We had another great stay ( second time). The house is well appointed and has a great layout with an open layout. The deck is spacious and well appointed with grill, table, Adirondack chairs and awning.
We would definitely consider coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and had a great open floor plan so we all felt together all the time. Great deck with awning and nice furniture. Kitchen was very nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Plenty of room for our family of six. Nice open floor plan of the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Central A/C was a welcome relief during our hot weather week. Large, beautiful deck with views of the bay, including gorgeous sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. A couple of minor hiccups were immediately handled by the owners.
The basic necessities were provided in the kitchen which was so helpful when we first arrived. We took advantage of their kayaks with a quick and easy walk down to the bay. They generously supply some beach chairs and beach umbrellas. You have to bring your own linens and towels but this was not an inconvenience for us. There are linen supply companies nearby if needed. The location suited us perfectly as it is close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Only a half hour or so to Newport for a day trip.
We had a wonderful time during our vacation here and recommend it to others.

We stayed 3 nights for URI graduation weekend. This home was very clean and very well appointed. Bright, open layout. It was the first VRBO we stayed in that wasn’t missing anything. Everything we needed was provided. They even had brand new life jackets that 2 of us used while kayaking (also provided). Beautiful views, nice and quiet neighborhood. Nice sized deck with great furniture and a grill. Thank you.

Spent a very pleasant week at this house, which was immaculate and very well equipped. I came from UK and met with my American family to attend a wedding. Any queries were answered promptly by the owners. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again. Thanks.

We spent the past week in Narragansett and really enjoyed our stay. Nicole is a fantastic host. The property was ready early and the communication was stellar. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is close to everything, but remains quiet and calm. The house is very well stocked. If I had one recommendation it would be to get a Keurig for the kitchen. We will definitely rent again when we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean and beautifully decorated home. Great views of the water from the deck and especially from the master bedroom balcony. Hosts were quick to respond. Home is close to the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Overall a nice property however there are 2 steep staircases that access the living areas on second and third floors that are not disclosed in the summary. Water view is limited. Houses in neighborhood are very close together -and virtually no yard space. A pricey rental for a house that is not within walking distance to any beach.

The house and neighborhood were just perfect. We enjoyed every second of our stay. And I cannot say enough good things about the Baskies- so helpful, quick to respond to questions and they keep the house clean and welcoming.

I rented this property for a long weekend away with friends (4 adults and 3 kids all under 8). I had some questions prior to my visit and the owners were very quick to respond. The house was perfect, so spacious and clean (and I tend to be rather picky about rentals)! We couldn’t have asked for a better location with access to the pond for our kayak and paddle board and being less than 5 minutes from beaches. The kitchen was fully stocked to meet all of our needs and having 3 full bathrooms was great! The views were also incredible! My only regret was not booking earlier during the summer. Also, huge thanks to the owners for shipping the items we left behind! I have no doubt we will be back again!

Our stay was wonderful; being able to wake up and see the water from the master bedroom is a lovely site. House was clean and stocked with every comfort of home. Big tv, spacious living area and big deck for outdoor dining. We look forward to staying again!

Dan and Nicole's vacation home is lovely, and they could not be more of a pleasure to rent from. They communicate quickly and generously, and no question is too much to ask. The property is incredibly well-stocked, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Sunsets from the salt pond deck are exquisite, and the proximity of the property to Point Judith lIghthouse and the beaches was terrific, particularly as a photographer who was anxious to capture sunset and sunrise images. The Salt Pond is perfect for kayaking and/or paddleboarding, and the equipment we brought was well-used. While we also brought a bag of our own games, there is a cabinet full of games to entertain. The upper deck is a wonderful place to start or end the day, and the large deck on the main level is perfectly situated and comfortable. All in all, this home is a ten!

House is clean with 3 bathrooms & showers and a well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is lovely, with a community dock on a salt water pond just down the street. We enjoyed our time here, and Nicole & Dan were quick to respond with the few questions we had during our stay. They also provided a detailed list of places to visit and eat, which was very helpful. A great place to stay!

My family of three (mom, dad, toddler) stayed for a week in mid-September at this wonderful home. It's in a beautiful spot and provides all the comforts and basics needed for a week near the beach. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for evening walks [or tricycle rides in our case], dinner on the spacious deck, or gazing on the gorgeous sunsets on the top floor deck. We loved the functionality and cleanliness of this home, the nice open concept kitchen and great room, views from the decks, walk to the dock that is on the nearby cove, and the accessibility to nearby beaches and south county fun. Owners are very responsive and professional. We highly recommend this beach house rental!

We stayed here in Aug 2017 & had a wonderful week. We particularly loved the public access to the dock right down the street - brought kayaks & were able to enjoy many paddling sessions. The dock is also great for sunsets & the clamming is ideal at low tide. The neighborhood is also good for cycling for the kids & the beaches are about a 25 minute cycle trip away.
We've been in many rentals over that last decade plus & this was one of the nicest & most well appointed.
The only thing missing, literally have everything else you need, is a tea kettle - so bring one if you'd like tea.
Would definitely stay again if we're looking to stay in the Narragansett area.

This was our second stay, and it did not disappoint! This home is clean and comfortable, with beautiful and relaxing surroundings that we enjoyed all week! If the house (and deck 😍) weren't enough, the neighborhood is wonderful to walk around, with the friendliest of neighbors! We will hopefully return again!

Great time in Narragansett with my Family. Now on with the review. Home was in real nice shape. Kitchen done nice along with Bathrooms. Although the power awning was not working host made sure that manual wrench was brought over. Deck is in sun a lot and needs the awning most of the time. The wife and I had the downstairs bedroom. Which is unfortunate as we had to use the main bath upstairs. We also had to experience noise from above along with running water when anyone used the baths on 3 floor. So if you have a choice get the Master Bedroom with private balcony and bath. The other issue was no linens. You have to bring your own. We knew this up front but I still have a hard time with that since we were traveling from Tucson to get to my son's house in Maryland and then drive to Rhode Island. It is an inconvenience added on to a vacation but again it was known up front. Overall good home just make sure you get an upstairs bedroom.

Short walk to association dock was ideal for kayaking, paddle boarding, clamming, swimming, etc. in the Salt Pond. Fireworks display was incredible. Short drive to several beaches and the neighborhood was nice, great for walks.
