Der Komplex verfügt über einen Pool, einen Whirlpool, Tennisplatz, Volleyballplatz, Outdoor-Grill, und einen Pier. Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, alle mit neuen Matratzen und Boxspring und Platz für 8 Personen. Es verfügt über 3 neu renovierte Badezimmer und 2 schöne, Sonnenschein gefüllten Außendecks. Es gibt auch einen Gas-Kamin im Wohnzimmer und Wäscherei vor Ort. Kostenloser Wifi-Zugang und Kabel-TV. Sehr geräumig und komfortabel.

Very spacious condo had everything we needed. Perfect vacation.

Great location. Pier was a great place to see son rises and sets. Pool and hot tub was a great place to end a day of exploring. Saw a black bear at one of the state parks on the west side. The Nevada state park is a must place to go. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Casa Muzio at St Francis Woods is a wonderful condo in a great location. The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Mike’s communications were thorough and timely, so checking -in/out and getting oriented was a breeze. The bear motif and decorations were very amusing; we counted 53.
We’ll be back again for sure….and next time we’ll do a bear re-count. To all future guests: Game On !

We were on town for a wedding. Because of the activities with that we weren’t able to enjoy all the property offered. We would definitely come back to do so.

The location was the best part, it was about 20 minutes from Palisades and a quick 1 minute walk to the lake. The host was very friendly and gave a very detailed check in process. The only issue was the cleanliness of the cabin, a lot of the dishes/utensils were dirty and they lacked a lot of cooking pans, so we weren’t really able to cook anything. The towels also had a smell to them and had some stains on there and the beds did not seem to be too clean. There was also no shower supplies (the host did tell me in advance) but I assumed we would at least have hand soap, but there was nothing. It’s a cute cabin though and has great vibes with a great host.

I’ve been booking home stay around Lake Tahoe area for many years. It’s the first time the host told me condiments are not provided. Though pot and plates are provided.

Great property. We only had 5 but can easily sleep 8 if you don’t mind sharing beds. The kitchen was good enough that we cooked almost every meal. Would stay again, just to count more bears (there are many many bear tchotchkes).

We had a great time at Mike’s place in Tahoe. It was super convenient location, close to skiing, shopping, the lake and everything else we needed! Mike was a great host, super responsive and helpful! Would come back another time for sure!

We were delighted to stay at this condo! Plenty of room to stretch out, we all had our own rooms, and the place feels like home. Close to the water and downtown Tahoe City, with plenty of things to do. The host was friendly and helpful and our check in process was super easy. I’d definitely recommend this place, and would come back again!

The property had everything we needed. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and we enjoyed them. The lake was right there..1 min walk! We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise on the dock. The stars at night was beautiful because there was very little light. Safeway is 4 minutes away. If we decide to come to Lake Tahoe again, we will definitely book this place. Thanks Mike for the quick responses too!

Better than expected!
This was a perfect spot for a small reunion of long time friends. We were thrilled with the proximity to the water, the beach access, the pool and the pickle ball court! Plenty of room to gather, cook, play board games, along with comfortable and quiet bedrooms. We found this place to be better than the photos: more spacious and plenty of light! I’d love to go back.

Comfy and very homey. Parking is easy--the kitchen has ALL the amenities you need. Beds are comfy--bathrooms are great---location is perfect---quiet setting, but close to town!

We loved this condo, and as a family we had a wonderful time staying at this property! Cooking was easy, we had everything we needed; & the amenities on the grounds--swimming pool, pickle ball, volleyball court, pier to the lake--all were fantastic!

Great option for Tahoe ski weekend
Mike's condo was a terrific option for a ski weekend at Tahoe. The property was immaculate, and the location just outside of Tahoe City was super convenient, including for Palisades. We'd recommend highly!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Mike's vrbo. He was very communicative and friendly. The location was hard to beat, only a 3 minute drive away from Safeway and Tahoe City. We thought all the little bear decor was a cute touch too.

Wonderful property and host
The condo is a very short flat walk to the lake. The units around us were quiet. Parking was easy and directly in front of the unit. The unit is well laid out with one master/en suite on the main second floor, and 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (another master bedroom with ensuite, plus 1 queen bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 2 twins) on the ground floor. The beds were comfy. Washer and dryer downstairs. We could visit in the cozy living/dining room/kitchen without worrying about waking the babies downstairs. My kids enjoyed counting the 100’s of bear decorations. The host Mike was super communicative and easy going. we will definitely come back!

Lovely cabin in a perfect location
We had a great time! The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was roomy, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Mike’s cabin had character and we felt at home for our weekend trip. There’s also a Safeway just a couple minutes away. Would recommend!

Great stay
While I could not join due to health reasons, my friends had a great time at this property. They absolutely loved their stay. Mike is a great host and was very communicative and accommodating during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great home!
We booked this home for a snowboarding trip and the place was great! Mike gave detailed instructions prior to our stay and we were able to check in easily. The home was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for a weekend trip.
