Millionen-Dollar-Sonnenuntergang bei diesem luxuriösen Stadthaus im Futura Yacht Club! Sie können dem Meer nicht näher kommen als hier, mit zweistöckigen Balkonen mit Blick auf die Bucht! Unser Anwesen verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse, nur wenige Schritte von unserer Haustür entfernt. Der Futura Yacht Club ist eine exklusive Wohnanlage mit einem beheizten Pool, einem Jachthafen, Tennisplätzen und Volleyballplätzen. Darüber hinaus verfügt unsere Gemeinde über eine Bootsrampe und einen Abstellraum für Anhänger, und unser Gelände ist gut gepflegt mit wunderschönen tropischen Gärten. Einfacher, direkter Zugang zum Meer über Snake Creek (South) oder Tavernier Creek (North).

Awesome place, it has everything you need and the location and views are magnificent. All the people staying here are very friendly and helpful. We didn't have an issue with anything. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone else.

We had a great week staying at this condo at Futura Yacht Club. We stayed in the back building the year before, so it was a treat to stay in this unit this year and have such a wonderful view of the Florida Bay and those million dollar sunsets. The unit was perfectly located and well equipped to handle the five of us for the week. The owners were helpful and easy to communicate with when we had any questions throughout the week. The bed in the main bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in and the view from that room was insane. Loved the balconies on both levels to sit and read or have a drink and watch the water. The downstairs outside area provided nice seating options to dine or just relax. We loved having easy access to a slip for our boat right out front. It was also great being able to park right below the unit. The pool was beautiful and provided lots of fun for our son. We really enjoy the grounds at Futura and the beach area is a nice place to relax on their hammocks. We will be back!!

Property was great but could be cleaned better. Fans and walls had significant dust. Cable and internet were out upon arrival. Owner notified us as we were checking in and proactively made appoint to remedy. Unfortunately, both neighbors were having concrete balcony repatched so for several days the sound was annoying. The view is straight incredible. Did not get a chance to see pool. Sand area and filet tables were nice. Gated property had easy entrance. Washer and dryer worked, appliances were stainless steel and worked well. Grill was small but propane and worked. I would stay again.

We spent a nice & relaxing week at this location. The views from the townhome were amazing. Gorgeous sunsets every night! This will be our fourth year coming down to Islamorada and it was such a nice place to stay with our family :)

We really enjoyed everything about this trip. The location is unbeatable and the friendliness of the others staying there was wonderful. We met several owners, as well and they were great about asking us if we needed anything.
The owner shared great information about places to visit and shop!

We have stayed in multiple units at this complex- but this one is by far our favorite. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean and bright. Can’t beat the view or the amenities this place has to offer! The boat ramp/slip is so convenient and the pool area is beautiful!

This property exceeded our expectations. The views were stunning. Boat slip was located just outside unit which made loading/unloading easy. The comfort level and amenities were perfect. We would definitely book this property.

This condo is 20 feet from the sea wall! The water is so clear we saw nurse sharks, tarpon, parrot fish, and other fish swim by from the 2nd floor/main living balcony. The sun hits the balcony around 3 pm so it’s a perfect spot to read or watch the aquarium in the shade! It’s also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunsets as it faces West.
Pictures as advertised and centrally located. About a 2 hour drive to Key West and close to fishing charters all up and down the coast. Communication timely and complete instructions prior to arrival.
No shortage of things to keep busy and great restaurants to visit. We highly recommend this condo!

Nice place but needs some updating.
Most furniture needs recovering and a few things need a better cleaning or replacing. Cant beet the location! Docking was very good. Really big TV!

Beautiful location and quality
Water all around and a sunset every day. Balconies and lawn overlook a wild aquarium - TARPON, manatees, parrot fish, nurse sharks, spotted eagle rays, barracudas, eels, schools of jumping bait fish, sergeant major fish, and so many more. This was entertaining for everyone in our group. The weather was warm enough to enjoy the pool and cool enough to enjoy morning walks. The pool is very well-heated and a very nice family-friendly facility. It is a short drive to long bridges over aqua water, which were amazing for walks. During our 2 weeks in the Keys, our teenage son caught almost 20 different varieties. We grilled a lot of fish and made a lot of tropical treats out of the well-stocked kitchen. The master bedroom was gorgeous in decoration and view.

Incredible sunsets!
Beautiful townhome and amenities. The boat slip is right in front of the bedroom window. The sunsets were amazing. Everything that you need is within a couple miles. I have stayed here a few times now and plan on returning.

Relaxing in The keys
Wonderful stay at a beautiful ocean front condo. Great view from 2 decks for sunset. The condo was in great condition and had everything we needed for a week.. Great restaurants and Publix close by.

Birthday get away before Christmas
The location of this unit is terrific. Ocean in the front and marina in the rear. Pool was heated. They have tennis courts. Nice having your own parking spot under the unit and washer and dryer in the unit.

Fabulous townhouse with awesome sunsets !!
Believe the positive reviews! This place is outstanding! Prior to check-in day, Joe (the owner) sent all pertinent info (via email) to ensure that we’d have a seamless arrival. Entry to the complex requires use of a proximity badge (provided upon check-in) and entry into the townhouse itself requires use of an easy-to-use numeric combo pad. There are security cameras located throughout the Futura complex. We couldn’t believe how beautiful the view was from both the living room and master bedroom balconies. We really did have the feeling that we were on a cruise ship as the unit is located right on the water! Joe was very responsive to the minor questions that we had. The living room was very well appointed with a huge TV! The kitchen offered new appliances and was stocked with essential items such as paper towels and toilet paper. Kitchen has lots of glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware. The master bedroom is good size and has a master bath. Sufficient closet space with plenty of clothes hangers. The guest bedroom had a full-size bed, which seemed a little small for two adults. The complex grounds are great! Pool is huge and heated. There was also an area with padded chairs and a TV. Near the pool is an area we called “the point” where you can relax on hammocks or just sit back in an Adirondack chair to take in the calm winds and sunshine! All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day!

Very relaxing and quiet just what we wanted and needed. We didn't want the party seen we just wanted to relax and watch the sunset and go snorkeling and paddleboarding

Perfect week in the Keys
Perfect spot for us and our boat. The owner was very responsive to the small and very minor items that needed attention. The protected marina was excellent and the view over the bay as good as it gets. For boating, fishing or just exploring the middle keys this place is ideal. Hope we can stay here again next year.

Piece of paradise:)
We spent the week here with our 3 kids…we had a blast! The property was just as advertised! The sunsets were absolutely BREATHTAKING! We also went to a little spot on the other side of the island for the sunrise, it also was amazing! We spent most of our time kayaking (would highly recommend renting for the week), swimming, playing tennis, and exploring. We kayaked over to Marker 88 for drinks and appetizers and also kayaked out to an island off the coast…we used them everyday:) We also took a day to explore Miami and a day to visit Key West. Both trips were wonderful. The property manager, Joe, is EXCELLENT with communicating. He sent a list of local restaurants which was very helpful. He also was easy to reach and answered several questions while we were there in a very timely manner. As we left, we could not think of a single bad thing about our entire trip. In the words of our kids, “it was the best vacation ever!” :)

We enjoyed the patio sunsets and friendly, quiet community. The condo was equipped with all we needed. When we bring our boat or rent one in the future, this will be the perfect place again!

Wow what a great VRBA
Everything was fantastic. The views overlooking the water are great all the time but the sunsets are fantastic. The yacht club is beautiful and well maintained. The extras we found in the kitchen was a nice touch.

Second time staying here
This unit has an absolutely amazing view of sunset. Both stats have been awesome and lots of stuff to do around the area. Even saw a manatee in the marina one morning and other fish off the back.
