The condo was very clean, it was conveniently on the first floor near the parking lot (which made it easy for loading and unloading with the provided carts), and you could still see the water from the balcony. The boardwalk and property were very well maintained as well! While we loved this condo, we will likely stay in one higher next time because the balcony is right in the middle of the pool action. If you want privacy while still enjoying the view you can’t keep your blinds open unless it’s early in the morning. The condo is also near an elevator, but the noise wasn’t too bad and a sound machine drowns out passerby's. We loved this property and the management company. We will definitely be back soon!

The pans and pots are all warped and do not maintain contact with the burners so cooking for 6 was a challenge. But the furniture was comfortable and so convenient.

The view and amenities could not have been beat. we loved watching the sun rise over the gulf from our patio every morning. The location was far enough out of town that you felt far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but you are actually a 5 minute drive from town if you need anything and only a 10 minute drive the other way to get to corpus. We will be making this stay a family tradition for years to come.

We had a nice stay for a long weekend. We did like the that the property was not near town and a overall a quiet property, however the property could have been a little cleaner and we missed not having dark curtains to block out the building lights and lights from the pool.

Cleaning crew obviously did not do a thorough check - we found grapes in a corner near the kitchen table and coffee grounds still in the filter in the coffeemaker. Kitchen could have been more equipped - there were no hot pads, no large colander or strainer, no extra large pot for boiling shrimp and fixing gumbo. There were no lids for the 2 pitchers they had for drinks. There were also issues with the gate code for entering the area coming back from the pool, not just for us but for others as well.

This is a perfect little getaway! My boys loved the pool and the boardwalk to the beach was awesome! The beach was quiet and barely any cars/golf carts drove by. Very relaxing! Definitely would come back!

A little hose and shower on the boardwalk, helped clean off all of the sand. The boogie boards were a big hit for the kids too. Very clean and comfortable, with a nice table on the patio for your morning coffee. The proximity to the beach and pool made it easy to go multiple times a day, after getting rejuvenated in the air conditioner.

Condo is in a great location. Slightly out of the center of Port Aransas. Condo is very nice and clean. Linen and towels clean and fresh. Plenty of utensils, plates, etc. Nice large patio. Walking distance to beach via locked boardwalk. Will be definitely staying here again.

The information given on the Wifi password (which the signal strength was spotty and needed it for work) was not correct. The location on the beach was awesome along with the pool being a good size. This condo is great for only two couples, no more than 4 people. We have had good luck with the management property helping out, but even after bringing the sleeping accommodations in the large utility room, it still shows it on their website. Beware! Taken from their web page!!! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a great additional sleeping area in the extra SPACIOUS UTILITY ROOM. Living room has FLAT SCREEN SMART TV (Netflix) for movies! The master bedroom has a KING-size bed and second room has a queen bed. Additional sleeping accommodations are in a utility room with a bunk bed that is a twin over a full bed. (this is not true!)

A boardwalk trip to the beach; instead of loading up the car with kiddos, toys, wet kids, and sand is much preferred. I would recommend a small fold-up wagon to transport items, if need be. Our family enjoyed this stay better than previous years as the beach area seemed cleaner and more secluded for morning walks. The location of the property was outside of the regular Port Aransas rentals we have stayed in. If you don't mind a short drive to town, it is definitely worth it. There is a nice little wash facility to wash your items of sand upon your return. The first floor condo was great in order to sit on the porch and keep a close eye on those older kids swimming. Although, we did comment that it would have been nice to have a view of the ocean instead of sand dunes. It will dependent upon what is most important to you. Trash chutes are above on the 2nd and 3rd floor -- not too inconvenient. The master bedroom was spacious enough to set-up a pack 'n play. There is a pull-out couch; however it was not necessary as the beds were spacious. My only personal compliant was not having a microwavable safe bowl to heat up food in; hence the 4 in amenities. Otherwise, it would have perfect 5's across the board.

We all enjoyed our condos both years. Both were clean and nicely furnished as well maintained. The pool was cloudy this year and had a bit of debris in it but overall everything else was exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay here again. Great view of the beach/ocean.
