Wohnungsbeschreibung - 6 neu renovierte Doppelschlafzimmerwohnung mit 3 kompletten Badezimmern und zwei halben Badezimmern. Ein Bad im Hauptschlafzimmer mit Waschbecken, Dusche und WC. Zweites Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Badewanne und Toilette. Kleine dritte Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Viertes Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und Toilette. Und 5. Badezimmer ist ensuite zum 6. Schlafzimmer und hat eine Dusche und eine Toilette.
Komplette Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und großem Kühlschrank. Master-Schlafzimmer, 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer mit je 140 x 200 cm Bett. 4. und 5. Schlafzimmer haben jeweils zwei Einzelbetten (alle 90x190cm). Sechstes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (90x190). Ein Drei-Sitzer-Sofa und Sessel im Wohnzimmer - können die Kissen für festere Fläche für die auf Sofa schläft umgekehrt werden.

The apartment was immaculate and decorated to a high standard. Communication from our hosts was great. The apartment is located in a bustling, central area of Barcelona and was perfect for our needs. It was also wonderful to have use of a storage office to leave our luggage after our 11am checkout. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was so much larger and roomier than our family was expecting! Plenty of room for everyone with wonderful amenities. Just completed our stay this July and the air conditioning worked great! The views from each room are just stunning and the location is perfect for walking and around and exploring all the popular spots. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment. Would definitely book it again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in mid June of 2024.
Though our flight arrived very early, we were able to leave our luggage's in the office and walk around the area. Once we were able to enter the apartment, we were so content. The rooms were spacious, the view were spectacular, and it felt very homey. We were in walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, and small plazas. We were even able to get a taxi right outside the apartment. If we ever come back we would stay here again.

First time visiting Barcelona. We couldn’t have picked a better location or apartment to stay in. The property was large and exactly as described and appeared in the pictures. Wonderful location with lots of little shops restaurants and bars nearby would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.

Apartment is in great location with nice view of Sagrada Familia from the living area. Lots of tapas places in the neighborhood. Very spacious and clean. Fernando, the host and Liliana were easy to communicate with, readily accessible. Will definitely stay there again!

Our extended family stayed together for a week in this great apartment. We loved that there were so many bedrooms, bathrooms, views, seating in the dining/living area, decent kitchen and laundry, and a lovely rooftop patio. The beds were not the most comfortable, the bathrooms were oddly shaped/small, at least one shower leaked a lot, and the wifi is simply terrible. BUT we would highly recommend this place for large groups.

A group of mums stayed in your flat for a special 50th birthday celebration. And it did not disappoint! The flat was ideally located, clean, spacious, and gave us plenty of space, beds, and a full kitchen. I cannot imagine a more perfect home away from home…and the views from the rooftop terrace…Wow!

The property was in a wonderful location for exploring the sights of Barcelona. With a metro within a 5 minute walk and a bus stop almost directly outside. The group thoroughly enjoyed the stay and it was a great space to relax, the roof terrace was lovely and gave a wonderful outside space to enjoy the views. Can't fault the place

We had an amazing stay at this apartment, a perfect way for a group of friends to celebrate two special birthdays. Great location, and spacious layout, with a large social lounge area with spectacular views. We would completely recommend this to larger groups (we were a party of 8, but could easily accommodate 12-14). Thank you so much!

Pros-
-location- 10 mins from Sagrada Familia, tons of restaurants and bars and little supermarkets.
- the view from the living room window is stunning, especially at sunrise.
-easy entry with a code
-we could store our luggage in a storeroom before checkin which was helpful
Cons-
-the apartment needs renovating. The bathrooms, while clean, were tiny with very small showers (2ftx2ft) and One sink had no hot water .
- paint is chipping
-one bedroom is very small with no closet
-you could hear neighbors through the walls
- photos were not representative

Location was amazing! Sagrada Familia is a 10 minute walk away. We taxied to Park Guell, but walked back. We taxied to the beach, but walked back. (Taxis were 10-12 euro.) So, this is a walkable location to MANY sites. We also walked to many very good restaurants. The entance is on the diagonal side of the building right at the intersection. The elevator is small, but we were grateful for it! The view from the front of the apartment is amazing. You can see the towers of Sagra Familia and there is a gorgeous church directly across the street. We LOVED the roottop terrace! The view is even better from up there!! It is an easy flight and a half of stairs up to get to the terrace. We are a family of 7, so were able to spread out in the 6 bedrooms. Beds were mostly great - some squeaked and one had broken box springs, but it was replaced during our stay. Having a code to access the building and terrace was wonderful. There were no keys to deal with and when our family split up, it made things so much easier. The inside is comfortable and the wall units worked well. We were there in cool weather, so it was nice to be able to regulate the rooms to personal preference. (I like to sleep cool, but our kids liked warmer temps.) There were some parts of the apartment that could use some TLC - wires poking out from previous light fixtures, unpainted door jams - very minor cosmetic things, that didn't affect us at all, but were worth mentioning. A big PLUS was have a washer and DRYER!!

The location of this property can't be beat and the views are lovely from the apartment windows and the rooftop terrace. It comfortably fit our family of 7 individuals which was great.
However, the property could benefit from a few improvements to make this a truly outstanding experience. The furniture, especially the beds, were quite dated and uncomfortable. During one of the nights, one of my family members noticed the fitted bedsheet had curled up and revealed the single bed was deeply stained yellow. All the beds bowed in the middle. By the end of the stay, many couples ended up splitting up to sleep on separate twin beds or on the couch because the double beds were so misshapen. The blue armchair in the living area had a powerful smell of body odor and no one could sit it in.
The apartment is treated as self-serve so you really have to furnish it with your own basic items like cooking oil, toilet paper (we ran out) and more.
According to the paper in the apartment, I think quiet time starts at 8pm. But I don't think it applies to the neighbors who were stomping, partying and moving around up until midnight. Spain, in general, keeps late hours so in reality quite time is midnight to 8am.
Lastly, during check-out time, the elevator was disabled for cleaning which seemed really inconsiderate and inconvenient. As a family of 7 (some of whom are elderly), it presented an unexpected challenge to lug down heavy suitcases 4 flights of stairs.

Well located to metro and shops, lots of space for our large family of 9, well renovated and furnished historic old apartment in the heart of the city.
Just a bit tricky finding it at first as it is on a corner and there are 2 numbers locating the property from each street.
As we are a large family, we did our own cooking a few times which was not the easiest thing to do.
The kitchen is small and awkwardly laid out, making washing up, loading the dishwasher and the cooktop hard to coordinate.
A few implements were missing - chopping board, plastic utensils to use with the nonstick cookware and tea towels.
The towel hook in the main bathroom is loose and needs fixing - just a maintenance issue.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the apartment especially for large families.

the apartment is centrally located, making it easy to walk just about anywhere you'll want to go in Barcelona. We walked to Sagrada Familia (only a few blocks away) all the way to Park Guell (it was a long walk, a lot of uphill but doable). The apartment is spacious and offered plenty of room for the 7-adults, 2-children we had on our family vacation. Multiple bathrooms & bedrooms made it nice for everyone to have their own space & privacy. Bedding was comfortable, ample towels for everyone, hair dryers, washing machine, plenty of plates & glasses for everyone. Having the lift was great, made it easy to get our stroller up & down (plus our luggage). The property owner was communicative, helpful and although we didn't need anything during our stay, we knew they were only a short call or message away. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, centrally located apartment in Barcelona.

What a perfect place to stay for our trip to Barcelona! My sister and I with our respective family members had the most fantastic time. The photos do not do this property justice, the spacious rooms and superb rooftop terrace surpassed our expectations. It's a brilliant location for all attractions and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful in the neighbourhood. All enquiries were very quickly answered and we felt very welcome. We were there for a family wedding and our other siblings and families were staying close by but this property was the best. Everything was spotless and having 4 showers really helped with getting ready for the wedding! Thanks for making this special holiday just perfect.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment with fabulous views of La Sagrada Familia. Appreciated dropping luggage early. Loved the roof top area!! Kitchen is not as well appointed as some places. Loads of room for our crew. WiFi a little tough in different rooms. Would love a Smart TV here. Not super close to sightseeing stuff but on busline, metro and loads of cabs.

There was space for everyone to have privacy. The dining and living area was great for everyone. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio. The exterior and the entry had us concerned, but we were pleased with the interior. There was no functioning air conditioner in two bedrooms, but the fans helped. The door frames and woodwork could use paint too. Overall, we were pleased.

Some of the ACs did not work very effectively and we needed to use fans that were also provided. The property manager was helpful and accessible by text and call. The property is conveniently located.
