Erleben Sie diese einzigartige geräumige 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, schaufelte den Ball beim vierten Stock Wohnung in Gebäude # 8. Unsere Wohnung bietet komplette Klimaanlage! Dank unserer Split-Klimaanlage können Sie sich das ganze Jahr über wohl fühlen. Dieser dramatische, aktualisierte und gehobene einzigartige, frisch gestrichene, zweistöckige Grundriss bietet viele Aktualisierungen und Upgrades. Unsere Küche ist spektakulär mit neuen Schränken, Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Beleuchtung und Bodenfliesen im gesamten Gebäude und bietet Ihnen einen geräumigen, bequemen Grundriss. Im Juni 2018 wurde in unserem Schlafzimmer ein neuer Teppichboden installiert. Unser renoviertes Badezimmer bietet einen Schritt in die Dusche und Fliesen an den Wänden und auf dem Boden. Unser zweites Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss verfügt über zwei neue, verlängerte Einzelbetten sowie einen neuen Teppich, der im Juni 2018 installiert wurde. Alle Innentüren wurden durch 6 Paneeltüren ersetzt. An der Wand befestigte Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Zusammen mit neu aufgerüsteten Deckenventilatoren in der gesamten Wohnung. Die umgestaltete Küche verfügt über Mahagoni-Schränke. Die Wohnung verfügt über 30 'Gewölbedecke im Wohnzimmer, im Obergeschoss Loft-Bereich und Hauptgeschoss Schlafbereich. Wir laden Sie auch überprüfen unsere zweite Wohnung (auch ein 2 Zim, 2 Bäder), die sich im selben Gebäude wie dieser Wohnung befindet, indem Sie auf # 58654

This condo was perfect for a family of 4.
Location was great and the property was clean, well maintained.
The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy, the beach was only a 5 minute walk away.
We all enjoyed our stay

Our stay in this property was great. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We had a couple issues with the internet and the toilet handle breaking and the owners were quick to respond. The unit was properly air conditioned which was also great.

This was our first time to Maui and we absolutely loved the accommodations. We felt the pictures were accurate. The location is perfect. Very close to the ocean, walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The resort property is immaculate. Loved the pool, played pickleball. Lots of beach towels and chairs for use. We would definitely stay there again. Easy contact with host and easy check in and out. Thank you for letting us stay. Hope to be back.

Did not want to do a lot of driving so this location in south Maui is great. Close to several beaches. The umbrellas were nice too.

Wonderful location! Property as advertised, spacious and updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved being so close to the beach and having beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles to use. Manager was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Tennis courts were a bonus for my kids -- had to pay each time to use them though. Would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to return in the future!

Place was as advertised. Kitchen could use some more cooking items and glassware etc. Same with some of the beach items. Nothing wrong with it but have stayed in places previously with much more items.

We had a great time! Great location, easy parking. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Wish the Kitchen was better equipped- no large pots or grilling spatula and pans were a bit scratched up. Condo staff were not very friendly but nice amenities in the complex.

Wonderful accommodations on Maui. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen a dream. We were thankful to have boogie boards, beach chairs, and washer and dryer available. We had all that we needed and never had any issues. Would stay again, when we return to Maui!

We very much enjoyed our stay. My two 20 something daughters appreciated the loft space and bathroom. Rest of the party was happy with the main floor. Great kitchen space. Loved the pool and access to Kam III. Rich is a ver responsive and helpful host.

Airline cancellations shortened our stay but the owners were very understanding and allowed us to have items delivered before our arrival. Excellent communication with owner and would stay again.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the Purcell's condo in Kamaole Sands Resort. The condo was clean and provided a great base for our daily excursions during our visit. It is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The only complaint that we had was on our only visit to the resort's pool area, the hot tubs were not heating. Not sure if or when the issue was fixed, but all other interactions with the resort and its staff were excellent. This property was one leg of a multi-island bucket list family vacation. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

We loved everything about this property! Booking was easy, check in was quick and the directions from the airport provided to us were very helpful. The condo itself was super clean, spacious and worked perfectly for four adults. Great, central location that allowed us to literally see every corner of Maui! Nice and close to the beach, and the pool area was great too! Exactly as advertised and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This place was better than we expected, especially the location. Minutes from the beach and close to lots of shopping , restaurants. The grounds of the complex absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay here again

The communication and check-in process was great. The beds were adequate. The kitchen is nice. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer. The pool area is way nicer than the pictures let on and the gym had a great variety of weights and machines. On the downside, both bathroom floors weren’t too clean as there was hair left on both floors. The beach equipment is pretty beat up too but it’s better than nothing. Overall good place and good location.

Thank you for sharing your property with us. We appreciated the fair price most of all, as many similar properties were higher priced. To no fault of your own the parking spaces are skinny. The van we rented had to squeeze in...And on an important note, the beds were comfortable!

Exactly as advertised! Perfect fit for my family that consists of 5 adults. Located just a short walk from everything! The only issue we had was the garbage disposal wasn’t working and that was taken care of in a timely manner

Quiet top floor in corner. Beautiful, spacious kitchen and master. Entire home is updated so tastefully. Has just about everything you'd need to cook for a family and to pack a picnic. Breezy and cool. We didn't have to run the a/c unless the trades weren't blowing. We found beach equipment in closet which was a nice bonus. Owners were responsive to our emails and questions.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say! What you get for your money staying here is amazing! Swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, a children's wading pool, gym, many propane BBQs around the facility for your use. It is walking distance to beach, and the owners have chairs, coolers, towels, bougie boards and sand toys that you may borrow, so you don't have to pack those things or buy them when you are here. Woke and drank our coffee on the patio while gazing at the ocean! The condo has many ductless A/C units and ceiling fans throughout. There is so much shopping and food nearby, you could walk everywhere. Check in and check out were a breeze. Everyone at the facility was nice and happy to answer any questions we had. They even offered suggestions for things to do during our stay. We really felt like very welcomed guests! Will definitely be staying here again the next time Maui calls my name!!!

Kamaole Sands was very well located, and it was fabulous to be just across the road from Kamaole beaches I and II. The condo was clean and spacious with a lovely, well appointed kitchen. It was great to not hear any main road traffic noise and our beds were very comfortable. The water filter on the refrigerator was also appreciated.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the location as it was centrally located which made it easy to travers the island rather than staying in Lahaina. It was also in walking distance from great beaches we went to daily. The rental was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you, Purcells!
