We loved our stay at this condo! It was extremely clean, and it was perfect for our beach trip with kids. We really appreciated that the host had so many things there that we could use (that we didn’t have to pack), including a beach wagon, coolers, beach toys, floats, pool noodles, chairs, and more. It was only a five minute walk to the beach. Amazing view. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Indian Shores very much! As always, it felt like our "home away from home". Until next time, we will miss seeing sunrises from bed and the dolphins swimming past as we enjoy our morning coffee on the pier! The unit was nice and the view of the intercostal was amazing. We saw manatees from the window one morning. We had a great time and will be booking this again for next year.

The condo is in a great location for a relaxing vacation with lovely views of the intercoastal waterway. There is a nice pool area which was never busy with plenty of loungers and chairs. The owners also provide some beach items and a cart. The provision of the welcome basket and personalised greeting card was a nice touch. If you're looking for nightlife this may not be the place for you, however if you want a well presented, well provisioned condo in a location where you can chill this is ideal. This was our first time in Indian Shores, and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as described with incredible inlet water views!! Plenty of room and very clean! We will definitely stay there again if it's available. Can't recommend it any higher!! Amazing!!

A beautiful property in a great quiet location, yet close to Clearwater and St Pete. We really enjoyed the balcony and the views of the water... amazing. Love seeing the wildlife very peaceful. The condo was emaculate. We had an issue while staying, however communication with the host was prompt and pleasant. Our family also enjoyed the beach toys, umbrella, wagon and grill. What a wonderful family vacation! We hope to be back next year!

Amazing and relaxing! During our 8th stay at Gulf Retreat, we once again thoroughly enjoyed the area, the views from the condo and all its comfort and conveniences.

We have stayed with at Darryl and Isobel’s half a dozen times now and it is always a joy. The condo has amazing views of the Intra Coastal Waterway and the deck is a great place to see dolphins, birds, fish and once a manatee. The Gulf Coast beach is a two minute walk away. What more could you want

Absolutely loved Darryl and Isabel's condo. Wonderful view of the intercoastal waterway from the balcony. Very, very clean!! Condo was spacious but very comfortable and best of all a short walk to the beach. It is on the third floor (33 steps) so you get your exercise going in and out. Darryl was very quick to respond to a problem that we were having with the TV. Would highly recommend!

This condo has everything you need. We especially appreciated the beach wagon and umbrella. The view is amazing. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's close to the beach. The umbrella, beach chairs, and lots of toys were provided. It was very convenient to use a keypad for the entrance an not to worry about carrying the key around. But you have to be prepared that there won't be enough of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, washing machine and laundry detergent. I was also disgust by the dust bunnies on the lamps, something for the cleaning crew to work on. Overall 9 out of 10

The condo was clean, quiet and exactly as pictured and described. The views of the intercoastal were amazing and we even saw dolphins like other guests. Only a 6-8 minute walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants. The pool was great, too. We will definitely be back!

The condo is close to the bay and a short walk to the beach. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a 7 night stay with a child and teenager there was enough room that we were never on top of each other. The condo is in a perfect location it's a short drive to clearwater or St. Pete. The grocery store publics is not far. The icream shop lulu's is right night door along with a small store/ mart. The pool with the condo is nice and clean. The garage with the condo has some beach & pool items along with a cart. I would highly recommend this condo based on our experience. Note: The mangroves when it's low tide next to the condo give off a strong slufer smell which lasts a couple hours but that's the only downfall

My family came from Orlando for a week at the beach. We had a great stay at this condo. Since this was our first time using VRBO I wasn’t sure of the check in process. I sent a message through the VRBO app and almost instantly I received a phone call from our host. He was so helpful and nice in walking me through how to get into the condo to start our vacation. If you are a paddle boarder and can bring your SUP do it. There is a little area that you can launch from (not sure if your openly allowed to but no one said otherwise ) into the waterway to see the manatees and dolphins up close. If you aren’t into SUP no worries you can see them at random times of the day from the amazing balcony. A warning though if your not use to the mangroves and the smell that comes with them (like rotten eggs) your in for a shock. When the tide is out the smell comes in but that’s nature doing it’s thing. Something else worth mentioning is that although it’s a short walk to the beach the condo is on the third floor (1st floor is the garage) so be ready to walk up three flights of stairs. For us it was no big deal but if you are older or out of shape it might be an issue. Overall my family and I had a great time and are looking forward to another trip to this condo in the future.

A quite relaxing place to unwind! The view of the intracoastal water way was beautiful watching the boats leisurely pass! The place was clean, comfortable with everything you could need! Will definitely return!

We absolutely loved everything about this condo. The balcony was our favorite spot. We watched dolphins and manatees every day. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The pictures don’t do justice to the amazing view offered from the balcony. The owner was nice and attentive to any questions we had during our stay. The beach access is super close to the condo, it’s only a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Everything is great. Loved the location and getting in touch with the property owners were easy. The condo was clean and loved the view. Will definitely come back and rent this condo again on our next vacation.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location is perfect & love this beautiful beach! Our view on the patio was outstanding with the boats nature & sea life! It was an extra bonus having the garage & all of the beach supplies! Darryl was always very responsive with our communication! If I have one negative…it would be 33 steps to get to the condo on the 3rd floor! Guess the exercise never hurt anyone!

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. Our teenagers loved the balcony. We ate a lot of our meals out there, and saw several dolphins swim by. It was comfortable and well stocked, both in the kitchen and with beach stuff. The recliners in the living room were an added bonus! On our second night there, a storm caused a power surge that took the AC out. The owners were easy to get a hold of and it was fixed the next morning. If we ever decide to drive from PA to FL again, we’d stay here again!

Needs alittle updating with some of the mattresses that were not very comfortable in second bedroom and maybe a couple little newer small appliance updates Overall very roomy and bright rental Very quiet

The property was exactly as described and then some! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for their kindness and attention to detail! Def would recommend!
