My husband and I rented this property for a family trip with our adult children, spouses and grandchildren. The 12 of us had a great time skiing, tubing, ice skating etc. The house was very spacious and so well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could need. Ann graciously provided toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. The house has many books and games to keep you entertained. The hot tube was a hit. Thanks for a great family trip full of memories for years to come. We hope to return next year.

Thanks again Ann for sharing your house! The well equipped kitchen allowed us to bake/cook a variety of meals (burgers, ham, casseroles, breakfast, etc.) and enjoy them around your large table. The new sound system was a hit with my 16 year old grandson!! The grandkids really enjoyed the hot tub again, plus, the sledding hill at the nearby park. We had plenty of space at the kitchen bar, kitchen nook table and the large table for all to enjoy their games, toys, computers, etc. without getting in the way of each other. And, the 5 bedrooms were once again a prefect arrangement for my family of 11. We will once again rent your house when we ski next year!!!

I rented the house and invited my parents and in laws for a week. We had a great experience. Fishing, hiking, eating, golfing, biking! The kids enjoyed the movie room every day!

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve found to date! This house was perfect for our extended family to get together for our annual Grand County summer vacation. So much to do, convenient location, great to kick back and relax. The space was ideal for all 9 of us and the kids loved the bunk rooms. We stayed in a few nights and cooked at home. The kitchen was well stocked and we had so much fun cooking together. A beautiful dining room table was big enough for us to all get around and we even played board games one night after dinner. Make sure you take a peek outside around 6:45 every morning, there’s a good chance you’ll spot a hot air balloon. All in all, we loved our time-looking forward to going back!

We had 2 families, a total of13 people, ages ranging 7-adult. This house was perfect for our group! The 2 master bedrooms are fabulous! This house is in a great location - our kids fished at the pond and played at the nearby playground. My son caught his first rainbow trout in that pond- something he will never forget! Within a short drive, we also did horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting, golfing, ATVing...to name a few. Sitting in the hot tub in the mornings and watching the hot air balloon go up in to the early morning sky is incredible! We will be comparing this property to others we plan to visit in the future and I am afraid we won't find one quite like this...but we will keep your property in mind if we plan to visit the Tabernash area again! Everything you need for a weeks getaway! It was perfect for the 7 of us! The views were amazing! The skiing was perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub pretty much every day we were there. Took many walks around the lake in the snow. Played games & watched movies & there was plenty of room for all of us on the huge sofa sectional! We were so sad when our stay came to an end! Would defiently highly recommend & hope to go back again!

This was the 4th time my family of 11 (adults, teen, kids) have stayed at this fantastic house. The house has plenty of space for all types of activities (watching movies, playing video games, playing various indoor games, kids playing with their toys, etc.). The well stocked kitchen had all utensils needed for us to prepare our meals. The pantry was more than adequate enough to store all of the food that we brought with us. We really enjoyed eating/gathering at the very large table. My family also enjoyed the hot tub, cooking on the grill, and playing in the snow at the neighborhood park! And as in the past, having the 4 bathrooms always pleases my family of 11. Ann, your "ski house" is a great place to retreat to after a good day on the slopes. Thanks for sharing it with us!!!

We had an incident where we had to have the ambulance come and they checked in the next morning which was very nice. The house suited our needs very well. Close to all activities. We had such a lovely week up in Tabernash. The home is fabulous and sparkling clean. We loved the views, hot tub, proximity to loads of hiking trails and everything. I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes to vacation and this was among the best with everything in great working order and well stocked kitchen, great linens and decor! Will keep this one in mind for future mountain getaways!!

Ann was amazing and bent over backwards to help us with things to do in the area. This was my first VRBO experience, and Ann set the bar very high! The house was huge and had more than enough blankets, towels and sheets. The kitchen literally has everything you could need. Again it was our first VRBO experience and we brought way to much in terms of things to cook with and spices. we could have baked a cake and served up dinner for 20 in this kitchen! Lovely.

We were even more pleased with the property than expected. It was clean, spacious and well cared for. The host, Ann, was gracious, expedient, and thoughtful. Her communication was quick and helpful and the process of entering and leaving the house was very easy. It is obvious that the home is a haven, and we found it to be the same. Our family would absolutely choose to stay here again.

I’m mostly a Summit County guy, but as a family we’ve been trying to explore more parts of Colorado. We’d never heard of Tabernash, so we decided to give it a shot with another family. As my wife says, the house is laid out perfect. Two masters suited us well! The views are amazing, saw a fox and a deer, and tons of hummingbirds. We found hiking close by, but it was just nice to get out of Denver, away from people and the COVID. We’ll be back for sure!

The Tabernash house was amazing...everything and more than it was promised to be. There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 2 kiddos we had at the house. Loved the great room! The bedrooms were perfect and liked that each had a separate bathroom (Jack and Jill between 2 of the bedrooms). The hot tub was super nice and much needed after a day of hiking! Would definitely go back and/or recommend to friends and family!

The home was lovely! It was close enough to the main road that we were able to access it easily, but far enough away that it was quiet there. We had tons of snow while in Tabernash, but the roads leading to the home were always quickly cleared of the extra snow. The last day we were there was the day the "bomb cyclone" was arriving, so we were getting a LOT of snow that morning. The driveway slopes down to the garage, so if there's a ton of snow, there's a chance you could have a hard time getting out of the driveway without a 4WD vehicle, so keep that in mind. Even with the extra snow, we really had no problem. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. We cooked quite a few meals there and never had an instance where we needed something that wasn't supplied. Having a heated garage was great. We didn't use the sleds, but there were, I think, five sleds in the garage for our use. The bedrooms were all roomy and the beds and bedding were super comfortable. The two living areas with fireplaces were very cozy, with plenty of room for our extended family of nine to relax and visit or watch tv. One thing I always look for in a rental is a LARGE dining table with enough chairs for our entire group. We love to play cards and board games, so having a large table is essential for our family. This home had that and more. In addition to the main dining table, there was also a four-chair table for quick meals as well as bar stools at the bar. The hot tub was FABULOUS and we took advantage of it several days after skiing. I want that laundry room at home! Lots of space and a beautiful view while folding clothes. The dryer seemed to dry a bit slow, so allow extra time, especially when drying towels. The towels are super thick. There are plenty of towels as well as beach towels for using at the hot tub. Water pressure and availability of hot water was great. We really had no complaints. It was a fabulous home and we loved staying there. Can't think of anything that we needed or wanted that wasn't provided. We ate at Azteca Mexican Restaurant in Granby one night. Great margs and super HUGE burritos. We also ate at Elevation Pizza in Fraser. Got Adam Bomb pizza by the slice, pep rolls and bacon breadsticks (all yummy). PLEASE DON'T MISS tubing in Fraser! SO. MUCH. FUN!!! We were in the area for a family wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch, and also went skiing at Winter Park. This house was perfect for us because of the number of bedrooms and also it's location. We were in and out a lot but it was very easy to get to from all our destinations. The hot tub was a great plus after skiing all day, and the house was well stocked with supplies. You can read about all that in the description, but I wanted to write a review to mention that on top of being a great property, the owners are great to work with and very accommodating. Every email was answered promptly and courteously. Highly recommend this place for a family gathering!

This house was once again perfect for my 10 family members. We enjoyed the large kitchen and dining areas, plus the hot tub. The view is fantastic! Additionally our grandkids enjoyed sledding and making snow angels in the meadow out back that is easily accessible. Also, the location (close to highway 40) provides quick access to the various restaurants in Tabernash, Winter Park, Devil's Thumb Resort, and Pole Creek Golf Club (Bistro 28). This is our 2nd time to rent this fine house. If we return to this area to ski next year, we will definitely try to rent this house again. Thanks for the hospitality, Ann!!!

This was a great house for our family get together over the holidays. The location is wonderful, both the view from the house and the proximity to Winter Park & Mary Jane and other attractions. The house is very well stocked, and it very nice to get to use the garage in cold weather. Finally, the owner is very helpful and responsive. Overall a great place for your family get-away. Among our favorite VRBO destinations.

Our group ranged in age from 3 to 63. Everyone was very comfortable in this beautiful home. Plenty of bedrooms plus large open floor plan for gathering together. Was well equipped with games plus easy driving distance to other activities. Highly recommend it.

Ann, Your home was fantastic for my entire family (6 adults & 3 grandchildren ages 13, 5 & 2). The floor plan and space were ideal. The 2 bunk bed rooms were perfect because the 5 & 2 year olds were able to sleep in separate rooms and not be disturbed at bedtime. My teenage grandson enjoyed the game room early in the morning and then nightly, playing video games and watching movies. The 4 baths allowed us all to quickly clean up from a hard day of skiing. Thus, we were able to beat the crowds at your local restaurants!!! And, we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, cooking breakfast daily and cooking lasagna one night. After skiing, we enjoyed your hot tub and then playing games on your large, well lighted table. And talking about skiing....it was nice to have access to your garage to unload our equipment and keep the cars warmer. Thanks!!! Thanks for the welcome basket, paper towels, tissues, etc. We usually do not find these in other rentals. These supplies were greatly appreciated!! Finally, I appreciate your timely communications (emails) from the time your house was reserved until the time we arrived. My family had a great time in your wonderful house. We love the house, the neighborhood, and local park and pond! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and feed a large group. The views are serene and soothing, from the comfort of the super comfortable beds, or from the hot tub. There is plenty of room in the over-sized 2-car garage for bikes and other toys. Easy access to bike paths to get to Snow Mountain Ranch, Granby, Fraser, or Winter Park.

We spent a week with our family at this home during July. We had 6 adults and 6 grandkids all 7 and under. We had plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen was amazing - everything you could need was there. Very close to Snow Mountain Ranch which was the reason we chose this cabin. The hot tub was a hit with the kids and adults. The views out the back are beautiful. The owners were very attentative to our needs. We had one problem and the owners drove from Denver to the cabin and the issue was resolved quickly. I really appreciated that! Thank you for a wonderful time in Colorado!

The house was lovely. Beautifully maintained. Very clean, comfortable. There were 13 in our party. 7 adults & 6 kids. Plenty of room! The owners were fabulous to work with, very kind. We were so blessed to stay here for the week. The house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you would need and more! Another family came for a few days and everyone had plenty of room and privacy. The sledding hill just up the road was a huge hit with the kids! It is so close to Winter Park and the grocery store for that one forgotten item is close enough to save dinner! After a day skiing/snowboarding, the hot tub was just place to relax. Wonderful wonderful place!!
