safe. The home was really nice and had everything we needed. Plenty of pool towels, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was great too. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect to keep the kids busy and tuckered them out. The beach chairs, beach mats and sand toys were great for our day at the beach. Sanibel island was a great location for shelling and beach was very nice. Overall we had a fantastic get away from the snow.

The good: it's a very pretty house in a great, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, the hot tub was great, and the views out back over the water were wonderful. You do see dolphins and manatees in the canal. The not good: We are expected to wash and fold all the towels before leaving, strip the bed sheets (but not the comforters?), take out the trash, and quite a few other things that made the large cleaning fee feel very hard to justify. It is advertised as sleeping 12, but there is an extra fee to have more then 8 people stay. The two included bikes both need repaired, one is totally unusable (which was disappointing as we all intended to use them in pairs). The upstairs bedroom at the back of the house is right over the pool pump which loudly runs 24/7.

Some stuff was not usable because it was old, like beach chairs. There was one good umbrella. Bikes worked but needed some work. Beds were all comfortable. Property manager was nice. The last day the microwave went out but appliances do that sometimes. Washer and dryer were excellent. Stove was nice. Oven and grill cooked really slow, not sure why. Pool and spa were really nice. Id stay here again

Pool and hot tub are nice. Kitchen worked great for Thanksgiving.

Great place to relax and enjoy the boat traffic going by

My family 8 adults and 1 child, we absolutely loved staying at this home! Nice quiet neighborhood right on a canal. We loved the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and watching all the boats going by! The home is Grand and so comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Great restaurants in Cape Coral and close to Sanibel island. The host was extremely helpful with answering our questions. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us for the week! If you like fishing this place is fun to jsut sit on the dock and fish from.

Rented this house for a girls trip. House location, layout, and pool are amazing. Boat dock was nice to sit on in the mornings. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and still enjoy common areas. Few minor things like loose bricks around the pool, lightbulbs out in a couple of the bedrooms, laundry soap was empty so had to buy some to wash the towels, nothing that detracted from our stay however. Overall the house is great, especially the master suite, and it was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend!

Loved the house, pool, canal and fishing off the docks! Great location for exploring other activities!

The house was beautiful and the check in and out process was very simple. Loved the folder with clear rules and expectations of all guests that included local restaurants and beaches.

We are a family of 8 adults and four children ages 4-12. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The home was fully furnished with kitchen, laundry, pool, bbq, beach, fishing, kayaking equipment for a week of fun. The pool and hottub were used all day every day!! The canal offered several manatee and dolphin sightings along with a never ending variety of boats passing by. The house was spacious and offered plenty of privacy for each family unit in our group. The check in and check out process was painless and the manager was always quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the property. We didn't experience any issues with the home or rental and would HIGHLY recommend this property as your next family or friend getaway.

Jill, the property manager, could not have been better!! She was very helpful and available 24 hrs a day, she always returned calls asap, she was just GREAT. She was the BEST!! The property could not have been any better. It was our 51st Wedding anniversary and we took our children and Grand Children and we had a Ball. The house was BEAUTIFUL and just right. Absolute dream vacation. Thank You Thank You Great Memories.

Beautiful house in a great location. After not being able to have family gatherings for over a year due to Covid, it was great to be able to spend quality time with my adult children and spouses. We went fishing, boating and shelling and loved it all. The only downside was we only stayed for one week.

This property has it all: plenty of space, a large pool with hot tub and a great view of the canals. We enjoyed the kayaking, fishing and even spotted a manatee and its baby. Very carefree; just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommend!
