Nice quiet complex. It’s a bit older but our family enjoyed our stay. It was perfect location as my brother was getting married in the House Directly across the street. I would definitely come back again.

We had a great time st this unit. The owner has been made aware so I am sure he is dealing with the issue, there was one this the cleaning crew had missed. Other than that issue, everything was as expected.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort. The property is very clean and maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort Unit 72. The beach is across Front Beach Road and a 1 minute walk. There is also a tunnel leading to the beach if you don’t want to cross the road. The rental is nice and big and was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 bedrooms and a loft. It also had 3 full bathrooms which was a plus with our 3 daughters. I also love that it was away from the very busy part of Panama City Beach, as it is a quieter part of town. We would love to stay here again!!

It was one of our most enjoyable beach trips. The condo was great! It was very comfortable with plenty of space for our party of 7. It had a beautiful view of the beach from the patio, and the tunnel under the road made for a short, stress-free walk to the beach. We were able to allow our older kids to go back and forth without worrying about them crossing a busy street. The furnishings were cool and beachy, and the kitchen was well stocked. We even brought fresh seafood from a local seafood market and grilled out. A bit of a warning to anyone with an active toddler, our 2-year-old discovered that the 3rd bedroom upstairs overlooks the downstairs living area. That was a bit scary, but a closed bedroom door seemed to solve that problem. There were plenty of other nooks to explore to keep him busy. Paul is one of the easiest, most responsive owners I've ever rented from. He truly made it an enjoyable experience. It was a perfect spot for a larger family, and we will definitely be back for our next beach trip.

We enjoyed the facility!!!! Perfect family vacation spot. Underground tunnel to the beach so you don't have to worry about you or the kids dodging traffic!!!! Pool area was amazing with the kiddie pool and huge adult pool!!!! The pics does this place no justice at all, spacious town home full kitchen area 3 bed rooms, 3 ba washer and dryer our stay was amazing!!!

Great great location! I was able to sit on the patio and watch the ocean. It was really beautiful. There was plenty of space for our family and the kitchen has a large bar area which worked out great for the kids. The grassy courtyard was perfect for the kids to get out and play. Easy access to the grocery store but still far away from the traffic and loads of people. The resort has an underground tunnel to get to the beach which was a plus. We will definately be back.

The condo was clean and attractive inside. We enjoyed being able to see the water from the patio as we relaxed in the evening and the beach location is wonderful. I can definitely recommend this condo to our friends.

Hi Paul- Great stay at a quiet place on the beach. The third unit closest to the road was super as well as the tunnel under the road for the kids. The pool was big and the kids really enjoyed the shuffleboard. The unit was spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was even better than we expected. The pictures did not do it justice. It was nicer than the pictures indicted. I would recommend this condo to anyone that likes the quiet part of town. It was very peaceful. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. That meant a lot to me.

Best place I've ever stayed in Panama City! The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The private beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the front door. The pool is salt water, so you don't have the side effects from chlorine. My family will definitely be returning, and I would (and already have) recommend this condo to others!
