Komplett renoviert im Jahr 2015, 2 BD / 2 BA-Einheit; zwei Blocks vom See, Dillon Amphitheater, Restaurants und Yachthafen. Berge und den See. Ein Block von der Bushaltestelle FREE Summit Stage entfernt, die A-Becken, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Frisco und Silverthorne Outlets bedient. Öffnen Sie das zweite Level Wohn-, Ess-, Küche, großes Zimmer mit Kamin, Terrasse und Boden bis zur Decke Glas mit Panoramablick auf die Berge. Ausreichend Parkplätze an der Tür.

Der Sommer bietet Bootfahren, Radfahren, Angeln, Wandern und freies Wochenende Konzerte im Dillon Amphitheater. Wir sind ~ 2 Meilen von der Silverthorne Rec Center, die eine olympische Größe Pool, Kinder Wasserpark, Whirlpools und Fitnessgeräte hat. Die Silverthorne Outlet Mall befindet sich in der Nähe.

We rented Mary's condo for our weekend trip in Dillon to catch a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater and enjoy the mountains for a few days. Location was perfect being just a couple blocks from both the music venue and from the marina where we rented kayaks to get on the lake! Once you park the car, everything is so easily walkable. Would definitely rent this place again!

Check-in and out was very easy. The condo is just as listed and clean! Mary was very responsive. We had a great time and stay.

We really enjoyed the condo for our short skiing trip. Perfect size for us and we appreciated the comfy living room and dining area to hang out. The fully stocked kitchen and other amenities (dishwasher, laundry, patio) made it such a convenient base for our downtime. We almost got the grand canyon puzzle finished! Thanks.

The unit was very comfortable with a great kitchen open to dining and living area. Updated and well stocked kitchen. Very clean and well organized unit with everything that you need. Great location for skiing and dining in area. We had a snow storm and the parking area and walkways were cleared in timely manner. Enjoyed our stay!

We just wrapped up our 3rd year in a row, staying at N1. Close to the rec path and minutes to anything you want to drive to. Inside N1 the windows allow you to see the weather coming and frame the mountains that surround your view.

Very nice and remodeled unit. Just as it was described and we enjoyed all the local events. Marina, amphitheater, kayaking, music and site seeing. Cooler weather than Denver!

Had the best time at Mary’s condo with a group of friends. Great walking distance to amphitheater and restaurants. The living space was super stylish and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked to make meals. Highly recommend!! Thanks Mary !!

Great views of the mountains, close to everything in Dillon, 2 story condo with all amenities. Easy to access the frozen lake or pick up groceries in town. Cozy living room for family to hang out. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are on the entry level and the kitchen/living room is upstairs with a deck that provides a partial view of the reservoir. We enjoyed the short walks to restaurants and the amphitheater. The place was clean upon arrival and we would definitely stay here again.

Carpet was filthy. Half of the light bulbs in the condo are burnt out. A good sign of little quality control, is when simple things like light bulbs are not replaced.

Lots of extra thought went into making the place special for the guests. Dishwasher was silent! Upgraded appliances (stove, dishwasher, appliances). Pots, Pans, skillets, silverware, extra coffee cups, glassware. The towels were super fluffy and like a 5-star hotel towel. Upgraded and eco friendly bath soaps, shampoo/conditioner bottles, hand soap, etc. Even the garbage bags were recycle friendly! Washer and Dryer were excellent. Laundry soap provided too. Felt like home. We wanted for nothing. I also loved the upgraded blinds that were retractable to go up or could go from the top down. Safe area. Close to everything that you love about Colorado, lots of places within walking distance. The property was clean, fresh and welcoming. Felt like home. Peaceful.

Less than 15 minutes to Keystone plus access to great walking paths around the lake. Many restaurants within a short drive and even a few you can walk to. Large grocery also close and fully equipped kitchen. Pictures are accurate- upstairs has a spacious living room and modern kitchen with great light from windows. Area for skis and boards in lower level and hot showers with good water pressure. Check in was easy and host was very responsive.

All was excellent. The condo was more than we could have expected with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances we needed. Neat neighborhood and host was easily accessible. We would go back, for sure!

This was my first time in Colorado. And Mary’s place made it beyond a perfect vacation! You cant beat the location. Gorgeous lake just minutes of walking distance. The place is well stocked, clean and modern. Shower in the main bedroom is a bit small, but the water pressure makes up for it! I took one start off the listing accuracy because the listing didn’t mention there’s no central air. The upper part of the house got pretty hot and the unit AC could hardly cool the place down. As a host, Mary was great!!

We enjoyed the property. The lighting through the windows upstairs is great and we loved watching the skies over the mountains each day. The condo has everything you might need in a kitchen. It was great to be able to prepare whatever we needed. However, there are plenty of restaurants close by that have happy hours, daily specials and good food! The living space was comfortable and cheery. If we had questions for Mary, she got right back with us. We will be staying again!

We booked this condo for the week of Christmas and really enjoyed it. It is close to the shopping area and has a proximity to the lake. We really enjoyed our stay for a week of skiing in Keystone. The description is accurate, condo is remodeled recently and everything was working as expected. Definitely recommend as we were 5 people and there was plenty of room.

This was an amazing and spacious place! The location was great, and it had everything we needed. Mary was very prompt in replying to all of our questions. Excellent restaurants and breweries within walking distance.
