Place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect for quick access to Main Street. We loved breakfast and late afternoon relaxing on the balcony! It was a great rental.

Location was amazing, steps from everything; the Quicksilver lift, from both Christy Sports and Breck Sports, the ticket office and hot tubs. Just a few minutes walk to town. The condo was just as pictured. We chose it for the location and for the daybed in the BR which allowed for our college aged daughter to have a bed. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, and appreciated that there was spices, paper towels, dish soap etc already there. Ample sized bathroom. The only negative is there is no information about parking in the listing and I realized we needed to arrange and pay extra for that just a couple weeks before arriving. The host arranged it quickly but I would have preferred to factor that cost in at time of reservation. I would stay here again!

Had a great time. The complex has a new rec room with all sorts of things for kids to do, and the 3 large hot tubs have you all the privacy you needed after a long day. Just a block from the breckenridge strip to walk to all of the local restaurants and shops. Perfectly located for hiking as well.

First of all, the views are spectacular. The location of the property was perfect. The condo was beautiful inside and out. Well supplied with everything we needed. Communication with renter was efficient. Perfect location to anything downtown, very easy walk to many restaurants and bars.

Condo is perfectly located to walk anywhere in Breckenridge. It was very clean and had all the kitchen utensils and appliances you could possibly need. Communication with the owner and management was excellent. Location made it easy for a day trip to Vail and Buena Vista for white water rafting. We hope that it will be available on our next visit to the area!

We thoroughly enjoy d our stay at this lovely condo. A great location and very comfortable. The owner was great with very good communications. Our only negative was with the management company who created difficulties in checking in and checking out by not being familiar with and following their own procedures and instructions. We highly recommend the condo and the owner!

Great stay but bring your own toiletries... Great location, accomodations. Only complaint was lack of toilet paper, starter kit of the thinnest single ply rolls provided per policy for a family of 5 for 6 day stay. Hassle of going out to buy toilet paper after waiting for housekeeping and then property manager office to open... after texting with property manager only to be told the starter kit policy. That was the only blemish on a otherwise great stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and wife the hot tubs and sauna. We'll be back but with our own toilet paper!

The location was fabulous, the best ski in and out we’ve ever stayed at. The condo was very roomy, beds very comfortable, pillows were comfortable too. They had a variety of pillows so we all had something that suited us. Kitchen was very well stocked with essentials (spices, utensils, China, cleaning supplies etc). Plenty of towels and sheets! We did have to do a load of laundry and it cost us almost $10, but they were speed Queen machines so it washed and dried very efficiently. The pool was amazing, our kids had sooo much fun there with the basketball hoop. The 4 hot tubs were amazing for us adults. Short walk to Main Street, we didn’t need to use our car very much. We’d come back again. Thank you.

Location, Location location !!! This condo was right in town close to shopping centers , food and activities. First time sking and the lifts were only about 3 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

My sisters and I stayed here and attended the wine festival/did a 14er(Quandary) and spent a day at the spa(Grand lodge).We spent very little time in the unit. Bed/Murphy bed was comfortable. It was exactly like the pictures. Not updated but very clean. The remodeled pool/workout/rec area is very nice. Our only complaint is the last night an electrical outlet with only a lamp plugged in(not being used) blew sparks in the middle of the night-sounded like fireworks and purple sparks flew everywhere. We weren’t near it so no one was hurt. It blew out all the power for the unit and the breaker box is in the locked owners closet-or elsewhere that’s not attainable to renters. We let the management company know and checked out that morning. Hopefully the wiring has been looked at.

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It is literally steps away from the Quicksilver superchair at the bottom of peak 9, which is a great peak for newer skiiers. The main strip of downtown with restaurants and shops is a super short walk from the building as well. If you're looking to go further, there's a shuttle. The unit was excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked.
I only have 2 minor things to call out that made my review from being 5 stars: (1) it was not clear from the listing that parking would cost extra. I have no objection to paying extra for parking - I just wished it was made more clear upfront, and (2) no fault of the property owner himself, but the elevator in the building broke down twice during our stay, which meant we had to take the stairs. Both times the issue was fixed within an hour or two, but obviously less than ideal when folks are needing to lug skis up and down flights of stairs.
Overall, despite the couple of hiccups, I would absolutely stay in this unit again and would recommend it to others.

The unit was a hit across the board. From the listing it's obviously in a a great location with nice amenities (pool, etc.). Inside, the place was in great condition. Bedding, appliances, flooring, towels, etc. We had a rental car so we purchased a parking pass which was worth it because the car served as an overnight ski locker for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge and this rental. We have stayed in many rentals and I think this one stocked better than any one we have stayed in. It had everything you would need including spices, coffee, paper products, bath products etc. Communication was very good. In addition, we loved the wrap around deck on the 4th floor and the view from the front window was spectacular. We had a little trouble figuring out parking and how to re-enter the building (slot for door card) but we were tired from our drive and once we did it a few times it was perfect. We would definitely recommend this rental!

This property is better than the pictures. Highlights...easy parking, big living area, comfortable bed, large bathroom & rocking chairs on the balcony. Bonus...the extras in the kitchen (spices, olive oil & foil). We came for mountain biking. But if you have kids (which we don't) I would highly recommend the Peak 8 kid area. SO IMPRESSIVE. In between bike runs we enjoyed a cocktail while watching kids play & laugh in this area. We hope this unit is available next August as we plan to come back. Thanks for the great time!

Excellent condo.
Everything aboout this condo was excellent. Comfortable, roomy, excellent wi-fi, TV etc., nice full kitchen, big well-appointed bath, nice balcony, easy parking. Location in the summer was out-of the way and quiet, but just around the corner and down the street from restaurants, shops, not far to groceries, etc. I recommend the condo highly!
I must add, however, that the management made me pretty mad. They sent all the information about the washer and dryer that was available. Bring lots of quarters, they said. Well, the washer and dryer were more expensive than they said in the info they sent, but more importantly for us, they were not coin operated. You have to download an app (assuming you know your Apple ID number - of course you can fuss around and reset it) then "find" the applliances using the app. After giving your email to some invisible laundry company you have to assumidly provide your credit card number to them. But since the app can't find the machines, you are instructed to enter the location number or scan the QR code posted on the laundry room wall (In the dark, since the lights in the room were burned out on the three floors I checked). But since these things are not on the wall, you get to go into town at 9:30 at night and and find a laundromat if you want clean clothes in the morning. Of course, you could wait till morning and spend half a morning of your Breckinridge vacation sitting in a laundromat doing laundry then. Thanks management.

Great location
Overall, we had a great experience. The location is fantastic for walking to Quicksilver, as well as restaurants and shops. One thing that was a bit inconvenient was the key pick-up. It’s located on the other side of downtown. We had to find parking, then go looking for the office that had the Dropbox, as it wasn’t very conspicuous. It was on our way to the condo, but took more time and effort than I expected. I would most likely stay again.

Perfect place for a small gathering
The place was great. Location was perfect for skiing. A 10 second walk to Silverthorne/Peak 9. Which made it great to come in at lunch time and make a sandwich, instead of paying high on mountain food prices. Also just a half block from Main St and restaurants. Great balcony, great view, great pool and jacuzzi area. All the comforts of home supplied in the Kitchen too. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent ski-in / ski-out in Breck
This condo was exactly as advertised! Beautiful and comfortable! The living area was perfect, living room comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bed super comfortable. There was a large Murphy bed we didn’t use, but would be great for a third or kids. Wood burning fireplace was a nice addition. The Quicksilver lift is literally less than 100 yards from the door. This would be especially great if there are beginners in the group… Quicksilver is all green runs. Ski school is right there too.
We had a little snafu with getting our keys from the management office, but I called the owner and he couldn’t have been nicer. The management folks were great too and drove back into Breck to get us our keys. BTW… the best Italian food in Breckenridge is in the same plaza as the management office.
The condo complex is walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in town. Getting to the building is a little complicated at night if not familiar with the town, but a couple of walking trips to and from solved that.

Great location and great space
The place was perfect for our ski weekend. It's right at the base of the mountain which made skiing each day incredibly seamless and painless. It was right off Main Street as well which made it easy for post-skiing and meandering the town. The condo was great space as well. Highly recommend this rental!

A wonderful stay in Breckenridge. We stayed with 6 & 10 yr old boys and it was perfect. You could not be physically closer to ski school - perhaps 50 yards to check in from walking out the door. The lift is similarly right there. Easy to ski in/out while hauling kids gear with your own. There is a murphy bed in living room plus a couch so plenty of room (we never put the bed up - enough living/dining room keeping it down). Kitchen spacious and everything we needed. Good supply of essentials that was plenty for our 4 night stay (kitchen soap, shampoo, etc.) - good for at least a week. There is a grocery store a 10 min walk away and the Main street (shops, restaurants, etc.) is steps away. If you didn't want to eat in public places, it would be easy to come back for lunch, etc. The host was very responsive. Great place!

Great condo with a beautiful view!
Great condo. Roomy and well equipped, lovely view with a wrap around balcony. Only negative was three out of four days we didn’t have hot water. Building maintenace was working on the boilers our last full day and that improved the water temperature.

Loved the location! That was the best part for us. We are not advanced skiers so staying 20 yards from Quicksilver was very nice. The gym and pool was out of commission which kind of stunk. However, they provided an alternative at the recreation center, but that was inconvenient due to the distance away from our room. All in all, this was a great place and look forward to coming back.

Great Place to Stay Summer or Winter
Location outstanding. Parking a bit confusing at first but once figure it out, fine. Owner was amazingly responsive to our needs, helpful and accommodating.
Condo was comfortable, well appointed and supplied with necessities and general condiments etc that a visitor would like to have but would prefer not to purchase b/c they would then have to take them with them when they leave.
All in all, I would recommend to anyone who was looking for a comfortable place to stay for that hike up a 14er or other summer time fun or skiing in the winter.

Convenient condo in heart of Breck
This property is a short walk to lifts, shops and buses. It offers beautiful views of the mountains. It is spacious for two adults and can easily accommodate four, with adequate kitchen and eating spacing and one full bath. The unit is well appointed with quality fixtures and furniture but slightly dated. The owner is eay to reach and very responsive.
