Our room was big and light with an enormous bed and a spacious walk in shower. There is coffee and tea making facilities. The hotel is in a good spot for the boulevard and for transport. Very friendly reception.

When you walk in it looks a bit tatty. The blue carpets are stained. The little reception office a bit cramped. I feared the worse for the room, but the room was great! We didn't know how to get water in the coffee maker...maybe some instructions.

Purtroppo , durante la prenotazione avevo capito che la colazione era nella struttura, invece era molto vicina ma in un bar convenzionato.

Parcheggiare è molto difficile, però c' è un parcheggio a pagamento molto vicino e per una notte si spendono 15€

No hay insonorización. A las seis y media se puso a discutir una pareja muy feo, me despertaron, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y al teléfono que pone en internet nadie contestaba. Tuve que llamar a la policía que se personó en el hotel. Cuando se lo conté al recepcionista me dio las gracias, ni perdón ni nada. En la ducha hay una ventanita que te ven los vecinos cuando entras y sales de la ducha. La limpieza cogida con pinzas.

Nice style. Walking distance to the port, aquarium, canteras beach etc... is great. Spacious room with tall ceilings. Good Wifi! Nice and helpful reception staff. Bathroom/Shower layout in the "Studio" room really spacious.

House keeping "forgot" our room during a two-night stay. Breakfast offering/setup in a restaurant around the corner is quite pointless and relatively expensive. You may want to just go to any restaurant and for a family of 4 you pay significantly less on the final "quenta". Plus, close by it's mostly outdoor seating, good weather advised ;-) Place also feels a bit "worn", e.g. the rooftop bar didn't appear as it was recently in use/open. It appears as if after an initial refurbishment/launch, not that much maintenance had been taking place. There was also a lot of noise at night, which didn't bother us too much, though. But people and sounds from nearby bars can be heard until early in the morning and relatively loudly. The description of "Studio Garden View" definitely sounds calmer than it feels *g*

2 hours before checkin we got a call that our room is not available (though we’ve made the reservation 2 months before). So the option was to downgrade the room with refund, which we agreed on. When we came there to check in, 3 hours after check-in time, the room was still being cleaned. So we had to come later. Upon arrival the couch was dirty - it had some dark stains at the top. In the bathroom the shelf with cleaning products was lying on the floor instead of being hanged on the wall. Also there was only 1 bath robe.

the hotel is perfectly positioned in the nearby of Las Canteras and the Santa Catalina bus stop / Poema de Mar acquarium. the bed was really comfortable. the view to the Santa Catalina square was very good.

the toilet / shower is not separated from the bed area: there is no door to provide privacy when using the bathroom. the bed sheets are not changed with adequate frequency: we stayed for 2 weeks and we got to use the same sheets for days. the website says that there is a shuttle bus to the airport but no cost is indicated: in reality it can be booked by the helpdesk and costs 20 euros, just like any taxi. the breakfast was not in the hotel facility but the hotel provided us with coupons for a bar in the nearby. the person in the helpdesk is only one, sometimes not available at the desk in the foreseen time because presumably managing stuff in the facility. all these aspects seems not compatible with a 4 stars hotel.

Centre location, close to the beach and shops.

Room doesn't offer privary. Pretty small for the price we pay. The staff is ok. But one thing to be aware is that the place is just above the restaurants where people tend to stay upto late in the night and so can be noisy. The check out time is 11 AM, an hour earlier than what most other hotels provide. The location of the hotel is the best part, close to the beach and with plenty of food options. The hotel provides a breakfast option, but it is not within the hotel premises. It is on a lane just behind the hotel and is not the most convenient place plus with very limited food options, unlike a buffet breakfast provided by the bigger hotels.

Check in is a bit strange - no staff on duty after 3pm just a security guard

The proximity to the main beach area was excellent. The staff at the hosting desk were very nice. Hotel room was very clean and it was a quiet room.

I didnt like the entrance from the street, it was a side street with some gritty characters around. There was no reception area also. And I also didnt realise there was no breakfast area in the hotel, instead they give you a voucher for a cafe in the park.

deceptive advertising showing beautiful view of hotel from the park but the entrance was in a scruffy backstreet by the bins & by keypad. The shower leaked outside the door. The towels were so small & thin they were wet before you got dried after a shower. nowhere to hang wet shower towel after use. bathroom configuration not good as toilet had an opaque glass cabinet meaning it was not a private area for purpose. I reported bedside lamp as not working on the day I arrived & next day I was told it would take 3 or 4 days to replace! So this seems like a previous problem that hadn't been mended for some time. View from bedroom window was of rubbish bins & balconies full of laundry. I wasn't informed on check-in that I would have to pay to use the Safe - only when I asked later was I told this. Not good value for money - expensive for what I had. The whole area had a lot of "rough sleepers" making it feel not very safe

Great hotel, love the area, love that they use refillable shampoo etc. Only down side was that my room had pipes (cool design) and I could hear the water when someone went to the toilet. I'm a light sleeper 🤪

Great location and a spacious, modern room.

The shower was a challenge to prevent flooding however we did learn how to avoid it. Public spaces were basic and rooftop locked.
