Great little rental property. Very close to beach. Host was incredible. Answered all questions quickly. Very responsive. Nothing fancy, but if you’re looking for a place close to the beach that is affordable with a necessities then you found it. Just an FYI there are no outlets restroom so just needed to get creative styling hair if need to.

This home was the perfect spot for our family. A quick walk to the beach or a bike ride down to the shops, it was the perfect place for our family activities. John was so helpful and immediate in his responses. The kids loved the outside shower. This spot will become an annual tradition!

Location, location, location. It would be hard to get much closer. It was a one minute walk down the short little street to be on the beach. The house is definitely a beach house with a great outdoor shower and can really hold a lot of people. I only had one or two people at a time, but the house can hold a whole lot more than that. I hope to be able to return.

Nothing fancy but an awesome place to just get away and enjoy the beach. Close to everything HHI has to offer. We love going to the property and will continue to return. Next time we are going to try 3 weeks!

We absolutely love this little beach house! So close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. John was easy to communicate with and even notified us that the house would be available early-which was so wonderful! We had 6 people- 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 9 and 6) and the house was a perfect fit for all of us! We can’t wait for our next trip to HHI and back to John’s beach house!

We had a wonderful visit! The house was more than enough space for the 2 of us! The house is large enough for a family, yet a reasonable price for only 2 people! We were just steps from the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes. I have to say...the outdoor shower was AMAZING after a sunny day at the beach! John was available and helpful when I had questions before our stay! We are looking forward to our next visit! Thank you!

The property was great for us. We came down for the heritage tournament and also boated around the island. The beach is an easy walk down the street, and the house was the perfect relaxed beach house space for our crew. John was responsive and very helpful too.

In a great location, this unpretentious home is an enjoyable place from which to see and experience HHI. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to the bike networks. We will rent it again.

Our family of seven (5 adults and 2 teens) loved this house. Lots of space in a quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to a Beautiful beach. Short bike ride to shops and grocery store. We definitely want to come back.

Perfect for family
We love this house. Great for families, has everything you need for little ones, as well as games, beach gear, grill, very well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor shower area, etc. owners are wonderful to work with and easy to get a hold of. Just a few houses to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. 1 mile bike ride to shops & food. Everything you need for a relaxed and easy week at the beach. We’ve stayed twice and hope to return soon.

Perfect week!!
Wonderful stay! Love the beach house!!! Very comfortable and has absolutely everything we need. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Have been going for many years and it is like a second home for us... I would definitely go again in May... beautiful weather, low humidity, less people!!! Thank you John.

Back to The 60's Bungalow
We love this old fashioned cottage. Reminds me of the home I grew up in. Very roomy and decorated so nice. Not clutered Very nice mattresses. All up to date kitchen There is one bedroom in Master bedroom. The big screened in side porch is a gr3eat outdoor space for picnics , card games etc. No worry if it rains. The largest outdoor shower I Have rented so far. You are sooo close to the beach. You are littereally four houses to the beach. So great for running back and forth . The bike riding in this reighborhood is so nice. Thanka John, for another wonderfull vacation in your super beach house, Look forward to coming back.

Well stocked
Loved the fact that it had beach chairs, good TP and paper towels and little extras like trash bags. All four of us enjoyed the outdoor shower too! Great stay :)

Perfect for families!
The house is very comfortable and well-stocked. Plenty of space for everyone to find their nook. I don’t need fancy and prefer a space that feels livable and comfortable. This was perfect.
Outdoor shower was wonderful with kids. Beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards were available. Charcoal grill. Laundry.
Very quiet area with little traffic. Great for riding bikes. Quick ride to Coligny Circle via bike path or road. Walk to beach was no longer than many beach front condos we’ve stayed in.
Owner communicated well and everything went smoothly.

Wonderful classic home so close to the beach with everything we needed!
Our family of three enjoyed our time here. The location can’t be beat! Easy bike ride to Cologny and the shortest walk to the sand and waves. The home is roomy and everyone can have their own space. We cooked a lot and the grill was great! Perfect beach house for our vacation!

This is a much older house but very clean, EXCELLENT location-just a few houses off the beach path. It's all about going to the beach!!! Loved the screened in porch. We spent all of our time out there. No outlets in the bathrooms (again, an older house). Might need an extension cord for a hairdryer because there are very few in the bedrooms and none near mirrors. Will definitely rent again. Can't beat the location! The owner was very responsive and very accommodating.

Hilton head house
This is a comfortable ranch close to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. It’s an easy 1 block walk to the beach with no busy roads to cross. Nothing fancy here. Just a perfect place to enjoy the beach and have a comfy place to land. And our host was great. We didn’t have any questions while we were at the house but he answered a few before we arrived!
