Nautical Star 'dreht sich alles um Luxus! Unser neu gebautes Ferienhaus mit vier Schlafzimmern liegt hoch auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf das Meer. Zugang zum Strand. Der Außenpool wurde aktualisiert und Klimaanlage wurde hinzugefügt.
Ein großes Rundum-Deck bietet viel Platz für Familienspaß und Unterhaltung. Das Deck verfügt über einen großen Pool, einen Whirlpool, einen Außenkamin, eine Außendusche, Hängematten und einen eingebauten Big Green Egg-Grill. Es gibt auch Propangrill.
Das große Wohnzimmer hat eine Glasfront für maximalen Blick auf das Wasser und einen raumhohen Propankamin. Die maßgeschneiderte Küche mit Kücheninsel und Küchenhelfer aus Edelstahl wird auch Gourmetköche beeindrucken! Erdgeschoss Bad und Waschküche und zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und das zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Die obere Etage verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und ein Vollbad mit Whirlpool und Glasdusche mit Massagedüsen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer grenzt an die Loft-Sitzecke mit privatem Deck im zweiten Stock. Perfekt zum Entspannen bei einem Kaffee am Morgen oder um spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge und ein kühles Getränk zu genießen.
Ein voll erschlossenes Untergeschoss bietet ein viertes und ein fünftes Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten, ein Vollbad mit einer therapeutischen Badewanne und ein Familienzimmer mit Ausziehbetten für zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten. Beautiful home and property. Open and spacious inside and outside. We were 5 adults, 2 children and 2 doggies.
The pool and hot tub were a huge hit…..the dogs enjoyed the big yard and the quiet road.
The location was perfect, close to beaches, attractions and some spectacular restaurants.

Beautiful vacation home with pool. Lots of room for the kids to run.There were 9 of us. My husband and I, 2 sons with their families. We each had our own floor with our own bathroom. Lots of room to spread out. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc. if you wanted to cook. Very peaceful area but only minutes from everything you would want to see. The pool was certainly a hit with the kids and the outdoor shower with hot water was a bonus. Great vacation, everyone wants to go back next year.

great location and nice house lots of room for family hot tub was great nice fire place near by . pool was okay need to have leaves vacumed out. owners were very nice and helpful. i would recommend it for a place for family to stay

Our stay at the vacation house in PEI was absolutely wonderful. The property was stunning, offering luxurious comfort and impeccable decor. The addition of a pool and hot tub added to the fairytale-like atmosphere. The owner's warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. The property was lovely. We had a group of 10 and were very comfortable. The beds and pool/hot tub were great. There is eating room for 10 people however you have to be split up, perhaps a table for 10 would be nice as we did have a chef cook dinner one evening but we made it work! The host was great in leaving lots of contact info and being reachable!

This is our fourth consecutive year for our"Sibling & Spouses Getaway" celebrating retirements and just enjoying each other. There were eight of us and one couple really loved the top floor master suite. Having just one shower for three couples meant the downstair folks had to go to the main level to shower but we figured it out.
Firewood was there for us and we enjoyed the fire when we were in tbe hot tub in the evenings.
We appreciated the Weber bbq.
More seating in the main level living room would be nice but lots of outdoor seating.
We loved this beautiful house and absolutely will consider for our 2025 Getaway. Thank you, Duane

A beautiful property, very well located and equipped. The environment is calm and peaceful, like our hosts and all the welcoming and charming people from the Island that we met. We loved PEI and plan to come back !

This is a beautiful place but the pool was out of service. It would hve been nice to know or even an out of order sign put up.1 coffee filter for 3 nights but the owner brought over an open package for us. Asked for more wood on second day and got it but if we wanted more we would have to buy it ourselves. Dishwasher was leeking down the front. No shampoo or conditioner bring your own but they had hand soap.overall it wasn't bad just wish it would have been cheaper a night without the pool working.

Tons of room in and out.Four couples stayed for a weekend of golf.Couse just down the road.
Susan and Dwayne were great hosts....had the opportunity to meet both.
Look forward to a return trip next year.

The property was just as listed. A beautiful home with lots of space to spread out. The hot tub, outdoor fireplace, bbq, etc., and ample deck areas were perfect for our group.Weather was too cool for the pool… but it was available if we had wanted to use it. The property was private and the house was supplied with everything we could ask for. Duane was pleasant to deal with and even provided welcome treats.
Would definitely stay here again.

Home was beautiful, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub , weather was a little rainy so didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Lost anchor , Turkey tavern and Blue mussel cafe were all excellent places to eat. Was pretty surprised that it costs 50.25 to get off the Island, more surprised that the locals have to pay it 😢

This was a great stay for our family! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil and device needed. Beautiful grounds. We would definitely come back here when next in PEI. Thank you Duane and Susan.

Our family had a wonderful vacation! Beautiful & clean home, on a quiet and private lot conveniently located near popular attractions. It had everything we needed, and the pool/hot tub were an added bonus, enjoyed by all.

Overall, we were pleased with the property. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub; found the kitchen to be well-equipped and a pleasure to work in; and particularly enjoyed the location near Stanley Bridge. We were disappointed that the view of the water shown in the pictures actually wasn't there--at least not from the main deck area. We never did locate the correct kayaks or a safe dock from which to launch them. We have some suggestions, but they seem moot at this point. We'd certainly recommend the property--it was great to have our dog and room for friends to join us.

We have been using VRBO for quite some time now, and this property is right at the top with regard to our experiences (all of which have been really good). It is in a perfect central location to see all of PEI. It is lovely and quiet. There is everything you could need and then some. The pool is actually heated (without some separate charge). The house is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool and large hot tub. Duane, the owner, was very nice and quick to reply. We would be absolutely delighted to stay at this property again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nautical Star. Accomodations were very comfortable and it was great that the kids could have their own space. The pool and hot tub were well-used. Location was fantastic, just a few minutes drive from the dunes at Cavendish beach, a number of golf courses, restaurants and all things Anne.
One minor note: make sure to follow GPS directions for the final turn, as the street sign is missing.

This was an amazing week! The purpose of our stay was to introduce our daughter's fiancée to our PEI side of the family and the Island itself.
The location to everything was convenient and a trip to Charlottetown resulted in a wedding dress.
PEI family came and went and enjoyed ourselves immensely!!!
The consistent rain couldn't even dampen out fun. The hot tub sure was a hit!
Duane & Sue made sure we had everything we needed.

This was a lovely property for a family vacation. Pool and hot tub were big hits. House was well-equipped, and comfortable, beautifully-designed, well-kept, spacious, and accommodating for our group aged from 3 to 70. Owner was prompt to respond to requests. Highly recommended

This house was all we could have asked for. Beautiful private property. We experienced luxury . We were 10 people, aged 11 to 80 and all felt we were in a special place. Easy access to any where on the island. Owners were available when needed and totally non intrusive.

Beautiful house with amenities that the 3 teens that were with us thoroughly enjoyed, from the heated pool and hot tub to the air hockey table. We had a great vacation in PEI and want to thank Duane and Susan for sharing their wonderful home with us. They promptly answered all of our questions and as an added touch left us bread, jam, and wine to enjoy during our stay!

This property was perfect for our family! We had terrible weather (lots of rain), but were able to make the most of it and enjoy the Hot tub. Had issues with the hot tub, but Duane was very responsive and fixed it right away! Kids enjoyed the air hockey table. Lots of space. Duane was a wonderful host and reached out to make sure everything was well. Thanks again!

Simply a great place to stay, excellent accommodations, everything you need to function in a home is provided from preparing meals, laundry facilities, fire pit, barbecue, hot tub, and pool.

We spent 4 nights in this very comfortable rental. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Bed slept great! The hot tub was the highlight for us... having an evening soak with a fireplace 6 feet away is heavenly!!

Beautiful and relaxing. Love the 3 levels. Husband and i on top level and our 2 adult children and partner on lower level allowed them to stay up later and us not hear them. Our 2 dogs loved it as well. Great place for them to run around.
