Beautiful property to enjoy a family Christmas. We had 9 people staying and everyone was comfortable with open layout and cozy furniture. Property was easy to find and the check in / out process was easy. The host was responsive to any questions. We’ve done a lot of VRBOs in a variety of locations, and this was by far the best stocked and most welcoming properties.

Instead of presents at Christmas we as a family decided to start a new tradition and put the money we would have spent on presents into making memories. So, we decided on a trip to the Florida Keys. The location we stated at in Duck Key was great. Everything was beyond our expectations were made in the Villa and surrounding areas. We will be back. The Barbour

Absolutely stunning property and experience. The private pool and waterfall is the only way to enjoy the Keys. This place was in the perfect location on the Key, close to the docks, the snorkel outfitter, and the bar. Tip Erik the bartender for me.

Duck Key stay
We visited Duck Key with friends for my 40th birthday and had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described and very spacious for five couples. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

The host canceled our reservation the morning of check in!
Host canceled our reservation morning of check in. I had this property reserved for 3 months. We were at airport flying into FL and had no where to stay with a family of 7. Very unprofessional and the host didn’t care if she ruined our vacation .

Nightmare trip
The VRBO host sent me a text message 2 hours before check-in and cancelled our stay. First she said the property wasn’t ready due to a bathroom remodel, then she said it was due to mold and finally claimed the property was damaged from a previous renter. We had 8 guests flying in from all over the country. To cancel literally 2 hours before check-in is very unprofessional. Host then tried to get us to Venmo money to her mother in law to stay in Marathon at a friend’s house. We were left with nowhere to stay on a Holiday weekend in the Florida Keys. Nightmare

Heather is wonderful. we received lots of property detail and pre-arrival info. and very quick to respond for any of our questions. the house was great. we had four couples in our trip. all the beds are GREAT. plenty of room for our cooking and enjoyed the outdoor patio for eating and games. don't even get me started on the pool. wish i were still there. the central Keys location was great for our activities. thank you Heather.

Property was nice. House felt humid. Master shower leaked on floor and needs repairs. No furniture on balconies to sit. Overall ok.

Excellent home all around!
This home worked perfectly for our 2 families. Parents each got a suite and plenty of room for kids. We did bring one air mattress which fit fine. The kids swam in the pool each night after we came home and parents could chat on the deck and still keep an eye on the kids. The yard felt very private! The whole resort is beautiful!
The house had everything we needed. I’d highly recommend Heather and this vrbo location. Huge savings as well renting vrbo with Heather versus through Hawks Cay direct.

First time to Keys - Spring Trip
We used this house as a base for seeing/doing Key West, so a little over an hour away. Very nice property and suited our needs. So busy, we never got to use the pool or walk around the resort. Would recommend!

Bachelorette Blast!
A few friends and I rented this a property for our friend’s last sendoff, and it was the perfect experience! It’s close enough to marathon to be accessible but secluded enough for us to enjoy spending time with each other! It was intimate but spacious enough that the 8 of us weren’t on top of each other constantly. The heated pool and beautiful deck really sealed the deal for us (and the provided blender handled all our tropical drink needs). I would stay here 1000 times over!

Great place for 3 or 4 couples (or a family)
Enjoyed the property as it offered a clean, affordable location with a boat dock. It is centrally located in the keys which provides easy day trips to the other locations in the Keys. Nice pool and good floor plan for a group traveling together.

Overall great stay
The unit was nice but was definitely neglected in some areas, mainly the bathrooms. They need some attention as the shower pans and baseboards are a bit dingy and water damaged. The blinds on the back of the house are very spotty and don't all operate keeping the main hangout area a bit dark. The pool heater wasn't working during our stay which made the pool totally unusable for our cooler temps.
However, The beds are all comfortable and the unit is very clean so that was good. It is a cute place that can house many people and is in great proximity to the rest of the resort and ammenities that are available.

Such a cute place and the location was perfect! We didn’t have to leave the property for anything besides to get groceries. If you want a location to just sit back and relax for the whole time this is it!

Wonderful stay
Lovely property on Duck Key. Host was very helpful and the property was very clean. It had room for us to spread out as well as a nice kitchen and washer/dryer. Loved the private pool that was great for relaxing and socializing. There was plenty to do in the area. We did some snorkeling and fishing. Would definitely recommend.
