My husband and I enjoyed our stay on CBI at this property. The bayfront home has a spectacular view and there is plenty to do. The house is fully equipped, clean and pleasant to live in. We enjoyed kayaking the small islands and watching the birds. The property manager is very kind and and accessible.

We were pleasantly happy to see the layout to be clean, comfortable, cozy, odorless, and tidy. The location on the bay was fantastic and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. The bay views were spectacular. The house is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, stemware, water toys, two bicycles, etc. Relatively new GE appliances and full size washer dryer. The area they use as a workstation was perfect for my purpose where I could see the bay and open the screen door. Plenty of room for outdoor seating and a small gas barbecue grill. The maintenance of the home was excellent. Definitely easy on/off the Causeway. We are looking forward to staying at this property again.

The house was clean and tidy. Enjoyed sitting in the living room in front of the lovely gas fireplace. . Unfortunately it is spring ant season and we had an invasion going on. ANT traps were set out . Also we started to barbecue steaks but the propane tanks were empty.

Emily was a fabulous host and her property is beautiful. House was well stocked and the view is amazing. We went during a winter weekend with a scary forecast and Emily was so helpful and very responsive. She offered an alternate date due to the storm but we decided to go and had a fabulous time experiencing the storm With a view. Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our week on Cedar Bonnet Island. We were close enough to the island to enjoy those amenities but far enough away to relax right on the quiet of the water. The neighborhood is small, roads narrow, and sometimes difficult to navigate. The house is beautiful and views equally breathtaking. We thought we were in heaven.
However, the fridge needed a new filter, so ice was a precious commodity. The bikes were not usable and due to the holiday weekend, the recycles were overflowing before we even moved in taking up space in the driveway. If someone was stopping by or dropping something off the neighbors were yelling at us within minutes. The neighbors greeted us upon our arrival with “Hello Renters” which felt awkward.
We have been coming to LBI for than 20 years. This was our first time on Cedar Bonnet. We enjoyed our visit and appreciate the lovely home.

We all loved it. there was a constant breeze and the bay is so relaxing . It was great to have a dock that was easy to get our kayaks in and out of. The bay is a great place to kayak. Our weather was quite nice for most of the time for kayaking. the home was nice. We enjoyed the space, the upgrades and the decks. the one problem we had was the cat hair and dirt on the white cushions. We ended up using all the blankets to cover the cushions. When we cleaned before leaving we cleaned up many 'dust bunnies' in every room. We would have done a better job if there was a vacuum cleaner. the small Dyson lost power after 10 minutes and we couldn't figure out how to open the dirt chamber. The island was really small. We all like to walk and there wasn't much land to do that. Otherwise the island was really quiet.

Emily is very kind and communicative! House is beautful situated on the bay with gorgeous views. The neighborhood is great. Everyone was so nice and welcoming while walking the island. Very quiet area! House was well-stocked with cleaning products, paper towels, etc.

WE USUALLY STAY ON LONG BEACH ISLAND BUT DECIDED TO TRY BAYFRONT ON CEDAR BONNET ISLAND THIS YEAR. IT WAS WONDERFUL HAVING THE BAY IN OUR BACKYARD AND THE SUNSETS AT NIGHT WERE BEAUTIFUL. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Cozy home located just off of LBI. Views of the bay were spectacular. Easy drive or bike ride to the beaches. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Modern and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Five star family vacation
We loved our stay at Emily’s beautiful home. Everything was pictured on the listing or even better. Such a treat to spend mornings with coffee on the deck overlooking the bay and dinners outside with multiple nights of fireworks in the distance (we stayed over the week of July 4th). The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. We appreciated the quiet setting on CBI with easy access to the beaches, restaurants, rides, etc on the main island. We hope to return again!

Relaxing and peaceful Thanksgiving getaway. The views are just incredible from the kitchen, family room, side office, bedroom, even the bathroom. Just beyond expectation! Perfect location. Most well equipped kitchen ever! Everything you need to get away, de stress and enjoy being near the water. Emily was a very kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!

This was our first time renting a house in the Jersey Shore. Emily & Tony’s house has the most amazing views of the bay that we enjoyed from morning until night. I’m still thinking about it and took lots of pictures. The pictures of the house are exactly the way it is.
The house has a well stocked kitchen, linens and towels. We did cook at the house but didn’t use the barbecue that was on the deck.
We spent a lot of time out on the deck. Watched all the ducks, gulls, osprey and my favorite was a swan family. Enjoyed one night listening to a band playing music from Ship Bottom bay beach. Each night’s sunset was better than the previous day.
It was easy to go into LBI, near delicious restaurants and the badges for Surf City beach added to a great vacation.
My daughter and niece used the floats in the bay, caught some crabs (threw them back) and sunned on the lounge chairs.
Emily provided detailed information that was helpful and she was very responsive.

Perfect Vacation Home!
From the Crate and Barrel patio set to the Williams Sonoma kitchen towels, our stay was more than perfect, it was like a page out of a magazine! This was our 4th time to the area, but out first time staying in Cedar Bonnet. After this year, we will never go any place else.
The house was perfect for our family of 5 and our Pug. It had everything we needed plus much more...2 bikes, 3 kayaks, a paddleboard, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and even 6 beach passes! Everything was in great condition. The dock was our favorite part since we caught a bunch of crabs plus a huge eel!
The inside of the house is super nice, but the master bedroom and bath are breathtaking! The jacuzzi tub (enough for 2) with a huge picture window of the bay, will make anyone feel like a princess. All the beds are so comfortable it was hard getting out of bed in the morning. The outside deck with the huge comfortable seating area was our favorite place to relax.
The house is close to everything only a few minute drive to the beach and restaurants (you must try Mud City, The Boatyard, and Mainlands for dinner). Emily was very accessible and answered all of my questions and concerns within minutes. We are already counting down the days to next years stay!

Very relaxing stay. Great location. Sunsets were amazing. Great view of the bay from the deck and master bathroom 😀. House was nicely stocked with whatever you may need.

Relaxing Get-away
The house is beautiful, well-equipped, up-to-date and all-around comfortable. The owner is responsive and accommodating (no question too stupid 😊). The neighbors, who are permanent residents, are friendly and willing to offer tips on the surrounding area.
The master bedroom is quiet and has a comfortable bed and big, bright windows. If not an early riser, bring your sleep mask.
The middle room, which has a foam mattress with sink-in feel, and back room, which faces the street, are “darker” with a little traffic noise.
We found it extremely convenient to have kayaks and bikes on-site and the dock, lounge chairs, hammock and sunsets will complete the feel of being “down the shore”.
I would absolutely recommend this rental.

We were right on the bay and had beautiful views of the water. The house was also close to shopping and restaurants. We were not able to take advantage of the water toys due to the weather but they were available to us and I’m sure are perfect to take out in the summer.

This was exactly what we needed to escape noise and busy work. House is lovely—we had lots of good rest in and enjoyed breakfast in the charming. well stocked kitchen. Even though two days were cold and windy we still enjoyed the view (bring binocs!) and deck with very comfy blankets. The water is very shallow around the dock and the children enjoyed watching and catching jelly fish there ;))) Fishing & kayaking are great there! Neighbor Chuck gave us friendly advice to tour around the Bonnet Islands. Lots of relaxing nature time! Cozy, clean house. The beach is not open yet for the season so we enjoyed flying a kite and kids ran along the icy shore line for fun.

Wonderful spring getaway!
My family enjoyed the amazing views from this cozy renovated and beautifully decorated property! The master bedroom even had views from the renovated bath! Very cool to wake up and look out at cedar bonnet islands. The kitchen and living area were great too! We didn’t get to use the deck and outdoor items as much due to windy spring weather. Emily was quick to respond to any questions. Great stay!!
