Genießen Sie einen Rückzug bequem zu Einkaufs-und Ess etwa 150 Meter von exklusiven King and Prince Beach access. Spazieren Sie entlang einer von Bäumen gesäumten Gasse oder nehmen Sie eine Erfrischung nachmittags auf einer der drei Decks oder auf einer privaten Terrasse ein. Dieses Stadthaus wurde komplett renoviert - neue Hand gegossen mexikanische Fliesenboden und Teppich -neue Küchenschränke und Geräte.
Das erste Schlafzimmer ist im Erdgeschoss - es hat ein Queen-Size-Bett - nebenan ist ein eigenes Bad und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Tagesbett und Queen-Sofa. Zusätzlich ein Flachbildfernseher. Die zweite Etage ist der Wohnbereich mit geräumiger Küche, Bar und Essbereich sowie einem 52-Zoll-TV. An dieses Zimmer grenzt eine große Terrasse mit einem Gasgrill. Im dritten Stock befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer - jedes mit eigenem Bad - beide verfügen über Doppelbetten und eines hat ein zusätzliches Etagenbett. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Flachbildfernseher. s Der Balkon befindet sich neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer. Vierte Etage ist offenes Deck und Abstellraum.- Pläne für den Lagerraum sind in Vorbereitung. Vorschläge???
Das alles ist wunderschön mit Meeres- und Meeresmotiven dekoriert - 1850 Quadratmeter des bestgehüteten Geheimnisses auf der Oak Street - SSI - Ocean Motion Bike und Kayakrental, Beachcomber Barbeque, Crab Shack und Crab Daddy's sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Zahlreiche historische Stätten - eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Kommen Sie und genießen - besondere Erinnerungen für Sie und Ihre erstellen.
Es gibt 2 Parkplätze, die mit unserer Einheit verbunden sind - 3 Fahrzeuge können sehr fest parken oder der dritte kann am Ende horizontal parken

A great place to stay! The location was perfect. The townhouse was roomy with an open floor plan. Definitely a place to stay again!

My family enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the personal decor the owner used throughout the condo. It felt very homey.
The kitchen was well equipped. The beach was a relatively short walk away.
Mattie, the property contact person, was quick to respond to every question I had during my stay.
I would definitely stay here again.

This townhouse is in the most perfect location - close to everything (beach, restaurants, parks) & has a great patio, plenty of room for two families w/kids. The only thing that would make this rental better is if it had an outdoor shower (there was a hose for our feet but a shower would've been much easier!)
Our only complaint was that the living room furniture and 1st floor felt damp the WHOLE time (we tried both air running/windows closed and windows open) and because the couch fabric is denim, it was kind of gross to sit on.

This condo was perfect for our family. Very convenient to all my favorite restaurants? Crab trap, Fiddlers and Beachcombers for lunch. This condo had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again. Communication from Marge was great too!!!

This rental property had a very convenient location but is very outdated and not entirely clean. The house was full of the owners personal items (including a fridge full of expired food). We experienced trouble with the ice maker and a leak in the ceiling upstairs.

Spacious, clean, quiet, very close to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of room for 2 families. Really interesting floor plan. There are lots of stairs. We really enjoyed our stay. I am thinking of booking here next year!!

My best friend and I met half way in St Simons and stayed in this lively condo. Clean, great location near beach and restaurants and everything was provided-sheets, towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc. We will be back!

We loved it! Just adored the home and was so comfortable to stay at.

Overall it is a great property. We had some AC issues at first but the owner’s response was immediate and repairs were made quickly. This property is beautiful and perfect for families. The den/bedroom set up downstairs is great when grandparents need an escape from the little ones lol. The walk to the beach is ten minutes. I would definitely recommend the location.

The property was very clean and comfortable with easy access to everything and friendly, elegant decor. The beds were super comfortable, utilizing good quality linens. Marge was very communicative and helpful, making sure we were settled and happy! We definitely hope to visit again and will recommend this property to anyone interested in a beach trip. There was so much room to spread out, indoors and on the beautiful porches. Kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with owners was excellent. Beach is steps away. This is a great choice.

You’ll love it! Easy walk to the beach, King and Prince, Barrier Island Brewing, Crabdaddy’s, the Crab Trap, Fiddlers, and much more. The owners are really welcoming and easy to work with ahead of your stay. We will definitely plan to rent this townhome again when we come back to St Simons.

We had a great time at St. Simons Island over the Christmas weekend. Our stay started out a little rough as we had some plumbing problems. But Marge was great and had a plumber there within an hour, and that was on Christmas day.We especially enjoyed having three separate bedrooms and then two living rooms. My son, who is in the Army got to sleep downstairs and hang out there when he wasn't with us.

This condo was all that it said it was and more. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Would certainly stay there again and recommend it highly to others.

We had a great stay at the Condo. It has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The beach and good restaurants are in walking distance. We loved sitting on the deck with friends in the evening. We can't wait to come back next year!

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. It has a cozy and welcoming feel to it. Very clean and decorated in a fun ocean/beach theme. It was well maintained with everything working as it should. Very close to the beach. Very good location close to restaurants and shopping. We ate at many different restaurants on the island and found the food excellent. Or do your own cooking in the spacious kitchen. Totally delightful experience.

This property is close to the beach, is well maintained and attractively furnished. The condo was very clean and well appointed, a relaxing retreat. It's close to shopping and restaurants and some are even in walking distance.
There is so much to see in this area and it is a delight to visit. The owner was very helpful about all my questions and concerns. A truly lovely vacation. I will look forward to returning.
