The condo was clean and location great. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. If there was any down side it would be this is a bathtub only condo. The shower head is there but not working. But we made the best of it. Communication with Beth was great. Ease of access and entry and location close enough to restaurants and other outings.

My husband and I Originally booked a place in Santa Rosa and learned when we got there the elevator was broken.. we were on the 4th floor and I’m 8 months pregnant. We called the property manager (Debbie) she’s was wonderful! She quickly found a solution. She offered us a discount or we could be moved to another location in SanDestin. We took the latter and was very pleased! The new property manager “Bette” stepped in quick and sent out checkin info for the new place at Southwinds. It was gorgeous, clean, and beachfront. While it started off disappointing, it turned out to be perfect all thanks to Debbie and Bette! So, if you see a listing with Beach Blue, take it! They are awesome!!

The view from our condo was stunning! It was a small place, but fine for me and my husband. Unit was clean. The only negatives on the unit itself was the coffee table was too large for the space it was in - lots of bumped shins on that - and the beach chairs we found in the unit were rusted and basically unusable (that earned the unit a 3 star for quality of furniture). Bed was comfy and the shower was fantastic - like standing under a waterfall! The property, pool and grounds were really beautiful! Proximity to beach was perfect. Tram service was helpful, since we had a problem with our rental car for the first two days. Baytowne Wharf was fun! We loved eating at Slippery Lips - great food (the scallops and grits were amazing). Every person we dealt with in Sandestin was super friendly. Special shout out to Bette who was so helpful right from the time we booked through to the end of our stay, Carole at the pool for her help and Jonathan for his help, as well. The best people!

Everything was great. Check-in/check out was efficient. The condo was clean and the space was perfect for my husband and I. The only negative comment I have is that one of the two beach chairs was broken and the folding chairs on the porch were rusted shut so not able to use.

The condo was very small and dated. A coat of paint could go a long way. The bed is firm. The outdoor furniture is falling apart. The view from the balcony is not exactly what I would call a gulf view, unless you want to look through a very small triangle shaped opening. However, if you can’t see the gulf from the balcony at least you are not looking at a parking lot or building as the palm trees are nice. The covered parking is nice. The Westwinds building and facilities are beautiful. The pool and walk right to the beach are awesome.

We enjoyed the property amenities, great location, and good for couples or families. The condo was not stocked with cooking ingredients and only starters of toilet paper, paper towel, etc so come prepared. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo was clean.

Unit was very clean. Bedding & bed nice & clean! Love the pool area & being on the beach. Property management is dependable & efficient. Love the no contact check in & entry codes were sent at the right time. We used Bette & didn’t have any issues at all. We had planned to play cards at the kitchen table but the up-light fixture was too dark. We bought light bulbs but there just isn’t enough lighting at the table. But with that said we’d still rent again with Bette.

This property far exceeded our expectations. The security was incredible, the unit had everything we could possibly need. Management, when contacted, was on top of any issue and responded immediately. I have found "my place" in Westwinds and cannot imagine staying anywhere else from here on out. It was just PERFECT!!!

Perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, driving distance via golf cart to other areas. Very nice, clean property. Pools are great, people are great. If flying in to stay here and ordering groceries for delivery, just manage what you order (we had just a bit too much). Unused / unopened goods must be thrown out / taken with you, completely understandable, but would be wonderful if the property partnered with a local food-bank to pick up unopened non-perishable goods. That does not change my view of the property. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay. We will be coming back. The resort is so nice, very secure, and easy to work with. We were so impressed by all the different accommodations. Bette was amazing to work with. She was great at communicating. The condo is one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless!! We were just so impressed our entire stay. This resort as a whole is so nice with so much to do it in. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The room was very clean but very small and badly designed. Could hardly turn around in Kitchen and certainly not designed for cooking. Refrigerator took up most of the room because cabinets had not been modified to accommodate the larger refrigerator. The bathroom tub faucet did not allow adjusting the amount of flow of water and I almost broke my neck a couple of times because of the slippery tub and no safety bars. Please fix these things. I wish weather had been a little more cooperative. We did not make it to the beach. However, overall it was a nice stay.

While in Florida hurricane Ian was making its way to floridas coast! Bette butler took it upon herself to keep us updated on every shift the storm had and kept our minds at ease! The location of the hotel is perfect can’t beat the spot your at! You’re in a gated community so only you and owners can access where you’re at! Perfect vacation for us!

Condo overlooks the beach with a wall of windows in both the living room and master bedroom. Bette was so easy to work with and sent us a lot of communication before we arrived.
The property has a gorgeous pool and bbq area and is right on the beach. It’s more of a residential type building so there is no front desk or restaurants, but there are plenty of places within walking distance to dine. The furnishings we very nice and comfortable, there were 5 or 6 towels in each bathroom, and plenty of cookware, utensils, and dishes.
We loved it so much that we are working on booking it again next summer!

Great view. Our room wasn’t as clean as I’d liked. Decent hike to the beach. Spent a lot of time at the pool because we had small children. Pool was always cleaned. Nice place to eat and have a drink by the pool area. Will come back.

Sooo close on a beach which was very convenient with the kids . If we ever want to come back to sandestin I will definitely want to came back there. Love it

Enjoyed my stay!
The condo has moisture sensors in the bathroom to prevent damage and When it senses any condensation it shuts the water off. So pretty inconvenient when your taking a shower. They are very sensitive! Other than that the room was clean, the manager responded quickly, beautiful grounds and location is perfect!
