Wunderschöner Meerblick vom Hauptwohnbereich, allen Schlafzimmern und den Decks im zweiten und dritten Stock. Genießen Sie die herrliche Aussicht von allen Haupträumen des Hauses. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine Glasschiebetür, so dass Sie direkt auf ein Deck treten und den Wellenschlag hören / zusehen können. Entspannen Sie sich auf dem Deck im überdachten Schatten oder legen Sie sich in die Sonne und lassen Sie sich bräunen. Toller Meer- / Strandblick von beiden Decks. Es gibt ein komplettes Hauptschlafzimmer auf der zweiten Etage mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche und Whirlpool sowie ein künstliches Hauptschlafzimmer auf der dritten Etage mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Vollbad (gemeinsam mit dem Wohnbereich). Entspannen Sie auf der bequemen Couch oder sitzen Sie gerne vor dem Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss. Kostenloses WLAN im gesamten Gebäude und unbegrenzte Telefonate. Eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten an der Küchenbar und einem voll ausgestatteten Esstisch. Geräte gehören Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine und Wasser an der Tür und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls enthalten. Wir haben gerade schöne Holzböden (Januar 2015) auf der oberen Ebene verlegt und weitere Aktualisierungen vorgenommen - das Haus ist bereit für die Gäste!

Peaceful Perfection! Family vacation that was totally amazing. Beach front home that gave us all much enjoyment. Collecting sea shells watching the sunrise and sunset gave such joy, adding to the beauty, the locals were friendly and welcoming. No issues with check in and host was awesome! We cant wait to visit again.

Nice home and location. Not worth driving all day to have to order sheets and towels! No blankets available. Unclogged bathroom sink. Arrive and no toilet paper, soap for hands etc. no one wants to rush to store immediately upon arrival.

We had a great stay as a family. The location is prime and Wendy has been awesome and wonderful to work with. The house is great for families with kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property had an amazing view, just steps to the ocean. That makes a family trip with 3 kids so much easier in many ways. The owner was very responsive to any questions.

This house was perfect for our group of 9. The location couldn’t be better and everything was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and all the beach toys! The hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had one minor issue with the air conditioning and they had it fixed within an hour of us reaching out. We’d definitely go back!

Clean house, pictures are accurate. We did have some AC and plumbing issues but had wonderful communication with the owners who immediately found resolutions to our problems. Great to work with! Very nice owners!

The house was clean, and had everything we needed.
Location was great. We saw a dolphin from the deck, saw baby sea turtles being hatched and released, and also saw rehabilitated sea turtles being released.
We had a wonderful week, and would definitely stay here again.

This is a great house, well-maintained with direct, easy beach access. Plenty of room inside for multiple families to enjoy time away at the beach.

The house was everything that it was promoted to be. It was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The furnishings were just like home for the most part. It was wonderful to be just walk a few steps and be on the beach and I loved being close to Surf City and Daddy Mac's which our favorite restaurant. Due to time of the season, the beach was a little crowded several days but still comfortable.

Our family ( myself, my wife, our 3 daughters ages 1-6 , mother in law, father in law and brother in law ) stayed at Beaches Be Crazy for a week and we loved it! So close to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants Surf City has to offer! We fell in love with the town and look forward to returning!

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful ocean-front view. It was a wonderful escape from reality. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. My family and I were traveling with our 1-year old daughter and we were thrilled that there was a high chair and pack and play for us to use. I would recommend it to anyone. My family and I had a trip we will never forget. Thank you Greg and Wendy!

We stayed in the home with my husband, two kids (2.5 and 6) and my mom for a Spring Break trip, and it was perfect for our family. The home is clean and well-appointed, with great bathrooms and a decent kitchen setup, and the oceanfront location is fantastic. I worried about it being too busy during Spring Break, especially with COVID still being a concern, but the stretch of beach in front of the home is really big, especially at low tide, and there was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded, even with the Spring Break crowd. We loved that all the balcony areas were covered so it was never too hot, bright or rainy to sit out and enjoy the waves. Thanks for everything!

Property is fantastic! Each bedroom had great ocean views. Grandkids loved the bunk room. One reason I picked this property is the partially covered upper deck which provided a cooler option to be outside and enjoy the beach. Upper living area is open and roomy with great panoramic view of ocean from two sides. Would stay here again!

Topsail Island is one of our favorite beaches in NC and we continue to go there year after year. The house is situated towards the middle of the island and is probably on one of the best stretches of sand you’ll ever find on the NC coast. Wendy was quick to respond to our texts and was a pleasure to work with.

This house is amazing. The house was well equipped and had everything we could have needed. Each bedroom has an ocean view and deck and it was wonderful to wake up to that view each morning. The owners were very responsive with questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. This was our first time to Surf City/Topsail and the town had everything we needed/wanted. I would highly recommend this home.

We just returned from our week at Beaches Be Crazy! We really enjoyed our stay! The best thing about this house is the location-the beach is just steps from the front door. It is also located just over a mile North of downtown Surf City. We had everything we needed for our stay and had a very enjoyable time with our family there. The owner kept us informed and was prompt and accurate in leaving us instructions. Please note that you will need to purchase ice as there is no ice maker. Otherwise, everything was clean and in working order: We were able to prepare dinner with the gas grill that was provided, the washer/dryer were front-loading and worked great, wifi and electronics met the expectations of everyone in our group. This property and it's landscaping are maintained nicely and best of all, no Palmetto bug sightings, dead or alive, in the house- I hate those critters! I happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and homey place to stay on Topsail Beach.

We had two adults and three teenagers in our group. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house layout was perfect for us. The kids stayed in the lower three bedrooms, and the adults took the top bedroom. The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen looking out over the beach was beautiful. The beach was very clean, and the neighbors were quiet. We'd love to come back again. Wish Seattle wasn't so far away! We love Topsail.

This was our first time at the North Carolina shore. We had our whole family there with six adults and four children, the youngest was seven weeks and the oldest just shy of 7 years old. Everyone had a wonderful time! Being right on the beach was beautiful and very convenient when anything was needed in the house. The house is clean and modern. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the high-boy Adirondack chairs. The breeze off the water was always refreshing. The sandy beach goes on for miles and provided opportunities for all kinds of activity from crabbing, to swimming, to fishing, to walking on the beach, or just sitting in the sun. After high tide, pools formed and the kids could play in the shallow water with little supervision. The beach slopes gently so that you can walk out and play in the waves. Next time we go to Surf City, this is where we hope to stay.

This is one of the best beach front homes we have stayed at. The house was very nice and very clean. There was plenty of room for 2 families with kids. We loved the covered deck with the high adirondack chairs. The beach was amazing. It is very private and has an incredible sand bar during low tide. The kids could play in the shallow water without having to worry. The island itself is very quiet, but If you are looking for a relaxing week at the beach this house is perfect.

This was one of the best beach front homes we have stayed at. It was very nice and clean with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The best part of the house though was the beach. It was very private and had an amazing sand bar at low tide. The kids could play in the shallow water without having to worry. We had an excellent stay in this lovely beachfront home! With five adults and two children, we found we had plenty of space to spread out and live comfortably for our week vacation. While the bulk of our non-beach time was spent on the outdoor decks -- the views of the ocean are spectacular -- the inside was very clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed taking advantage of the beach toys in the storage closet, and the WiFi access made for happy campers in the evenings. The house is close to everything you'll need for the week: grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A big thumbs up!

Everyone loved this home -- excellent floor plan, magnificent ocean views, comfortable beds, clean, and well-equipped. The location is just as spectacular -- oceanfront, on a dead-end street away from traffic, and grocery, shops and restaurants are just a quick car ride away. If you enjoy walking, it is a 1-mile walk to the pier, Buddy's is next to the pier and is a great place for lunch while watching beach goers and surfers, and Gallagher's Bar & Grill is just a few blocks from the house and has a menu for every taste. The owners of this home self-manage the property and are responsive and easy to deal with. We had a great week at the beach and thoroughly enjoyed this home and all it has to offer.

Amazing oceanfront house that could fit a family of all ages and was close to everything the island has to offer! The house was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen and living room are spacious, and the deck and parking area provide great room for entertainment no matter what the weather's like. Also, we saw dolphins in the ocean many mornings, and loved walking down the beach to the pier and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend this rental for your next Topsail trip!!!
