Diese Beach Villa ist eine von nur 30 Villen in einem Komplex am Meer mit einem weitläufigen und attraktiven Innenhof mit Pool, Baby-Pool und Außendusche nur für Gäste. Diese sehr große Villa auf 2 Ebenen verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 komplette Badezimmer, eine große Küche und einen Essbereich mit einer hohen Decke. Alle Badezimmer für 2019 neu renoviert. Beide Wohnbereiche, sowie Küche, Essbereich, Terrasse und Balkon haben eine hervorragende Aussicht.
Zwei Master-Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der oberen Etage und jedes verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche - ein Bad hat auch eine Badewanne. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten befindet sich auf der unteren Ebene neben dem Familienzimmer. Ein Bad auf der Eingangsebene dient diesem Schlafzimmer. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind für außer Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere werden streng erzwungen.
Waschküche mit Waschmaschine / Trockner befindet sich auf der Eingangsebene. Das Familienzimmer ist ein zweiter Treffpunkt zum Fernsehen oder Spielen. Glasschiebetüren führen auf Ihre eigene Terrasse mit Stühlen, Tisch und Holzkohlegrill sowie ein parkähnliches Grundstück mit zwei Pools (Erwachsenen- und Kinderbecken) mit großer Sonnenterrasse und Chaiselongues. Direkt hinter dem Garten befindet sich ein privater Zugang zu den berühmten Sandstränden von Hilton Head Island. Kostenloses WLAN inklusive.

We had a great week staying here. This was wonderful location with a very family friendly pool and beach access. The 3 bedroom layout was ideal for sharing the space with grandparents.

There were a few obstacles to overcome but overall a fantastic stay. Close to the beach and restaurants. Room was spacious for the 5 of us.

We loved this place. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here; the location is perfcet for pool time, beach time and just a quick trip on bikes to Coligny. It's a quiet area too with a nice area to play football or throw a frisbee around. Easy check-in and check-out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as described, and was truthfully even better in person. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, too! Looking forward to a return visit!

We started a multi-family vacation tradition a few years ago and this one by far has met our needs best. With multi levels and living areas it gave us all the privacy/own spaces as well as areas big enough for the 7 of us to also gather together comfortably. Literally steps from the pool or the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny plaza with shops/restaurants and ice cream!!The owner was polite and quick to answer questions, he also made the check in process easy. Will definitely stay here again!!

Villa/property is exactly what it looks like in pictures. Great location just a few steps to beach and few minute walk to coligny. Host easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location was very convenient to shopping and the access to the ocean was great. The pool area was close and the atmosphere was relaxing. The 2 king beds were as comfortable as home. Kitchen was large and open, and stocked pretty good for cooking. Would stay again.

We went on a family trip and had an amazing time. The Murray Villa #10 was excellent. It has a kiddie pool, large pool and short walk to beach. Loved our stay

Absolutely wonderful condo on HHI. Right on the beach in a quiet complex. Very clean and updated. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Keys get physically mailed to you and some beach supplies are provided (chairs, small umbrellas, beach cart, etc). Close 15 min beach walk to Coligny shopping center. Kids loved the pool and kiddie pool. Only wished their were TVs in the bedrooms and beds weren’t as soft. But we would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay in Hilton Head at the villa. The location is incredible, close to everything you would want or need especially the beach which is a short walk away! The villa is better than advertised with plenty of space and amenities - my family of 4 had more than enough room. I look forward to staying there again.

We had a great time at this condo right off the beach. The pool was also conveniently located. There was plenty of space for three adults and two kids.
The furniture was also nice. My only complaint would be that the sheets and towels were a little uncomfortable

Such a great spot on the beach. The floor plan is perfect for a family with a large age range. Having two living areas kept everyone happy. We loved everything about the rental except the mattresses. If you like a SUPER soft/squishy mattress, you’ll love the beds. Otherwise, you will be glad to return to a mattress that you don’t have to climb out of.

We had an overall great stay! The location was perfect, fabulous beach access, and the pool was a great feature. I wasn't a fan of the twin beds being on the lower floor for our family, but we made it work. My only complaint was that the cookware was cheap which made cooking a little annoying, but not impossible. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and clean villa
This location is a perfect distance from the beach (400-500ft) and the Coligny Beach shopping area (.5 mile). It was very clean and modern. The pool in the middle of the villa complex was an added bonus. We spent most mornings at the beach and afternoons in the pool which had plenty of shaded seating areas to relax and watch the kids in the pool. Overall we had a great experience.

Nice Location
Easy access to the beach! Layout of the condo worked great for our family needs. There were times that the pool was a bit crowded due to being smaller. It would have been nice to have TV’s in the bedrooms. The bath towels are small and cheap. It would have been nice to have some basics provided; tissues, liquid soap, blow dryers, and in the kitchen some plastic bowls and chip clips. Overall, a very nice vacation but a few changes could take it from good to great.

The condo was beautifully redone. Bright and clean. Location was stellar within walking distance of pool and beach. Loved it!

Property owner very responsive and quick to communicate. Physical keys are sent in the mail with a stamped and addressed envelope to send them back after the stay. Electricity in kitchen had some issues but one of the keys is for the circuit breaker so it was easy to reset. WiFi was weak and not available throughout the whole unit. The bathtub was clogged and drained slowly. Unbeatable location and the unit is really nice and was very clean. Beds are very soft and cozy, kitchen cabinets are very nice.

First time visiting Hilton Head. Was their for my sons wedding and had family coming to stay with us. The condo was amazing with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Very clean and spacious. Could not ask for a better location within walking distance to everything on the ocean.

The Murray villa was exactly as advertised.
Clean, spacious stocked with everything we needed for our family of four to stay on HHI. The location was perfect for all the amenities the island has to offer. We loved the beach, especially at Sunrise. A very short walk on property to the beach was convenient for catching the sunrise, sunbathing or riding bicycles out by the ocean. There was a bike rental right across the street from the complex. HHI is very bike friendly and we enjoyed riding the miles of paved pathways along with riding on the beach. I would recommend this property for a visit on HHI
