3 generations of our family spent quality time at this lovely property. The house is, of course, elevated with parking underneath. Once you get upstairs, all the bedrooms and living areas are on one level. Two masters with beach views were perfect for us and our adult daughter. Our grandson loved his twin room. Our granddaughter was unable to come so there was one bedroom with a queen bed we didn’t actually use. We had beach chairs and umbrellas from Jolly Roger delivered and waiting. We also ordered groceries from the Grocery Gals. Later we bought fresh shrimp and fish from Captain’s Seafood truck down by the lighthouse. If there was any negative it was the public beach access next to the house. Lots of traffic in and out but mostly just families and fishermen.The beach filled up quickly so we had to put out our umbrellas and chairs early to reserve a spot. It was nice having a private pool and we made good use of the outside shower. Someone who cooks must have set up the kitchen. There were good pots and pans. There was both a Kerug and a conventional coffee pot. You need to bring your own cleaning supplies including dish soap. We didn’t need them but I noticed both a high chair and a pack and play. One of our favorite places was the porch swing on the lower level. The view from the porch is stunning. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and ended our evenings on the porch. Sunrises were magical. We would definitely stay here again.

I have been going to St. George for 25 years. This was one of the best properties I have ever experienced for location, cleanliness, and appointments.

The house, the beach and location were really nice! It’s a perfect house for a family. The cleanliness wasn’t 5 stars like the rest of items but easy to fix! The owners were great and were very responsive when our frying pans needed to be replaced! Overall it’s a great house and a great experience!

The property was very comfortable for six of us with very functional plan to accommodate privacy as well as gathering space. Great view from porches, easy access to beach and relaxing outdoor pool. Group agreed it was one of the best beach experiences ever!

Very nice house with nice location we will be back

The Island Princess is a comfortable and well equipped house with a great beach. The heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren who spent as much time there as on the beach. I spent much of my time on the large covered deck where I could enjoy the gulf without worrying about sunburn. When we did have an issue, the owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent this house next year.

This house functions very well for 8 people. Well equipped and plenty of room for everyone. Especially loved the huge deck and just a few steps to the beach.
