This property had everything you could need while visiting. It was well equipped and had been updated throughout. The beds were very comfortable and the pool area was a great place to relax. The property manager was very responsive and thoughtful.

A wonderful home to stay and be able to explore Venice and its beaches. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. A beautiful pool and the house is set in a very quiet neighbourhood but still close to the beaches. Sorry we didn’t see the resident alligator in the pond. Patricia was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Would recommend and return again.

Loveky modern updated property pefect for us had absolutely everything you could need. Pool area very tranquil and not overlooked yet shops bars ans restaurants less than 10 minutes away.

This property is so well decorated and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Super clean when we arrived. The owner, Patricia, was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We generally eat most meals at restaurants when we are on vacation but this home with such a well furnished kitchen and gas grill had us staying home and eating on the lanai most nights and hanging out by the pool. The view is amazing for nature lovers. My husband and I are bird lovers and saw a large variety of birds we’d never seen before. We look forward to coming back!

This was the cleanest and most well stocked rental we have ever stayed at… and we have stayed at many. The master bed was so comfortable I could have stayed there all day. The patio had a great furniture set up and it was so much fun to watch tv out there at night. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs and pool/beach toys. They provided plenty of linens and towels. If you are traveling with a small child, I noticed a lot of baby/toddler equipment. We will stay here again if it is available on our next trip down to Florida.

My husband, brother, and sister-in-law had a wonderful week at this lovely home. Super clean, super quiet, all around relaxing atmosphere. Pool was great and we loved the pond view. No luck seeing the alligator though :). Beach was close and the water was magnificent. Beds very comfortable. Many extras included. The owners put a lot of thought and consideration to what the renter may need. I would absolutely rent this property again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Was the BEST, much needed relaxing, stress free 2 wks I could’ve asked for! Neighborhood is nice and quiet (lots of bunnies running around) while close to everything. Check in was super easy and owners were quick to respond to questions. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. Much roomier than expected, great layout, very clean, beds are super comfy, house is beautifully decorated (LOVED the counter tops) and stocked with little extras that were a nice little surprise. Also has a beautiful view of the large pond out back that held lots of entertainment! Contains an alligator (I saw it sunning itself right on the other side of the fence super close so I got great pics)! Also got to see an Anhinga (bird) with a fish for its dinner. Scared me to death cause I thought it was a snake with a fish. Lol, you’ll have to look the bird up to understand and the birds held long conversations every morning and evening. Very relaxing to lounge in or by the pool and listen. Has everything you would need for a day at the beach or a bicycle ride thru the neighborhood. I have to say, Manasota Beach did not disappoint for sharks teeth and shells! Not gonna lie, we found over 3,400 sharks teeth in 2 weeks (going every evening from 4-7, minus the 2 days we stayed at the house due to sunburns). Lol, I even got to see a Sea Turtle laying her eggs!!! Definitely recommend staying here for a PERFECT Vaca Getaway!!!!

Very clean comfortable beautiful setting. Close to everything we wanted. The neighborhood was a little confusing getting in and out of but other then that beautiful setting enjoyed the pool everyday .

The overall stay was very nice. Home is very clean and comforting, nicely updated. The pool was great, good size and warm with the heat on and the lanai area well equipped. The owner Patricia is very accommodating and pleasant to work with, checked in couple times to make sure all was good. Will consider again if staying in the area.

The property appeared to have been completely upgraded recently, with modern flooring, furnishings, countertops and appliances. It was impeccably decorated with a beach theme throughout. The house was gleaming clean when we arrived and we were very pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen and pantry was. By far the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in! The garage had all kinds of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. The pool area was clean, accessible and comfortable, and the outdoor gas grill was one of the nicest we have seen. We were very comfortable during our week stay at Christmas, and enjoyed watching movies in the living room on the large flat screen TV. The neighborhood is very walkable and beaches just a short drive away. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway.

We absolutely loved this property, we had everything we needed and more! We had great communication with the property owner Patricia and we enjoyed our vacation at her place. It’s in quiet location that is close to the beach, grocery stores and places to eat. The place is packed with all you need for cooking, relaxing, sleeping, beach (chairs & towels ) and entertainment. We enjoyed the pool, especially my son and we are looking forward to come back another time. Thank you Patricia for being such a great host!

My husband, children and I thoroughly enjoyed this property! We were able to relax in comfort and everything was clean and welcoming! The amenities were great and we loved the pool! This property was so close to the beaches we wanted to visit. Patricia was very inviting and reached out to check in if we had any needs. Everything we could need or ask for was already on site! We would highly recommend this!

Exceptional location. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, updated house with pool. Bonus pond attraction for wildlife. Beach toys for our grandgirls, bikes, and pool toys. Patricia was an excellent host and we will definitely be back next year.

This house is beautifully decorated and so charming. The view can't be beat and you even have a friendly alligator bask in the sun on the edge of the pond behind the pool. Speaking of the pool, the temperature was perfect even with cooler temperatures since it was heated. We had a wonderful stay and Patricia was always willing to message about any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, and so far it's our favorite property in the Venice area.

The house was recently remodeled and decorated, and well supplied with everything you need for a fun vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and many basic food items and seasonings are available. Situated on a short street, it was very quiet, with a nice private pool area overlooking a small lake. It is located in an older neighborhood, with many homes that appeared to also be recently remodeled. Lots of kids snd friendly neighbors. Our host, Patricia, was very welcoming and available for any questions.

This rental has everything you could need and more! Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, we enjoyed our stay! We used the pool daily. We spent everyday at the beach: the cart, beach chairs, cooler, etc. made it so easy! It really was like being at home. The property was clean and well maintained. Thank you and we plan to return!

The location put us near family so it worked for us. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Would appreciate it if owner would keep the spare propane tank full for the grill. It would also be helpful to add to the house instruction manual directions for logging in to the TV. Also, owner advertises the house as suitable for four persons but, after booking, we learned that she charges extra if the fourth bed (a top bunk) is used. We did not need it but other prospective visitors might like to know that in advance. A very nice property.

Home has everything needed for a beach vacation. The owner was easy to contact, even made contact with us to make sure that we had everything needed for our stay.

Very clean, well decorated home, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to take the ferry to a quiet, clean beach (that was full of shark teeth!). Grateful to have access to chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, etc for our beach trips. Loved being within driving distance of several great beaches that weren't overly crowded. Having the pool was wonderful, too...our 4 teens spent many hours enjoying it during our stay. We'd love to come back again some day!
