Dieses Haus ist 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Einfamilienhaus, mit Vordeck und abgeschirmter Veranda in Ocean Pines. Es ist modern und sauber und bereit für Ihren nächsten Strandurlaub! Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und wird zu einem tollen Familienferienhaus. Es bietet Platz für 6 Personen und ist nur 11 km von Ocean City und 21 km von Assateague Island entfernt. Ebenfalls enthalten ist das Parken am Ocean Pines Beach Club (Memorial Day-Labor Day) in der 49.-50. Straße im OC (direkt gegenüber von Seacrets). Ocean Pines hat auch 4 Pools (tägliche Gebühr), Parks, Restaurants, Fischteiche, Kajak- und SUP-Verleih, einen Yachtclub, einen Golfplatz und ein Handwerksgeschäft. Das Haus ist auch innerhalb von 5-10 Meilen von Outlet-Shopping, dem Ocean Downs Casino und vielen Restaurants, Bars, Golfplätzen und Vergnügungsbereichen entfernt.

We were recently visiting OC, MD for a National dance competition. We really enjoyed staying here because it was a nice quiet neighborhood...even over the busy July 4th holiday. The drive into OC was quick and easy. The parking pass for the beach club was also a nice bonus. The house was well equipped and very comfortable for our family. We would definitely stay here again if we need to rent a place near OC. The owner is very responsive and we enjoyed our stay here.

This location was perfect for my family to relax stress-free away from the crowds... yet still be right near everything we wanted to do. It is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay including items for the beach that came in very handy. The access to the Beach Club was extremely helpful with giving us a place to park close the beach with access to clean bathrooms and changing stalls as well as a reasonably priced pool for when the waves were a bit to high. The owner's communication and provided information were fantastic. We hope to stay there again next year on our annual trip to OC if available. Top Notch.

We LOVE staying at this property in Ocean Pines! The house is perfect and the Ocean Pines community is perfect for families who enjoy the beach but don't want all the chaos of 'downtown' OC.
We are already planning our trip for next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well kept and clean. Communication with the owners was very good. The advance information we received was very informative, complete and helpful. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. Each room has a good TV with a variety of viewing options. The wifi was dependable and fast/strong enough for multiple devices.
We've stayed in several locations in Ocean Pines and this is our new favorite.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas vacation in Ocean Pines. The house is in a quiet location and was very clean and the furniture comfortable and in good condition.. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils which we appreciated since we like to cook. We also appreciated that the house was warm and cozy even with the temperatures only a few degrees above zero. The owners answered our questions promptly which made our stay that much nicer.

Our family loved our stay here. Ocean Pines is quiet at night but has everything you need in the neighborhood. The beach club parking pass is perfection, making your trip to the beach easy on and easy off, without any stress of finding parking at the beach. Having bathrooms, showers, food and drinks accessible all day makes a beach day with kids cranky free. The property was clean and has everything you need plus more. We can’t wait to return!

We would absolutely recommend this house to others, especially families. The neighborhood was quiet, and the pools and beach were easily accessible. The house was perfect for our family- clean, nice bedrooms, comfortable beds, well-stocked. It was great to have the beach gear available to us too, and everything was in great condition. For any questions, we easily contacted the owners who responded right away.

This is a great cottage in Ocean Pines. Checkin was seamless.
Roger was super responsive. The cottage was very clean when we arrived. The only recommendation we have is to make a clothes line available for beach towels and bathing suits.

Came to Ocean City to celebrate my in-laws 50th anniversary. This house was a good home base to relax between family events. Being in Ocean Pines provides good proximity to all attractions with easy access to 90 and 50 plus there are lots of food options within a short drive.

We had a great time while staying here. We were looking for a place to spend the Memorial Day Weekend and work remotely. The WIFI was at the house was very good.
Also, this was a good location - 10 minutes from OC beach, a little further to Assateague, Berlin, and Delaware. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice spot to sit for awhile. We will probably return later in in the Fall.

There are a few things which need to be done to make the stay more comfortable for your next guests. They are a working light inside the side porch because it was difficult to see when we arrived back to the home at night, which made it difficult to find the door lock.A light in the laundry closet is needed because it was difficult to see the controls.Adjust the dryer for the loud noise it makes.There is a hole in the front slider screen door which allows bugs to enter and the handle on the screen door is loose.It was difficult to open the screen door so I needed to lubricate the screen door track above and below with WD-40.Could not get the living room fan to work.
